<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe how the relationship between conformity and consumer behavior towards online shopping in adolescents. The research design was carried out using a quantitative-non experimental approach. The study population was adolescents in the scope of the Guidance and Counseling study program at the University of PGRI Madiun. The research sample amounted to 72 students. The sampling technique or sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. The technique of data collection is done by a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS Statistical computer programs. The results showed that based on the regression analysis test obtained a significance level of 0.00 (p <0.050; significant), meaning that there was a positive relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior towards online shopping in adolescents. From the results of the study, the suggestions that can be conveyed that consumptive behavior can be avoided by making a shopping plan so that expenditure is not excessive and can control themselves is an important factor in reducing consumptive behavior in adolescents]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to improve students’ learning activities in Science subjects with material inheritance through Inquiry learning models. The research method used was classroom action research conducted in three cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class IX.A Gangga SMP N 1. The data collection technique used was the observation sheet. Data of the research were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III to the components studied. From the results of which, therefore, it could be concluded that the implementation of Inquiry learning models had an effect on students learning activities. This was proved by the higher value of students learning activities in each cycle of the actions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to study the effect of Behavioristic Counseling on students’ tenacity attitudes of class VIII at SMPN 3 Batukliang Utara. This research used the experimental method. Samples of the study were 6 students who had a low tenacity attitude. Data collection technique used was questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula. The results of the study showed that the value of t count was 2.890 and the value of t table was 2.015 at the level of significance 5% with N = 5, in which the value of t count was greater than the value of the t table (2.890> 2.015). So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Behavioristic Counseling on students’ tenacity attitudes of class VIII at SMPN 3 Batukliang Utara]]>

<![CDATA[The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of school organizational culture on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Mataram. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA 1 and SMA 5 Mataram, totaling 137. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers taken by probability sampling techniques. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical analysis namely simple regression test and multiple regression. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance of Public High Schools in Mataram City by 55.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the school's organizational culture, the performance of teachers in public high schools in the city of Mataram will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to find the effect of Describe and Draw game towards students’ speaking competence at SMAN 2 Gerung. This study used a quasi-experimental with post-test only non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was second-grade students of SMAN 2 Gerung. The writer took two classes chosen as experimental group and control group. Experimental group was treated by using Describe and Draw game and control group was treated by using Word Match game. Based on the result of the study, it was found that Describe and Draw Game has a significant effect towards students’ speaking competence at SMAN 2 Gerung.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of using Mobile Phone and Internet concerning to the students morality, great efforts of family (parents), teachers (school) and society to protect students from the bad effects of mobile phone use and ideal solution towards the students morality, particularly students at SMA N 3 Kota Kupang. This research used a qualitative description method. Data of this research were gathered from 10 students who usually used mobile phone at class, counseling teachers, citizenship teachers, members of school extracurricular organization, students’ parents, religious scholars and society figures by interview, observation, and documentation technique. The result of this research showed that using mobile phone and internet have positive and negative effects towards the students morality. The positive effects of mobile phone could be used effectively and efficiently as the tool of communication, particularly when communicating to others in a long distance. Further we could make online communication which allowed us to get any information on communication and information technology.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research was to implement a Problem-Based Learning model to improve student learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara. This research was a classroom action research with three cycles consisting of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIA 2 consisting of 20 students. Research instruments used were: (1) Lesson Plan implementation observation sheets, (2) students response questionnaires, and (3) learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis in the form of percentage completeness and students learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that the implementation of a problem-based learning model could improve the students learning outcomes of class XII MIA 2 at SMAN I Batukliang Utara Central Lombok Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to know the improvement of students learning outcomes in Social Studies subject using Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method in Class III of MI NW Taman Pagesangan Mataram. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. This research was carried out in MI NW Taman Pagesangan and used 23 students as subjects of the research. Instruments of data collection used observation sheet, test, and documentation. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis technique by using the completeness test formula. The result of this study indicated that the application of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method could improve Social Studies learning outcomes in class III of MI NW Taman Pagesangan. This was in accordance with the results of tests that had showed improvement on students learning outcomes from the first cycle test to the second cycle test. The students’ average test score of the first cycle was 80 and the students’ average test score of the second cycle test increased to 85. The completeness Classical score also experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle II, from 82.60% up to 91.30%.]]>

<![CDATA[The aimed of this study was to describe the implementation of an agropreneur-based community empowerment program through training in snapper cultivation in Gerupuk village. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources of this study include program managers, instructors, and citizens of learning. The instrument of this study was the researchers themselves with the help of interview, observation, and documentation guidelines. Analysis of the data in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques with interactive models. The results of this study indicate that implementing an agropreneur-based community empowerment program through entrepreneurship training in snapper fish in Gerupuk village has been well implemented and in accordance with the principle of participatory empowerment. The stages of program management include planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs. The results of the program, namely the learning community can apply their knowledge to entrepreneurship in groups which has implications for improving the standard of living.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to improve the ability to apply the energy conservation law by using Gayus media in class VIII.6 of SMPN 1 Tanjung. This research used a classroom action research consisting of 2 cycles of action. Each cycle consisted of four stages including planning, implementing, observing the results of actions, and reflecting. Data collection technique of the study used observation and tests. Data analysis of the research used descriptive quantitative analysis technique. The results of the study showed that the use of Gayus media could improve students' ability to apply the energy conservation law. The pre-test average score was 68.7 with the classical completeness percentage reached 40%. Meanwhile, the post-test average score had increased to 75.2 with the classical completeness percentage reached 73.3%. The increase in average value was 33.3%. The average score of process skills in cycle was I 69.1 and cycle II was 80.5. Scientific performance improvement was 11.4]]>
