Abstract

The rapid development of universities in Indonesia has made competition between universities even greater so that the Quality Assurance Agency of each university greatly affects the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang was established in 2000 and the formation process was based on the Notary Deed of the Uyelewun Indonesia Foundation. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang campus has two majors, namely, undergraduate Informatics Engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and service of the quality assurance agency at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important. The Standard Document in SPMI (Standard Dikti) is a document containing various criteria, measures, benchmarks, or specifications of each higher education implementation activity of a university to realize its vision and mission, so as to create a quality culture in the university. In designing Information Services the Guarantee Agency This quality uses the programming language PHP, MySQL and Adobe Dreamweaver Application. The result of this research is the establishment of the Quality Assurance Agency Information Service. Based on the results of test analysis using the slovinter method, there is an average value of 87% with the criteria of Strongly Agree (SS). Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with the criteria of Less Good. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development.

Abstract

Nagekeo Regency is one of the regencies in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. District Nagekeo consists of seven sub-districts that have various cultures. Nagekeo Regency is a fairly developed area. Along with the times, it turns out that so far there are still many people, especially in Indonesia who do not know where and how, the cultural diversity in Nagekeo district, even the Nagekeo people who live outside Nagekeo district, mostly do not know how the culture in Nagekeo district is. . Likewise, students and students who want to study or are given assignments by teachers and lecturers to get to know Nagekeo culture in depth, often they are very difficult to find sites related to Nagekeo culture in full, as well as one of the supporting books on history and culture. Nagekeo. One example of a site that discusses the Negekeo district but is incomplete, namely https://nagekeokab.go.id 90 percent which does not contain broadly about Nagekeo culture, so that people who visit the web cannot find complete information. Utilizing technology that is developing rapidly, the Web-Based Information Service on the introduction of Culture of Nagekeo Regency has become one of the alternative solutions to this problem. The application of Web-Based Information Services for Introduction to Culture of Nagekeo Regency can improve the quality of public information that is fast, easy, transparent, definite, and affordable, especially on cultural information in Nagekeo Regency. Besides that, to increase the knowledge of the general public about the cultural diversity found in Nagekeo Regency.

Abstract

The Tetandara Village Office, South Ende District, Ende Regency, has an information system in the form of a manual and not yet automated so that it is slow in the process of adding, changing and deleting data and other resident data collections. The purpose of making the Population Administration Information System at the Tetandara Village Office is to help provide alternative solutions to problems in the Tetandara Village. The method in this research by utilizing certain techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is a set of Population Administration Information System software in Tetandara Village. The conclusion of this study is that the design of this information system provides a lot of convenience in the population administration process.

Abstract

It is needed an audit system control that does not only provide an evaluation of the Analysis Information System Management of Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework, but also can provide input for the improvement of IT management in the future. This research is qualitative using interview and observation methods to assess the processes of several domains contained in the Cobit 5-based Capability Level standard. Researchers used the Cobit 5 framework with a focus on the MEA domain (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) as a reference. The focus is on the domain based on the problems that exist in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang to monitor, evaluate and assess the suitability of the domain with the hospital strategy in assessing the needs of the hospital and whether the current system still meets the objectives that have been designed and controls needed to meet regulatory requirements or not. This research is expected to provide good results so that it can be used as material or a reference in the development of Analysis Information System Management in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework.

