Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the level of feasibility of suggestions in practical workshops. In addition, it is also to find out how big the level of infrastructure feasibility is in the practical workshop. The type of method used in this research is to use descriptive research which in its approach is carried out with a data collection process through observation (data observation), documentation, and interviews with workshop techniques, lecturers who teach in the automotive field as a valid data source. Based on the results of the research on the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure at the automotive workshop according to students' perceptions that the results of the reliability/constraint aspect are 80% in the very feasible category for the lowest feasibility achievement results are accessibility, which is 28% in the quite feasible category and 50% assurance/assurance in the category quite decent. Meanwhile, for the other results, 71% of facilities and media are in the appropriate category and empathy is 100 feasible.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the Effectiveness of E-Learning in the Pandemic Period in the Automotive Engineering Basic Work Subject. This study uses the research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of this study is the effectiveness of e-learning in the Automotive Engineering Basic Work subject using the online media Zoom Meeting during the Covid-19 pandemic by class X students. Automotive in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year. The object of research in this study were Deputy Head As if, Supporting Teachers for Basic Automotive Engineering subjects and Shiva class X. Data collection used Interview and Documentation methods. The collected data is then analyzed as a result of the research. The results of the study show that e-learning uses online media during the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of basic automotive engineering, class X students of SMKN 1 Kuala Kurun in the 2021/2022 academic year online during the Covid-19 pandemic using zoom meeting media is quite effective, but still not optimal and less efficient. This is caused by repeated boredom so that it reaches a saturation point. In addition, the material that students are able to absorb is less than half, coupled with the ability of teachers and students to use the internet which is still low. Thus online learning is felt to be quite effective when it is only done intermittently, not continuously for 1 semester.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the perception of the implementation of the introduction of the school environment at Karsa Mulya Vocational School with Pareto Analysis and to know the response of students' understanding of the school environment with Pareto Analysis. This research is a Mixed Method Research (MMR) combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis using qualitative and quantitative data collection, so it is called Mixed Method Research (MMR). The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires were given to 30 respondents who were randomly distributed to students. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Data analysis uses a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5, with 30 student respondents, judging by the 10 questions tabulated into percentages to see which scale must be corrected from 10 questions with Pareto analysis with the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that the perception of the implementation of the introduction of the school environment at SMK Karsa Mulya through five aspects of the approach, namely the preparation of lesson plans, the teaching process, extracurricular activities, relations with the school and the guidance process. Of the five aspects that need attention and improvement in the introduction of the school environment are extracurricular and relations with the school because they have a lack of response, but there are already three good aspects, namely the preparation of lesson plans, the teaching process and the guidance process. The perception of the implementation of the introduction of the school environment at Karsa Mulya Vocational School with Pareto Analysis shows that the problems that dominate the process of introducing the school environment through PPL 1 are extracurricular as many as 16 responses with a percentage of 35% and the relationship with the school as many as 12 responses with a percentage of 61% so that this problem in the future it must be improved, then for the preparation of the lesson plans, the teaching process and the guidance process provide a good value from the provision of material in PPL 1 which was responded well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an ice maker using split AC machine with AutoCAD application software. This study uses a combination research design (mix methods), namely the researcher collect, analyze between quantitative and qualitative data in one study that same. Combination research design aims to complement the description of the results research on the events under study and to strengthen the research analysis. researcher choose to use explanatory which is included in the sequential model (sequence). Design This type is a mixed methods research design carried out by carrying out qualitative research first and then proceed with quantitative research. Based on the results of the design of the ice maker tool using the AutoCAD application 2016 it can be concluded that the size of the ice maker cooling box has a length of 520 mm, 460 mm wide and 520 mm high. The capacity of the number of ice cubes produced in one production process as many as 10 plastic bags of sugar one kilo. Storage box size The cooling water for the ice maker has a length of 370 mm, a width of 280 mm, and a height of 290 mm. The size of the ice maker frame or frame has a length of 1200 mm, a width of 650 mm, and has a height of 50 mm. The Split AC machine used is Split AC PK, the refrigerant that is used is refrigerant R22. Documentation of the design results of the ice maker tool using the AutoCAD application printed on A3 paper. Use accurate measuring tools so that the measurement results are more precise and precise. Research This is hoping for further research, regarding the design of the ice maker in order to obtain information that really becomes a reference for the community in good cooling. Need the existence of learning media that are validated by media experts so that when making tools they can be learning materials.

