Abstract

The departement of woman growthing and children protection, and citizen growthing in Lubuklinggau City, and the first information who received means that the competation of worker in there must be increased, the special for their job description, the worker haven’t had the experience who sitcble with their position. According to the quality of result work have been maximal tyhe of the work durring this time. The purpose of this research are 1). to know the quality result work ini thw Departement of Women growthing and children protection, and 2). tho know the strelegly to incluade repair the result of working in the Departement of Woman Growthing and Children Protection and citizen growthing in Lubuklinggau city. The collecting sample used interview and observation method. The analysis sample use the descriptive method. The result of this reserrch are 1). the quality of the work in the departement of womwn growthing and childrenprotection and citizen are still good, it can be show the approch of their result work, 2). The strategy of inereving to repaired the result work inwomwn growthing children protection and citizen growthinng in Lubuklinggau City increaived the factulity and skill worker by fullewed trainning and enchment to incluade ther compection.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to determine how much the influenceTraining and Education (DIKLAT) program and job placement partially orsimultaneously against the performance of government officers in the ministry ofreligion on Lubuklinggau City. The sample of this study only 30 people out of 121people from all populations. The technic of data analytical uses the equation ofregression test. The result of the study find out that the outcome of multiple linearregression with the whole uses of independent variables are as follows : Y =10.894 + 0,030 X1 + 0.769 X2. From the correlation coefficient (R) theindependent variable of DIKLAT (X1) and job placement (X2) = 1.000, partiallycan be concluded have intense correlation. From the result of determinantcoefficient (R2) = 0,472, can be concluded the major percentage of officersperformance was affected by all independent DIKLAT variable (X1) and jobplacement (X2) simultantly as worth as 47,2% and 52,8% for the restaffected byother variables sush leaderships, work environment, prisoner/dicipline, andorganization culture, and etc. which is not reserached in this research. From thethree hypotheses results, the result of t test DIKLAT variable (X1) on officersperformance (Y) proves the result of Thitung = 4.990 is bigger than the value ofTtable = 1.488, with a level of significance sig. = 0.000. The result of Ttest JobPlacement variable (X2) on Officers performance (Y) proves the result of Thitung+ 6.496 is bigger than the value of Ttable = 1.234, with the level of significancessig. = 0.000. the result of F test that the value of Fhitung which obtained as12.062 > Ftable = 3.35 and the level of meaning significant simultaneously F is0.000, so can be concluded that DIKLAT (X1) and Job Placement (X2) havesignificant partially and simultantly effect to job performance from the officers onThe Ministry of Religion in Lubuklinggau city.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the aim to know the influence of classroom management and work ethic of teacher to student's learning effectivity in Senior High School (SMA) Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau, forThe F count obtained is 10.458> F table = 2.051 and the significance level simultaneously significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0,05 df = n - k = 30 - 2 - 1 = 27 is 2.051 so Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. means that simultaneously the independent variables X1 (classroom management) and X2 (work ethic of teachers) have a significant influence on the dependent variable Y (student learning effectiveness) to be proven true and hypothesis acceptable. From result of t test for class management variable (X1) to teacher performance show value t count = 3,652 bigger than t table value 2,048 with significant level = 0,001 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 30 - 2 = 28 is 2.048, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially classroom management variables have a significant effect on the effectiveness of student learning in Senior High School Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau City. From t test result for teacher work ethic variable (X2) to student's learning effectiveness (Y) shows tct value = 2,512 bigger than ttable value 2.048 with significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 30 - 2 = 28 is 2.048, this indicates Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially variable work ethic of teacher have a significant influence to the effectiveness of student learning in Senior High School Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau City

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is Influence Competence Against Public Satisfaction at the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency, Is there a Quality of Service Influence On Satisfaction Of People On Land Office Of Regency Of Musi Rawas And Is There Influence Of Competence And Quality Of Service To Satisfaction Of Community At Land Office Of Regency Of Musi Rawas. In this study the population in question is the people who deal with the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency within a period of one month (September) as much as 521 applicants and the sample in this study were 84 respondents. To know the influence of Competence to Satisfaction Society. That is by using the IBM IBM SPSS 20.0 For Windows program obtained from t test (table 4:16) test results with tcount obtained 14.144 and sig.0,000. This means thitung> Ttable or sig.000 value smaller than the significant level (α) 0.05. The ttab value can be from db = n-1 = 84-1 = 83 which is 1.671. Thus, based on the criteria of hypothesis testing, if tcount (14.144)> ttable (1.671) means reject Ho and accept Ha, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence Partial Competence on Satisfaction of civil servants at the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency. To know the effect of Quality Service to Satisfaction Society That is by using IBM IBM SPSS 20.0 For Windows program obtained from t test (table 4:19) test result with tcount obtained by 10,785 and sig.0,000. This means thitung> ttable or sig.000 value is smaller than the significant level (α) 0.05. The ttab value can be from db = n-1 = 84-1 = 83 which is 1.671. Thus, based on the criteria of hypothesis testing, if tcount (10,785)> ttable (1,671) means reject Ho and accept Ha, so it can be concluded that there is significant influence of Service Quality partially to Satisfaction of civil servants at Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency. To