<![CDATA[The research was conducted to develop a search system undergraduated thesis based on abstract using full-text searching in Library Information Systems Department of Electrical Engineering State University of Jakarta. The feature fulltext search system is developed to facilitate students in finding undergraduate thesis based on abstract. By using the select clause MATCH () ... Against, the data can be searched ordered by relevancy value. The research was conducted in the laboratory of multimedia Department of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta from September 2012 to December 2012. Development cycle of full-text search system conceptually consists of the design and analysis of systems, retrieval system development, integration of full-text search system to test SIPEL SIPEL 2013 and 2013. Full-text search system stores abstract 229 thesis abstract (undergraduate thesis, comprehensive, and TA) using XAMPP web server applications. Library Information Systems Department of Electrical Engineering State University of Jakarta (SIPEL 2013) has successfully integrated the SIPEL 2012 by adding databases and full-text search feature. The research use scripting language PHP and the MySQL database and worked on the Linux operating system by using a text editor Bluefish Editor and XAMPP as localhost server.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis did not affect the existence of Small and Medium Industries and even experienced relatively stable growth. Small and Medium Industries in the manufacturing sector were able to realize an investment value of up to IDR 72.3 trillion in the third quarter of 2020. In the context of creating competitive Small and Medium Industries, strengthening the national industrial structure, alleviating poverty, expanding job opportunities, and producing industrial goods and/or services for export purposes, the strategic role of Small and Medium Industries needs to be increased through the digitization of Small and Medium Industries. This study uses Fuzzy Tsukamoto's logic calculations in making the membership function of the distribution area of Small and Medium Industries in Bondowoso Regency. From the Fuzzy Logic model obtained, an information system design for the distribution of Small and Medium Industries can be made in the form of context diagrams and interface designs. From this design, it will be easier for the Bondowoso Regency Cooperatives and Industry Office to develop a web and mobile-based application in the context of the process of digitizing Small and Medium Industries. The existence of this information system will provide benefits for the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade as well as Small and Medium Industry players in Bondowoso Regency, not only being able to visualize the distribution of Small and Medium Industries but also being able to provide an overview of Small and Medium Industry parameter data that can be used as decision makers. decisions for existing stakeholders.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the characteristics of a developed nation is a nation that has a high level of health, intelligence and work productivity. These three things are strongly influenced by the state of nutrition. Nutritional problems in Indonesia are currently included in the triple burden of nutrition status. The prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia is included in the chronic category, which is 30.8%. The direct cause of nutritional problems in toddlers is due to an unbalanced diet. Balanced nutrition is a food composition from a variety of food ingredients that contain nutrients needed by the body, both in quality and quantity. One of the efforts to prevent nutritional problems in toddlers is to empower parents of toddlers through increasing the knowledge of mothers of toddlers. The role of the mother is very important for toddlers to fulfill balanced nutrition because the level of knowledge about nutrition will affect the food selection process and family eating behavior. Therefore, this community service program is to carry out balanced nutrition counseling activities that aim to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition to prevent nutritional problems in toddlers. The target of this activity is mothers of children under five at Posyandu Catleya 19. The implementation of this activity was attended by mothers of children under five at Posyandu Catleya 19, posyandu cadres, and coordinating midwives. Counseling on balanced nutrition begins with pretest activities, then continues with material presentation, discussion and question and answer, and then closes with posttest. In this activity, mothers of children under five are given a balanced nutrition module which contains material on balanced nutrition and recipes that can be applied in daily feeding of children under five. The results of the activity evaluation showed that 76.3% of mothers under five experienced an increase in knowledge after counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[In addition, the culture of using coffee as a drink has existed since ancient times and is carried out both at the household and community level. The benefits of coffee are increasingly being noticed during this pandemic, along with the many diversification of coffee products, this service is carried out by making aromatherapy candles with waste coffee raw materials in the form of ground coffee as the main ingredient. Imperfectly broken coffee which does not pass the market is generally marketed at a low selling price at the household level. Therefore this service is carried out for PKK women as an effort to improve coffee processing skills into other products. The service will be held in August 2021 using direct practice methods and offline presentation of material with representatives from PKK Dusun Krajan, Patrang District. Based on the results obtained that there is a change in both the knowledge and skills of the participants. Prior to participating in the training, the participants did not know the benefits of coffee and other preparations besides coffee drinks, but after participating in the training, the participants became more aware of the benefits and variety of preparations made from coffee, especially aromatherapy candles made from coffee. In addition, on the skill side, it also increased, where before the training the participants did not have the skills to process aromatherapy candles, after the training the participants became confident to make aromatherapy candles independently.]]>