Abstract

Ice Maker is a tool used to make ice cubes quickly and automatically. For this reason, research was carried out on the ice maker to determine the cooling temperature produced by the ice maker, the purpose of this study was to analyze the cooling time of the ice maker morning, afternoon, and evening. This study uses the True Experimental Design research method, and data collection is 3 times in the morning, afternoon, and evening and the time taken is 10, 20, 25,30,35 minutes, the data taken are compressor work, cooling time, and cooling temperature. The results showed that the maximum temperature is -18°C.

Abstract

Ice Maker is a tool used to make ice cubes quickly and automatically. For this reason, research was carried out on ice cubes produced by ice makers to determine which ice cubes met consumer criteria, the purpose of this study was to analyze consumer responses so that a cube could meet the criteria that consumers wanted. This study uses the MMR (Mixed Method Research) research method and data collection for 10 respondents from beverage outlets in Palangka Raya, the data taken is in the form of a questionnaire on the value of each indicator that affects the criteria for ice cubes. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the maturity level of ice cubes, had an average of 12.90, giving an idea that the maturity level of ice cubes had reached a satisfied value. The second indicator, namely the taste of ice cubes, has an average value of 12.70, giving an idea of ​​the taste of ice cubes using the ice maker has reached a satisfied value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Edmodo learning media to student learning outcomes on the material for maintenance and repair procedures on the roof of the building at SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya This study uses a descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design research method, namely by using a one-group pretest-posttest design form, one class group, in the experimental class applying Edmodo learning media.This study conducted a pretest before using the learning media and posttest after applying the Edmodo learning media, the effectiveness of learning with Edmodo in terms of the number of pretest and posttest learning mastery, cognitive domain mastery, normality test, paired sample T-test, n-gain test, and results student response questionnaire. Judging from the learning outcomes of 47.94 percent and post-test as much as 80.35 percent, there was an increase after being given treatment by 32.41 percent, in terms of the cognitive domain of C2 (Level of Understanding) as many as 82 percent of students answered the questions correctly from 16 questions (C2 ), in terms of the normality test with a normal distribution with a value of Shapiro-walk sig 0.127 > 005, because it is normally distributed, the next calculation to the paired sample t-test h0 is rejected with sig 0.000 < 0.025 then there is a significant difference, in terms of the n-gain test. being at 64.9 percent stated that learning using Edmodo in learning was quite effective with student responses to Edmodo, 94 percent answered strongly agree that Edmodo was used as an Effective LMS. It can be concluded that the application of Edmodo learning media is quite effective because there is an increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the keys to the success of urban transportation is the quality of public transport services. One of the public transportation available in Palangka Raya City is the Damri bus. However, the quality of Damri bus service is still not optimal. To find out the level of performance of the Damri bus service, a poll is needed on the level of service, especially from the Damri bus users. This research was conducted to measure the performance level of Damri buses in the city of Palangka Raya. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used quadrant analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of data analysis show that the performance of Damri bus services is quite good, there are ten attributes that are in quadrant II (maintain achievement), namely service at ticket sales counters served quickly and regularly, Damri bus officers dress neatly and cleanly, there is evidence of retribution , passengers arrive at their destination, officers are responsible for passenger baggage, officers are willing to serve and prioritize passenger needs, officers do not look at social status and treat passengers with respect, officers are honest and patient in providing services, schedule information is available, continued Damri bus routes, and seats available enough and good . However, there are still 2 attributes that need improvement in calculating performance levels with interest/hope, namely drivers who drive according to the rules and the Damri bus fleet in good condition, clean and usable.
