Abstract

This article contains about how to implement marketing strategies in the world of global or international markets in Indonesia. As we know that Worldwide Promotion is the act of displaying by worldwide organizations having worldwide organizations with worldwide advertising techniques, worldwide business sectors and worldwide products and guidelines in different countries. Globalization is another test for organizations in implementing promotion methodologies. Due to globalization, organizations are required to compete with organizations that have large capital and quality goods. To date, Indonesia is a hotly contested target market. Globalization and market competition require all leaders to focus on the world climate. This review aims to find a worldwide advertising methodology in the Indonesian market for Indonesian organizations. The examination strategy used is an expressive investigative technique. The combination of a variety of display procedures and standard promotion techniques is a worldwide advertising methodology that is appropriate to the economic situation in Indonesia. Abstract

In the era of globalization and free trade, the act of conducting mergers and acquisitions is a decision that is increasingly used in business practices and is getting better and better to be considered together. In operating a business, business leadership is always needed to maintain optimal business growth. Executing an M&A strategy is a shortcut to business growth without having to run the business from scratch, for a new type of business. In situations where large entities usually acquire other entities in order to increase competitiveness and minimize expenses. Companies that opt ​​for mergers and acquisitions will get a larger market share and better profits. The method used in this paper is the literature review method. The literature review reviews the scientific literature on a topic and critically analyzes the impact of diversification that occurs after mergers and acquisitions on the level of financial operations of an entity listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. mergers and acquisitions as a way for companies to develop their business without starting a new business will certainly have an effect, From the results of the literature review conducted that mergers and acquisitions do not always give great results to the financial operations of an entity, this result could be due to the mission of an entity to merge and acquisitions are for the long ter. A business feasibility study is a study for an investment or business to be considered feasible or not to run because the investment in question is relatively large in value. The method of assessment is by conducting studies or research on investment or business aspects, one of which is the production aspect. Aspects of production are very important a business activity oriented to the sale of a product. Abstract

An important indicator of the success of development and the progress of a country is determined by Economic Development. Indispensable in analyzing government spending as well as several other variables as a measure of long-term economic growth in a country. Even in a country can be said to be able or not in solving a country's economic problems can be seen from the macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects of a country itself. The method used in this writing is the literature review method. Literature review reviews the scientific literature on an and critically analyzes, topics, and synthesizes research findings, theory, and practice. Economic growth is a change that is quantitative in nature and is usually measured using data on gross domestic product (GDP) or per capita production income at the previous year's real national level. the previous year's GDP variable had a positive effect on economic growth. Abstract

In the digital era such as today’s, knowledge and understanding about the usage of social media as a marketing tool is very vital for those who are developing business. People tend to use digital media for many of their activities, including buying activities. More and more people search information about products they need using digital services, and then do many of their buying activities digitally. These facts forced new business - including home industries - to take up digital skills as well. That is why we see the importance of providing the community living around our partner – the Rasamala RPTRA – with accompaniment and assistance of the use of digital media for those who are doing small scaled business and home industries in this area. Observing that many residents living around the Rasamala RPTRA are traders and since the COVID-19 pandemic, the marketing of various products in general, and products from household businesses in particular, has become hampered. The use of digital media is currently a fairly effective marketing tool for small business actors to be able to adapt and survive with the current situation. The use of digital media such as social media will be able to reach consumers who have online shopping behavior caused by restrictions on activity movement. Therefore, one of the activities that can help residents around RPTRA Rasamala who have small businesses is to assist the use of digital media, such as social media to market products and communicate various product information online. The number of participants in this activity is 10 (ten) people who are owners of household businesses or small businesses. The implementation method of this activity has three stages, all of which are carried out online through zoom media, namely the first stagePknowledge internalization process in the form of education about various digital marketing media such as whatsapp marketing, e-commerce, instagram marketing, youtube marketing, and others, the second stage is the process of increasing understanding where at this stage participants are given back education about marketing communication and knowledge about digital media for product promotion and being able to identify online media that will be used in accordance with product marketing needs and adjust to consumer tastes, and the last is the third stage, namely the process of increasing skills in using digital marketing media, which is a process where all participants practice and apply it to their business products.As a result of this activity, all participants who have not utilized the use of online media as an effective marketing tool for their business products, now have additional knowledge and insight about marketing through digital media and now participants have used online media as a marketing medium so that their business products can survive in difficult situations. like this time. Abstract

