Abstract

Various strategies can increase students' creative thinking. One of them is a project-based learning strategy. However, in practice, only a few teachers succeeded, especially in implementation procedures. Therefore this study aims to analyze the implementation of learning using project-based learning strategies to increase students' creative thinking. This research was conducted in class 4 SDN Kebonagung II Kraksan Probolinggo. The research method used is case study-based qualitative. Teacher and student research informants. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman techniques which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that. This strategy is implemented by completing a project; students present their findings to other students. To see its success, it describes the initial conditions before implementing the strategy: less than optimal learning and student creativity that still needs to be higher. For this reason, learning is carried out through group discussions and project work. The condition ultimately increases student creativity; this can be seen in the ability of students to express ideas that are in students minds. The research results have implications for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Mosque should play a role in increasing the religiosity of the people, but improper management certainly cannot fulfill this expectation. Management must pay attention to the needs and developments of the times, without ignoring the main things of the function of the mosque. This study aims to analyze mosque management practices to increase the religiosity of Bandar Selamat villagers. This research was conducted at the Al-Huda mosque, Bandar Selamat Village. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods, with a phenomenological approach using descriptive analytical techniques. The results of the study explained that the management of the Al-Huda Mosque strengthened the trust of the people of Bandar Selamat Village with several activities such as the existence of a ta'lim assembly, yasinan, Al-Qur'an educational park and Islamic syiar. The program for simplification of religious holidays has been well managed. In this case the mosque management will form mosque youth with future mosque youth to invite the community to strengthen the faith of the Kelurahan community in Bandar Selamat. The results of this research can certainly be a basis for administrators of other mosques to carry out the same development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought changes to the implementation of lecturer certification. But change is not always taken for granted, there are several problems. This study aims to analyze the problems of developing a moodle-based learning management system in increasing the competence of professional lecturers. This research focuses on three things, namely on the use, impact and problems in its development. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, with research informants, professional lecturer competency training participants at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study reveal that the learning management system is used as a virtual learning platform that allows participants to access and read learning resources, discuss and carry out assignments. A significant impact on the increase in professional competence is realized from the higher mastery of lecture material, and the increase in the technological competency of the participants. Problems faced such as difficulty adapting, network damage, difficulty understanding information. This research certainly has implications as a reference for UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, especially in improving the quality of training.

Abstract

There are many things that affect student discipline, one of which is the principal's managerial skills. Because disciplinary competence is not only the teacher's mandate, but especially the ability of the principal to do managerial. In this regard, this study aims to determine the influence of the principal's managerial skills on student discipline. The research method used is quantitative by using simple linear regression analysis which is used to obtain the value of the correlation coefficient and also the regression coefficient. The population in this study, the teachers of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru totaling 70 people and the sample amounted to 60 people. From the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation is obtained, namely: Y=-411 + 1.580, so it can be interpreted that one unit of student discipline score will affect the principal's management by 1.580 at a constant -411. From the results of the study it was concluded that there was an influence of the principal's management on student discipline. This is evidenced from the results of the regression analysis obtained tcount of 15.092 > ttable 1.684 with Sig (0.000)<α (0.05). The results of this study have implications for the development of a principal's management model in improving student discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of the hadith and the understanding of the Ulama which is the main foundation for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency, to carry out the sadakah basorakan tradition which is considered an act of ridicule for other communities. This study uses the library research method of hadith which is the main foundation of the sadakah basorakan tradition. Primary data sources, namely the book mu'jam Al-Mufahras li Al-Hadith, Tis'ah pole, book of rijalul hadith and books of syarah hadith. While the secondary sources are books, related journal articles. The results of the study show that the hadith which is the basis for the community in carrying out the sadakah basorakan tradition has a dhaif status, because there is a hadith sanad who has been harassed by the scholars. But the Nasa'i priest considers this hadith to be a hasan lighairihi hadith, even though this hadith has the status of dhaif and there are no other hadiths that support it to rise to the status of hasan lighairihi hadith, this hadith does not conflict with other hadiths, the verses of the Qur'an or ijma' scholars. In terms of the understanding of scholars, this hadith can be practiced as a motivation in worship, especially in alms giving for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the addition of the minimum age limit for marriage in law No. 16 of 2019 and its relevance to efforts to suppress requests for marital dispensation. This study used the library research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the formulation of changes to the minimum age limit for marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019 has implemented efforts to prevent early marriage. If viewed from the perspective of hikmatut tasyri', it contains an affirmation that the change represents the maintenance of maqashid sharia. Efforts to increase the minimum age limit for marriage are closely related to the impact of the surge in marriage dispensations received by the religious courts. The marriage dispensation actually applies to legal subjects who do not meet the minimum age criteria and if this minimum age limit is changed to a higher one, the relevance of the dispensation application will also increase. It can be seen that efforts to prevent early marriage are realized in the implementation of the minimum age limit, but the agenda of minimizing dispensation is the responsibility of justice enforcers, namely the panel of judges. Considerations given in the marriage dispensation judicial process are expected to prioritize physical, mental, sociological, and economic conditions.

Abstract

Companies located in Muslim-majority areas do implement a halal guarantee system in their production process, because otherwise it will certainly affect public trust. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the application of the halal assurance system in the production process and the company's compliance with halal standards. This research was conducted at PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan. This study used qualitative research methods. Collecting data with observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The data collection focuses on the production process of PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan. The results of the study show that the materials used in the production process already have a halal label or are halal certified. PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan also has halal certification from BPJPH which is valid for international and national levels. Special steps are taken to ensure product halalness, namely the cleanliness and health of employees, as well as the use of gloves and hand sanitizers in the production process. They implemented a policy of using halal raw materials and made an agreement in the form of a banner that was posted on the front page of PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan. There is also a halal supervisor in charge of production quality control.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as the land of the archipelago which gave birth to many scholars, including in the field of hadith. Thanks to them hadith education became popular in Indonesia. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the contribution of Minangkabau scholars in Hadith Science education. The focus is on three things, namely development, biography, and contribution. The focus of the study is only on the 20th century. The research method uses library research, with the main data source being the work of these scholars in the science of hadith, secondary sources of relevant scientific works. Data collection uses the documentation method, then the content is analyzed. The results of the study revealed that the development of hadith studies in the archipelago was late in development compared to other scientific studies, the progress of its development only began in the 20th century. Scholars who are popular in the science of hadith in Minangkabau are Shaykh Yasin al-Fadani, Prof. Mahmud Yunus, and Buya Mawardi Muhammad. His contribution can be seen from his activities of collecting sanad, scientific work, incorporating hadith science into the curriculum, and spreading the science of hadith. The results of this study have implications for the basis for studying hadith scholars in other areas.

Abstract

Qasim Amin's thoughts have influenced the Islamic family law reform movement in various countries. Although it has faced controversy and criticism, its contribution to positive changes in family law views and practices cannot be overlooked. He has provided the basis for contemporary thinking on how to harmonize Islamic teachings with the values ​​of equality and justice in the context of family law. This study uses a library research approach by searching various sources of literature, especially the works of Qosim Amin, then analyzing them through content analysis methods. The results of this analysis form the basis for drawing conclusions which are then presented in a report. The purpose of this paper is to find out the description and contribution of Qosim Amin in influencing family law in Islam. The results of the study explain that, Qasim Amin's thoughts in reforming Islamic family law include his views on gender equality, wiser polygamy arrangements, and a more equitable distribution of inheritance which have formed the basis for debate and reform of family law that is more modern and in accordance with the values ​​of equality. and justice in contemporary society.