know the influence of Competence and Quality of Service to Satisfaction Society That is byusing IBM IBM SPSS 20.0 For Windows program obtained from F test (table 4:22) test result with the value of Fhitung obtained equal to 111,676 and sig,0,000. This means Fcount> Ftable or sig.000 value is smaller than the significant level (α) 0.05. Thus, based on the criteria of hypothesis testing, if Fcount (111,676)> Ftable (3.11) means reject Ho and accept Ha, so it can be concluded that there is significant influence of Competence and Quality of Service to Satisfaction of public employee at Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of competence and training to the performance of Civil Servants in the Ministry Of Religious Affairs office of Musi Rawas District. The research method was used is quantitativemethod. The population in this research are Civil Servant of Religious Affairs Office of Musi Rawas Regency as many as 204 people and the number of samples are 67 people. Research data was obtained by using questionnaire technique with 15 instrument numbers of statements. Analysis technique was used are t test and F test. From t test result, Competence variable (X1) to performance shows tcount 5,602> ttable 1,997 and sig 0,00 <0,05. Therefore, on partial, competence variable to have an influence a significant impact on the performance (Y) at civil servants of Religious Ministry of Musi Rawas District. The training variable (X2) on performance (Y) showed the tcount of 3,471> ttable 1,997 and sig 0.001 <0.05. Its means that # partially training variables had a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants of Religious Ministry of Musi Rawas District. This showed the proven the research hypothesis and the hypothesis was accepted. Testing of the hypothesis obtained Fcount = 84.289> Ftable = 3.14 with significant level sig = 0,000 <α = 0.05. This illustrated the existence of significant influence, so it could be said that furouning competence and training significantly influenced the performance of Civil Servants of Religious Ministry of Musi Rawas District. This proved that hypothesis in this research was proven and acceptable.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the influence of discipline and public service to the satisfaction of society in Muara Kulam village, Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency. 2) To know the influence of discipline to the satisfaction of society in Muara Kulam Subdistrict, Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency. 3) To know The influence of public service to the satisfaction of the community in the Village Office of Muara KulamSubdistrict, Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency. The result of t test above can be explained as follows: that the discipline variable (X1) to the satisfaction of the community in the Village Office of Muara Kulam SubdistrictUlu Rawas North Musi Rawas Regency shows that the value of t = 3.855 is bigger than the value of ttable 2.021 with significant level = 0,000 < (α) 0.05, df (n-2) 50 - 2 = 48 is 2.021, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially variable discipline has a significant influence on the satisfaction of society in Muara Kulam Subdistrict Ulu Rawas District Musi Rawas Regency North. (X2) The influence of public service to the satisfaction of the community in the Village Office of Muara Kulam Subdistrict, Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency. Showing thitung = 4,601 is bigger than ttable value 2.021 with significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 50 - 2 = 48 is 2.021, it shows Ho rejected and Ha accepted and partially service variable public has a significant influence on community satisfaction in the Village Muara Kulam Ulu RawasDistrict North Musi Rawas District. The result of Fcount obtained is 15.780> Ftable = 3.20 and significance level simultaneously significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0,05 df = n - k = 50 - 2 - 1 = 47 is 3.20 so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. means that simultaneously the independent variables X1 (discipline) and X2 (public service) have a significant influence on the dependent variable Y (community satisfaction) so proved true and hypothesis is acceptable.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting dan menduduki posisi sentral dalam pembangunan karena berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Makna pendidikan terletak pada bagaimana kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia senantiasa melestarikan nilai-nilai luhur sosial budaya yang telah memberikan bukti sebagai perjalanan suatu sejarah bangsa. Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang dapat dikatakan sebagai wadah dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan Nasional. Keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah tergantung pada Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada di sekolah tersebut yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, pegawai tata usaha, dan tenaga pendidik, kependidikan dan sebagainya. Selain itu harus didukung pula oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Untuk membentuk manusia yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembangunan Nasional, yang pada hakekatnya bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas manusia dan seluruh masayarakat Indonesia yang maju, modern, berdasarakan Pancasila, maka dibutuhkan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertipe asosiatif, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Motivasi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas dengan Fhitung sebesar adalah 65.036> Ftabel = 3,28 dan tingkat kemaknaan secara simultan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 < (α) = 0,05 df = n – k = 38 - 2 – 1 = 35 adalah sebesar 3,28 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian menjelaskan Bahwa variabel motivasi (X1) terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas menunjukan nilai thitung = 8,361 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,000 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < (α) 0.05, df (n-2) 38 – 2 = 36 adalah sebesar 2,021, hal ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan secara parsial variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas.dan terakhir menunjukkan Bahwa variabel budaya kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja guru disekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas menunjukan nilai thitung = 9.641 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,000 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < (α) 0.05, df (n-2) 38 – 2 = 36 adalah sebesar 2,021, hal ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan secara parsial variabel budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas.

