Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control with personality asa modifying variable on the performance of employees of PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk PBBMajalengka. The data source in this research is primary data. The study population was allemployees totaling 69 people. The sampling technique uses census techniques, where theentire population is used as a sample. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire.Data analysis techniques using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of theanalysis show that partially self-efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significanteffect on employee performance. Likewise, the presence of personality as a moderatingvariable further strengthens the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on employeeperformance. therefore the company must pay attention to individual beliefs, and expectationsof their ability to achieve the goals of each job will depend on their level of confidence andself-confidence by increasing the capacity of employees through training activities and so on

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to find out the influence of a shopping lifestyle and positiveemotion against impulse buying on UD Putra Tiga Saudara Majalengka consumer, buyingeither partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research using descriptive andverification approaches. The sample of this research is 150 people. They are concumer of UDPutra Tiga Saudara Majalengka. Data collectionof this research used questionnaire method.Likert measurement scale is used on this research. The analysis of data processing is usedSPSS 21. Data analysis were performed using test of validity, reliability, the test of the classic,coefficient determination analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The resultsobtained of shopping lifestyle, positive emotion, and with impulse buying in UD Putra TigaSaudara Majalengka including high category. As for influence of shopping lifestyle andpositive emoton of impulse buying partially and simultaneously have a positive and significanteffect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Hedonic Motivation, Browsing andShopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases at the Online Shop of Majalengka Universitystudents, either partially or simultaneously.The research method used is a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches.The sample used in this study were 100 respondents, the test instruments used in this studywere validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this research is classicalassumptions, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesistesting. For the partial test using the t test and test simultaneously using the F test.The results showed that hedonic motivation was in the high category, high category browsing,high shopping lifestyle, and high category impulsive buying. Partially hedonic motivation hasa positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, browsing has a positive and significanteffect on impulsive buying, and the shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect onimpulsive buying. Simultaneously, hedonic motivation, browsing and shopping lifestyle have apositive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This means that the higher the level ofhedonic motivation, browsing and shopping lifestyle, the higher the level of consumer impulsepurchases at the online shop

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine compensation, work culture, work productivity of employees at Segi Tiga Majalengka Company. The large influence of compensation influenceon employee work productivity at Segi Tiga Segi Tiga Majalengka Company, has a biginfluence on the influence of work culture on employee work productivity at Segi Tiga SegiTiga Majalengka Company, and to know the big influence of influence and culture onemployee work productivity at Segi Tiga Majalengka Company.The method used is a survey method with descriptive analysis techniques and verification. Thedata technique was carried out by interviewing, presenting a questionnaire, and studyingliterature. The validity test is done by comparing the Corrected Item - Total Correlation valuewith the r table value and reliability testing using the Croncbach Alpha formula. The dataanalysis design used Data Normality Test Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis, t testand f test.The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employeeproductivity. Work culture has an effect but not significantly on employee work productivity.Compensation and work culture together have a significant effect on employee workproductivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on turnoverintention at UD Putra TS Majalengka. This research uses descriptive analysis and verificationmethods. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The populationin this study was UD Putra TS Majalengka, with a sample of 100 respondents. The samplingtechnique used was total sampling. The measurement scale of this study uses the Likert scale.The data instrument testing was done by using validity and reliability tests, while the dataanalysis was the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determinationcoefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of the research that have been conducted show that compensation is in goodcriteria, work environment is in good criteria, and turnover intention is in high criteria. Theresults of the study that partially compensation has a significant effect on turnover intention,then the work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention. The results of theresearch simultaneously state that compensation and work environment together have asignificant effect on turnover intentions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT. Gistek Majalengka The background of this research isthe decrease in satisfaction with telkomsel which results in a decrease in the number ofcustomers. To determine the effect of satisfaction and switching barriers on Telkomsel customerloyalty, either partially or simultaneously. In this study the authors used a survey method witha descriptive analysis approach and verification. The population used was all employeesMajalengka with a sample of one hundred people. The data collection technique is done bydistributing questionnaires. The data analysis design used Classical Assumption Test, MultipleLinear Regression Analysis, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination, Hypothesis Test witht test and f test. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction is in the good category.Switching barriers are in the good category. Customer loyalty is in a good category.Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Switching barrier has a significanteffect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction and switching barriers together have a significant effecton customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human resources are an important component in a company. The progress of the companycan be seen from the involvement of human resources in it. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of Work Family Conflict on organizational commitment. The researchmethod uses a descriptive verification approach with quantitative data types. The studypopulation was employees of PT. Shoetown Majalengka, totaling 323 employees. The samplewas determined using random sampling techniques with a sample size of 100 employees, witha Likert scale of measurement (1-5). Data analysis was performed through correlationanalysis, and t-test with processing using the SPSS Version 21 application. The resultsshowed that Work Family Conflict had a negative and significant effect on organizationalcommitment

Abstract

his study aims to describe the factors that influence consumers' desire to buy Lux liquid bathsoap in the perception of the brand association at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. How is theperception of the brand association according to customers of Lux liquid bath soap at PTUnilever Indonesia, Tbk. The population of this study were customers or buyers of Lux liquidsoap at the Indomaret Gading Raya Minimarket, East Jakarta and because it used theaccidental sampling method, this study obtained 50 respondents at the Indomaret GadingRaya Minimarket, East Jakarta from March 2019 to April 2019. Data collection methods bymeans of field research (field research) by distributing questionnaires and data libraryresearch. The data processing technique used is data processing with the help of SPSS version21 software (validity and reliability tests) and using a Likert scale. The results of the analysisshow that the perception of the brand association according to customers of Lux liquid bathsoap to customers or buyers of Lux liquid soap at the Indomaret Gading Raya Minimarket,East Jakarta is influential.

Abstract

A good company can be seen from the corporate value, currently business competitionbetween companies is very tight so it can’t be separated from social, political, technologi andeconomic depelopment. The company must be more effective and efficient in carrying out thecompany’s operational activities as well as improving performance and innovating byincreasing shareholder prosperity and to increase company growth through increasingcorporate value.In this study profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA), leverage ismeasured using a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm size is measured using Ln Assets andcorporate value is measured using Tobin’s Q. The purpose of this study was to obtainempirical evidence from the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size on corporate value.The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. The population inthis study are manufacturing companies the sub sector food and beverage listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange for period 2014-2018. While the sample in this study wasdetermined by purposive sampling method so that 11 sample companies were obtained. Theclassic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, determination coefficient andhypothesis test to partial and simultaneously.The results of this study indicate that profitability significant effect on corporate value,leverage significant effect on corporate value and firm size have no significant effect oncorporate value. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Human Resource Competence, Implementationof Financial Accounting Systems, Utilization of Information Technology on the Quality ofVillage Financial Reports in Banjaran District, Majalengka Regency. The research methodused a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in thisstudy was the village apparatus of the Banjaran District with a total sample of 65respondents. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiplelinear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing, namelythe partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study partially showthat Human Resource Competence does not have a significant effect on Village FinancialStatements, while the Implementation of Village Financial Accounting Systems andUtilization of Information Technology partially have a significant effect on the Quality ofVillage Financial Reports. Simultaneous testing shows that Human Resource Competence,Implementation of Village Financial Accounting Systems and Utilization of InformationTechnology have a significant effect on the Quality of Village Financial Reports.