Kemajuan semakin berkembang dan juga peradaban semakin maju, seperti halnya pada Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan program skala nasional untuk mengendalikan pertumbuhan penduduk di suatu Negara. Program KB juga secara khusus dirancang demi menciptakan kemajuan, kestabilan, dan kesejahteraan ekonomi, sosial, spiritual setiap penduduknya. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana Impelentasi Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Kelurahan Songgodadi Kecamatan Petungkriyono. Tingginya jumlah penduduk dan Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di Kelurahan ini merupakan permasalahan utama yang sedang dihadapi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Maqasid Syar’ah dan juga efektifitas hukum menurut Soerjono Soekanto.. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dilapangan di temukan bahwa Implementasi Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Kelurahan Songgodadi Kecamatan Petungkriyono belum sepenuhnya berjalan baik dan efektif. Seperti masih banyaknya masyarakat yang menolak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi dengan alasan haram atau bertentangan dengan agama (Islam), rendahnya tingkat pendidikan yang mempengaruhi kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dilapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara pendekatan yang dilakukan pemerintah dengan tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melakukan progam Keluarga berencana serta memberikan telaah terhadap pendekatan socio-cultural dalam pelaksanaan progam Keluarga berencana.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to provide socialization on the importance of understanding digital literacy in dealing with learning in the 21st century era as an effort to improve students' abilities through reading literacy activities so as to foster interests and talents in students from an early age as well as a literacy culture that is embedded in students. can affect the level of success and the ability of students to understand information analytically, critically, and reflectively. This community service activity was carried out at the Mekar Mukti 02 State Elementary School, North Cikarang. Some literacy support programs that can be applied in elementary schools include getting used to reading 15 minutes before learning has started, so that students' reading interest and reading skills increase and master better. Abstract

Zakat in Islam is assets that must be issued if it meets the requirements and is an obligation that must be fulfilled by all Muslims. Zakat acts in part as a tool given by Islam to alleviate poverty by making the rich aware of their social responsibilities. There are two types of zakat distribution in Indonesia: consumption distribution and production distribution. So far, the actual distribution of zakat is more dominated by consumptive zakat distribution. The purpose of this study was to identify the mechanism for distributing productive zakat at LAZNAS IZI North Sumatra Branch and the impact of distributing productive zakat funds on mustahik status. Data collection methods used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques and tools were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the instrument of the productive zakat distribution mechanism of LAZNAS IZI North Sumatra Branch was running well when distributing productive zakat to mustahik and still using the grant contract. That is, productive zakat money to mustahik offered to mustahik is given free of charge. The impact of productive zakat funds on mustahik status cannot completely change mustahik into muzakki. The status of new mustahik can change into muktafi (people who can fulfill their needs) and munfik (people who donate or give charity). Abstract

Crowdfunding plays a role in the Indonesian economy in its development. Sharia crowdfunding has become a solution to provide financial services that are accessible to businesses that lack access to banking, especially in Indonesia. Using a literature review, this study aims to describe crowdfunding and show how sharia crowdfunding is developing in Indonesia. The results of the study show that crowdfunding has continued to develop in Indonesia since it was first popular in 2009. Sharia crowdfunding has the potential to benefit the business world in accessing capital, increasing welfare, and general economic growth. Another finding is that the implementation of sharia crowdfunding is divided into four categories; donation-based, reward-based, asset-based and equity-based crowdfunding. Where there are differences between conventional crowdfunding and sharia crowdfunding from the four categories. In addition, sharia crowdfunding is also faced with several future issues that must be faced, such as: public trust in crowdfunding, quality and understanding, contract innovation, partnerships with banks, integration with NBFIs, especially MFIs and being able to develop businesses that have high risk.