Abstract

Penerepan manajemen kinerja menurut Wibowo (dalam Fahmi, 2015 : 2), merupakan kebutuhan mutlak bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan dengan mengatur kerja sama secara harmonis dan terintegrasi antara pemimpin dan bawahannya. Manajemen kinerja akan dapat diwujudkan jika ada hubungan dan keinginan yang sinergi antara atasan dan bawahan dalam usaha bersama-sama mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi. Untuk itu salah satu dasar mewujudkan konsep manajemen kinerja adalah dengan mengembangkan dan mengedepankan komunikasi yang efektif antar berbagai pihak baik di lingkungan internal organisasi dan ektsternal organisasi. Dalam penelitian diperlukan adanya teori yang membantu memilih salah satu metode yang relevan terhadap permasalahan yang diajukan, mengingat kemampuan peneliti, biaya dan lokasi peneliti memutuskan untuk melaksanakan penelitian ini menggunakan metodepenelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan fokus melakukan pengkajian kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat yang meliputi kajian pelatihan dan budaya organisasi.Adapun permasalahan yang akan diteliti peneliti yaitu mengenai pelatihan bahwa pelatihan merupakan bagian yang perlu diperhatikan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan atau keterampilan para pegawai dalam menghadapi pekerjaan atau tugas tertentu.Selanjutnya mengenai budaya organisasi.Budaya suatu organisasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan tempatnya berada, karena organisasi adalah sebuah sistem yang terbuka, yang selalu beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya.Secara spesifik budaya organisasi, tergantung pada misi dan visi serta strategi organisasi dalam upaya mencapai tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat. Hal ini dibuktikan denganthitung = 3,139lebih besar dari nilai ttabel2,000 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < (α)0.05,df (n-2) 52 – 2 = 50 adalah sebesar 2,000, hal ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan secara parsial variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaidi Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat. Selanjutnya Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung = 4,256 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,000 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < (α) 0.05, df (n-2) 52 – 2 = 50 adalah sebesar 2,000, hal ini menunjukan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaidi Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat. Kemudian Pelatihan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat. Hal ini dibuktikan denganFhitung =14,699 > Ftabel = 3,18 dan tingkat kemaknaan secara simultan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 < (α) = 0,05 df = n – k = 52 - 2 – 1 = 49 adalah sebesar 3,18sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya menunjukan bahwa secara bersamasama (simultan) variabel bebas yaitu pelatihan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lahat, jadi terbukti kebenarannya dan hipotesis Penelitiannya dapat diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan industrial di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi yang meliputi, fungsi serikat pekerja, peran serikat pekerja, cara menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial dan penerapan perjanjian kerja bersama di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokementasi dan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Bahwasanya fungsi serikat pekerja di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi fungsi serikat pekerja di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan sebagaimana mestinya. Akan tetapi fungsi serikat dalam melakukan pemogokan kerja dan sebagai wakil pekerja buruh dalam memperjuangkan saham dalam perusahaan belum dilakukan.peran serikat pekerja yang di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan tapi belum cukup optimal. Mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan dengan benar. Hanya pada tahap pengadilan hubungan industrial bahkan ke mahkamah agung (jalur hukum) belum pernah terjadi dikarenakan perselisihan tersebut bisa tuntas pada musyawarah untuk mufakat. Penerapan PKB di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah diterapkan dan ada juga yang belum diterapkan. Sedangkan pada isinya ada sebagian hak pekerja yang belum dicantumkan atau pada penjelasannya bisa mengakibatkan salah tafsir. Kelemahan daripada hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak melakukan penelitian yang sifatnya membandingkan antara perusahaan yang kurang optimal dan sudah optimal tentang hubungan industrialnya, sehingga didapatkan standar optimal yang sebenarnya. Belum melakukan pemilihan pada salah satu perselisihan, serikat pekerja atau penerapan perjanjian kerja bersama saja agar mendapatkan hasil yang sifatnya lebih spesifik (fokus pada satu objek).