Abstract

Rote Ndao Regency is geographically designated as an autonomous region that has natural and cultural charms. Various types of tourism potential such as natural tourism, spiritual tourism, cultural tourism, culinary tourism, and marine tourism can be found in Rote Ndao Regency. This potential is a very valuable asset in attracting foreign and domestic tourists who visit and enjoy tourism in Rote Ndao Regency. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Rote Ndao Regency already has a tourism website, but the absence of several features on the tourism website makes tourists not aware of tourist attractions in the Rote Ndao Government. For that we need a system that is able to provide an overview of tourist destinations. So that later it can help tourists in choosing tourist objects that are suitable for tourists. The Tourism Object Mapping System is based on WebGIS and uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages ??as databases. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can provide information about a map of the location of tourist attractions, facilities available at tourist attractions, and the distance to tourist attractions in Rote Ndao Regency.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi disertai dengan penggunaannya yang semakin luas membuat berbagai aspek kehidupan tidak terlepas dari penggunaan teknologi, khususnya teknologi informasi. Pembuatan Layanan Informasi Masyarakat Desa (AplanDeka) dimaksudkan untuk membantu dalam pelayanan masyarakat desa yaitu layanan yang berkaitan dengan pembuatan surat dan informasi tentang desa. Selain bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, tentunya hal ini juga sangat bermanfaat bagi perangkat desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Aplikasi AplanDesa juga menjadi salah satu upaya dalam memajukan desa menuju smart village. Layanan ini dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web atau perangkat mobile agar lebih mudah, cepat dan praktis digunakan oleh masyarakat. Dalam pengembangannya aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Java serta didukung dengan database MySQL. Dalam penerapannya, aplikasi (AplanDeka) terintegrasi dengan aplikasi pengelolaan aplikasi surat yang sudah ada. Sinkronisasi data menggunakan jaringan internet dan menggabungkannya dengan database lokal, menjaga tingkat keamanan dalam memproses permintaan surat tetap terjaga, karena data desa tetap berada di database komputer desa dan database online hanya untuk validasi login, penyebaran informasi berita dan sebagai sementara area penyimpanan yang terkait dengan informasi aplikasi. surat yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Kabupaten Malaka memiliki potensi wisata yang sangat menarik untuk dieksplorasi. Keindahan alam khas Malaka yang masih terjaga menjadikannya destinasi wisata yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri. Hingga saat ini sudah ada wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara yang telah mengunjungi wisata di Kabupaten Malaka. Namun masih banyak wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara yang belum mengetahui tempat wisata di Kabupaten Malaka karena masih belum terpublikasi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi pariwisata Kabupaten Malaka berbasis website sangat dibutuhkan sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui daerah pariwisata di Kabupaten Malaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis website di Kabupaten Malaka yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu wisatawan dalam mempermudah menemukan objek wisata yang diinginkan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis website ini diharapkan Kabupaten Malaka dapat memberikan informasi secara detail kepada masyarakat luas, serta menampilkan objek-objek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Malaka. Adanya informasi yang lengkap akan memudahkan wisatawan untuk berwisata di Kabupaten Malaka.

Abstract

Kabupaten Ende merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki sektor pariwisata dan budaya yang beragam. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi layanan promosi pariwisata berbasis web untuk memudahkan Dinas Pariwisata dalam mempromosikan pariwisata di Kabupaten Ende. Minat wisatawan yang ingin berkunjung ke Kabupaten Ende masih sangat rendah hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Ende. Selain itu belum adanya layanan informasi promosi tempat wisata di Kabupaten Ende. Dari uraian tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian dengan mengembangkan sistem berbasis Web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dengan adanya layanan promosi berbasis web dapat membantu pemerintah Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Ende untuk mempromosikan tempat wisata alam, wisata bahari, wisata budaya, wisata religi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang tempat wisata, fasilitas yang ada di tempat wisata dan juga video dalam mempromosikan pariwisata di Kabupaten Ende.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires the government to impose large-scale social restrictions in the territory of Indonesia, which has an impact on various areas of life including trade, where there has been a significant decline in sales figures in retail stores. COVID-19 also causes fear to do activities outside the house, including buying groceries every day. On the other hand, online sales have increased. By seeing the increase in the use of technology during the pandemic, selling frozen food through the website is an alternative, where ready-to-cook food can be easily and safely obtained by consumers. This website can also help frozen food business owners to manage product data and transaction data for producing monthly sales reports quickly and efficiently, as well as a promotional tool with the Customer Relationship Management feature. This website mas made with the Modified Waterfall development model, and was built with the CodeIgniter framework to handle application workflows and Boostraps to handle the appearance of the website.

Abstract

Academic Information System is implemented to assist the organization of academic activities for lecturers and students. The success of the implementation of an academic information system can be measured by means of evaluation. Evaluation of the application of academic information systems to the level of acceptance of the system. In order to use the academic information system optimally, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence user acceptance of the system. The use of SIAMOR so far has not been maximized because there are several problems such as server disturbances at SIAMOR which cause SIAMOR to be inaccessible for a certain time, there are features that cannot be used or do not work, students have difficulty using SIAMOR because students are not given a manual regarding procedures for using SIAMOR. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of the Unimor Academic Information System (SIAMOR) by students. The model used in this study is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This type of data collection was obtained from a questionnaire with a sample of 100 students. The results of the research show that the Perceived Ease of Use partially has no effect on IT Acceptance, Perceived Usefulness does not affect IT Acceptance, Attitude Toward Using partially affects IT Acceptance and Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using affects IT Acceptance
