Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact among Indonesians, one of which is in the field of education in Indonesia. During the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning activities were carried out online using technological advances in supporting online learning, so that many people did not understand the online learning system that was applied during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to see the perspective of creating millennials on the effectiveness of learning history in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. With quantitative research methods using a questionnaire / questionnaire instrument. The results of this study regarding the perspective of creating millennials on the effectiveness of historical learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era show that creating millennials agrees to apply a historical learning model that uses technological advances with research data of 31 respondents (86.1%).

Abstract

The history of the Chinese diaspora to Indonesia is very interesting to discuss. The long process of the arrival of the Chinese community to Indonesia long before the arrival of westerners to Indonesia has formed a separate identity for the Chinese community who in the end had to accept the policy of 'assimilation'. This process is part of the representation of the Chinese community in Indonesia. The Chinese themselves feel that they are different from the natives in all respects, so the feeling of being a minority group is getting stronger. The Chinese increasingly showed their cultural identity after the construction of various facilities such as a special school for the Chinese, a Chinese cultural group, and a Chinese-language newspaper. In order to accommodate these interests and due to the pressure and atmosphere at that time, in 1954 the Indonesian Citizenship Consultative Body (BAPERKI) was formed. This study uses the historical method to explain the role of BAPERKI as a political identity and representation of the Chinese community in Indonesia. The stages that are passed are the heuristic stage (data collection), the critical stage, the interpretation stage and the historiography (historical writing). The increasing role of the Chinese community in Indonesia has caused them to form organizations that can protect their people, who indeed have a minority number. For that purpose, they formed BAPERKI. BAPERKI has a role as a socio-political organization of the Peranakan Chinese group in Indonesia. The issue of citizenship is the background behind the establishment of BAPERKI.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bantan disebabkan karena guru hanya sekedar menyampaikan materi pembelajaran tanpa adanya model pembelajaran yang efektif sehingga siswa kurang aktif saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan pada akhirnya mengakibatkan rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, aktivitas belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining terhadap hasil belajar pelajaran sejarah Kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan sampling penulis menggunakan sampling jenuh, kelas unit yang dipilih kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada observasi siklus I nilai aktivitas siswa adalah 76 dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu 84,6. Dalam hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I dan siklus II yaitu 8,6. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I memperoleh nilai sebesar 62,5% (cukup) dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 85,4 % dengan kiteria baik. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar pada post test siklus I rata-rata ketuntasan diperoleh yaitu 30% sebanyak 9 siswa yang melebihi KKM yang telah ditentukan, pada sisklus II rata-rata ketuntasan post test adalah 86,7% sebanyak 24 siswa nilai nya yang melebihi KKM. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining, Pelajaran Sejarah, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The correlation between local history and national history is very strong, because national history is generally formed from various combinations of existing local histories. The main focus of local history is not much different from national history, starting from the role of the people, whether religious leaders or local leaders who were involved in the struggle against the invaders or other important roles that deserve to be considered as one of the historical events. Apart from character, other themes that can be identified in local history are institutions, the general public involved in important events and the geography of a particular area. Despite having a broad study and close meaning to the value of people's lives, it cannot be denied that there are still many who underestimate local history. On the other hand, there are still many who assume that local studies have high difficulties in validating the data. In order to maintain this, this research was conducted. On the other hand, this research also aims to enrich information about local history so as to increase love for the country and nation. In order to obtain valid results, in this study a qualitative descriptive analysis method was applied. For data collection techniques themselves, using library instruments and documentation. The results of this study found that national history is an extension of local history, the link between local history and public history, as well as the benefits of local history for the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Introduction to the Local Cultural Values of the Tangerang Society through the Cisadane Festival". The background of the researcher choosing the title of this research is to introduce local cultural values that are packaged in a festival performance. This study also aims to determine the values contained in the Cisadane festival, the local government's efforts to improve local culture, and the role of the Cisadane festival in awakening the culture of the Tangerang people.The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. For data and data sources, researchers used 2 things, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data is in the form of interviews with several informants and sources, while the secondary data is in the form of documentation studies such as through literature books, scientific works, national and international journals as well as mass media reports and electronic media.The result of this research is that the Cisadane festival has a variety of local elements in it, including Chinese, Sundanese, and Betawi ethnicities. The Tangerang city government in coordination with the culture and tourism department has made various efforts to improve regional culture, such as holding a festival every year and new innovations in it. This also shows that the Cisdane festival has a big role for the community, especially the city of Tangerang in instilling local cultural values.