<![CDATA[Balung Regional Hospital is a type C hospital belonging to the government of Jember. The Balung Regional Hospital has problems, namely the time of patient attendance and the number of patients not previously known, difficult registration procedures and long registration, excessive waiting time for patients in outpatient services, and the accumulation of patients in outpatient services. The purpose of this study is to design and create an android-based online registration system at the Balung Regional Hospital which is expected to make it easier for patients who register online to get a queue number. Patients can register anywhere, anytime without being limited by space and time. In a system improvement process, this research uses the waterfall model system improvement method. The method begins with analyzing software requirements, designing, coding the system and testing the system. The final result of this research is android-based online registration at the Balung Regional Hospital. The benefit of this research is to improve the quality and quality of service at the Balung Regional Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[In 2013, there were 18 provinces whose coverage of early breastfeeding was below the national figure, one of which was East Java. Mother's knowledge from pregnancy to childbirth about IMD is very decisive for the success of exclusive breastfeeding and avoiding the baby from being malnourished. The counseling activity for early breastfeeding initiation at Posyandu Catleya 19 was attended by 22 prospective mothers, 7 pregnant women and 6 breastfeeding mothers. Participants were given a pretest to determine the level of knowledge about early breastfeeding initiation. The activity continued with the presentation of material about early breastfeeding initiation to participants. The community service team also provided modules to participants in easy-to-understand language, followed by discussion and question and answer sessions. The topics that were used as questions by the participants were related to family support in breastfeeding, the fear of pregnant women about breast milk that did not come out when giving birth to a baby and equalizing perceptions regarding the importance of breastfeeding for babies starting with early initiation of breastfeeding for newborns. Based on the evaluation results, there were 20 prospective mothers, 7 pregnant women and 4 breastfeeding mothers with a post test score higher than the pretest score or a total of 88.57%. This shows that there is an increase in knowledge about the importance of early breastfeeding initiation for the success of exclusive breastfeeding to infants.]]>

<![CDATA[The patient registration system at the Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center is still done manually starting from providing queue numbers, calling queue numbers to making KIB and reports. Officers prepare queue papers every day and patients often lose being carried home and officers have difficulty finding patient data during the registration process. In addition, manual registration is prone to human error, and manually counting patient visits over a period of time may lead to inaccurate information. The purpose of this study is to create a company website with online queuing features and outpatient registration at Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center. The method used in this research is waterfall. The stages of the waterfall method are requirements analysis, system design, system creation and system testing. The result of this study is a company profile website that helps patients get information related to puskesmas and register online queues. The results of this study are also an outpatient registration information system that can facilitate officers in the process of calling queues, printing queue numbers, recording patient data, patient visits, and making MCH and reports.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities are a form of tridharma in which information and skills are disseminated to the community. When the Covid-19 epidemic struck, individuals became highly concerned about their health, particularly about maintaining a healthy immune system to avert virus attacks. Various herbal products are widely utilized and freely available on the market. Herbal products are thought to be useful in reducing concern regarding the body's immunity. Aromatherapy candles are one of the efforts performed. Making aromatherapy candles out of coffee was one of the service activities carried out in Dusun Krajan. The goal of this study was to establish the respondents' level of autonomous application as a type of post-training evaluation. A descriptive strategy was adopted, with the target audience filling out a questionnaire. According to the findings of the analysis, 60% of the targets completed the application of creating aromatherapy candles independently after training, while 40% had not completed the application independently. Obstacles to obtaining raw materials and infrastructure were still felt by the respondents. Respondents believe there are no substantial impediments in terms of abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[There has been an increase in non-communicable diseases in Indonesia in terms of morbidity and mortality. One of the risk factors for non-communicable diseases is obesity, high blood sugar and malnutrition in children. The need for public awareness and knowledge regarding the disease they have, because the increase in non-communicable diseases can cause a decrease in the activity of human resources in Indonesia and affect the quality of life. Usually non-communicable diseases are experienced by the elderly, but now they are starting to threaten the productive age group from 10 to 14 years old. Politeknik Negeri Jember has a TeFa NCC which is a Nutrition Service Center. TeFa NCC is intended for the community to carry out health consultations. In carrying out a health consultation, the patient is given a health record in the form of paper (manual) which the patient can take home. This sometimes makes it difficult for health cadres to see the track record of changes in a patient's health if the patient does not bring a consultation paper when he comes for a follow-up consultation. Proposed a design media design application for Diagnosing and Mapping 10 Android-Based Diseases in the Teaching Factory Nutrition Care Center. This application design is intended for the development of applications that can perform early diagnosis of the top 10 diseases in TeFa NCC. The method used in designing the application design is to use the waterfall model. The application design is designed for Android-based mobile devices. <![CDATA[The standard for returning outpatient medical records was 1 hour after providing polyclinic services and 1 x 24 hours after the patient was discharged. Delay in returning outpatient medical records occurs if it exceeds the predetermined standard limit. The implementation of medical records at Baladhika Husada Jember Hospital still has delays in returning inpatient medical records. Therefore, it impacts patient waiting time to get services and the accumulation of files due to the procurement of new medical record documents for visiting patients because the previous medical records were not in the filing room. This research aimed to analyze the factors causing delays in returning inpatient medical records. This type of research uses qualitative research, the subject is 1 head of a medical record unit, 1 medical record officer, 3 nurses, and 2 heads of inpatient rooms. The object of this research is inpatient medical records. The results found in this study are that the first priority has not been socialization related to SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) regarding the return of inpatient medical records so it is determined that efforts to hold routine SOP socialization, providing SOP are posted in each inpatient room by involving all nurses and record officers related to the activity of returning medical records.]]>
