Abstract

The patient registration system at the Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center is still done manually starting from providing queue numbers, calling queue numbers to making KIB and reports. Officers prepare queue papers every day and patients often lose being carried home and officers have difficulty finding patient data during the registration process. In addition, manual registration is prone to human error, and manually counting patient visits over a period of time may lead to inaccurate information. The purpose of this study is to create a company website with online queuing features and outpatient registration at Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center. The method used in this research is waterfall. The stages of the waterfall method are requirements analysis, system design, system creation and system testing. The result of this study is a company profile website that helps patients get information related to puskesmas and register online queues. The results of this study are also an outpatient registration information system that can facilitate officers in the process of calling queues, printing queue numbers, recording patient data, patient visits, and making MCH and reports.

Abstract

The comfort of the work environment can help in increasing the work productivity of the officers in providing services at the Public Health Center. The medical record unit workspace at Senduro Public Health Center has not met the comfort aspect due to the narrow condition of the room only measuring 9 m2 so that it has an impact on service and the filing room measuring 7.5 m2 is not in accordance with the minimum standard of 20 m2. Tables, chairs and filing shelves have sizes that are not in accordance with the officer’s anthropometry as well as other facilities and infrastructure that are still not in accordance with the officers’ needs. This type of research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and brainstorming. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to design a new medical record work unit space that is adjusted to the standard guidelines and flow of medical record file processing as well as the design of tables. The design of the new medical record work unit measuring 10m x 6m which has been adapted to standards / theories and designed using the SketchUp 3D 2020 application in accordance with ergonomic aspects which include efficiency, health, safety, security and comfort.

The results of this study are individual factors thatcause delays in returning outpatient medical record files, namely officers do notunderstand the SOP for returning outpatient medical record files and officershave not been able to complete medical record files because the doctor's workshift is only briefly at Besuki Hospital. Psychological factors that cause delays inreturning outpatient medical record files are the lack of awareness andresponsibility of officers towards returning medical record files and medicalrecord distribution officers have never been motivated by the head of the medicalrecord. The organizational factor causing the delay in returning outpatientmedical records is that there is no compensation given by the hospital to theofficer and the head of the medical record has not been so firm in handling casesof late return of outpatient medical record files.
