<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the policies implemented by the LLDIKTI Wilayah II in achieving the Main Performance Indicators (IKU). This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods carried out by interviews with decision-making officials who are very influential in determining the Main Performance Indicators for the 2020 fiscal year. The results of this study indicate that LLDIKTI Wilayah II has made every effort so that the activities carried out can reach the IKU. targeted in the 2020 Performance Agreement. From this research it is known that LLDIKTI Wilayah II has seven Main Performance Indicators (IKU) and carries out eleven activities to achieve IKU.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the role of the Regional Development Planning Agency in the preparation of the mid-term development plan for the city of Medan. and to find out how the preparation of the RPJMD for the city of Medan. This research is located at BAPPEDA PEMKO MEDAN. This research uses descriptive research. Sources of data collection carried out with primary data and secondary data through in-depth interviews with the head of BAPPED. As well as using data collection methods through observation and documentation. BAPPEDA is a supporting element of the mayor, which is led by a head of the Agency which is located under and responsible to the mayor of Medan, BAPPEDA has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of urban development planning. The Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is one part of development planning. After the inauguration of the new Mayor of Medan with a new vision and mission, a new RPJMD was drawn up. And in the preparation of the RPJMD, it is an elaboration of the vision and mission of the Regional Head. As well as in the preparation of the RPJMD, the most important coordination is with BAPPEDA. The results of this study indicate that the role of BAPPEDA in the preparation of the Medan City RPJMD is as follows: Harmonizing the schedule for implementing agency activities, integrating similar and related activities, evaluating planning and providing guidance in guidance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of trust on customer retention Askrida insurance. and the effect of satisfaction on customer retention for Askrida insurance. The population in this study are customers who have used the services of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan Branch for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch, (2) Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer retention of PT. Asuransi ASKRIDA SYARIAH Medan branch.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat is an obligation that must be carried out for all Muslims. Carrying out zakat is an obligation for all Muslims. With zakat, poor people can get welfare in terms of material and spiritual. The function of education is very important for humans because it not only educates the nation but also improves the quality of life. In the role of the education function, something important in human life, this means that every individual has the right to and hopes to always develop in education which is always associated with increasing human resources. BAZNAS Batu Bara Regency has a Smart Coal program, namely distributing zakat aid funds for education with the aim that the Batu Bara community gets educational assistance funds for their children who are continuing their education. This study used descriptive qualitative method . The purpose and benefits of the research as a result of the internship carried out by the author is to find out the extent of the role of Baznaz in Batu Bara Regency in improving education as an effort for community growth in Batu Bara Regency. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that from the amount of zakat and infaq receipts in 2022, the distribution for education is only about 13.49% per year.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank Syariah Indonesia kcp Singkil Iskandar Muda has a savings product using a contract between Wadiah Yad Dhamanah and Mudharabah Mutlaqah. Of course, both of these savings products have their advantages and disadvantages. As a result, indicators that affect the environment that are attracted to a competitive contract can be determined by various aspects, including aspects of return, aspects of costs, aspects of growth, social aspects, risk aspects, and promotion aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as indicators that affect savings products. This type of research is a qualitative research using analytical descriptive technique. Data collection was done by interview method. The subject of this research is leadership at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia kcp Singkil Iskandar Muda. The results show that the Mudharabah mutlaqah savings product is more desirable than the wadiah yad dhamanah savings product because the indicator is substantially more profitable for customers.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this the public perception about pawning gold of pegadaian syariah. The purpose of the research is to determine the extent to which understanding of the public about process of pawning gold to give by Pegadaian Syariah. The date used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The collecting of the primary data is done by giving the questionnaire to the customer of Pegadaian Syariah. While the secondary data are obtained from Pegadaian Syariah, books, literature, internet and others. The analysis method that used in this research is descriptive analysis using SPSS 16,0 version. The result of this research understanding customer’s or community about pawning gold is various. No one understand anyone not understands. But my observation, that has become a permanent customer’s of Pegadaian Syariah understanding about pawning gold to given and they have opinion about how to pawn gold of Pegadaian Syariah very easy and not many requirements.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the Islamic insurance industry is not balanced with the amount of research that will halal the Islamic insurance product. This indicates that there are still many inconsistencies in Islamic insurance products with Islamic principles. The application of a sharia insurance product is very important to maintain the halal product. In this paper, we will discuss the mechanism for applying prudential sharia insurance products (pru link sharia). By systematically describing the application of Islamic prinkets which will then be compared with the principles of Islam. This research shows that Prudential Shariainks are not fully in accordance with sharia principles.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out about the accounting treatment of disposal and disposal of assets carried out at the Office of Upt Labor Supervision Region I of North Sumatra Province and to find out whether the agreement between the accounting treatment of write-off and disposal of state-owned assets was in sync with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards or not. The object of this research is the Upt Office of Labor Supervision Region I, North Sumatra Province. This research information uses qualitative object information techniques derived from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that in carrying out the process of terminating regional fixed assets which has been carried out by the Regional I Employment Supervision Upt Office of North Sumatra Province, it has not been in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards in terms of the disposal of the company's fixed assets without recording losses, this is due to the disposal of assets. at the Regional I Labor Supervision Upt Office not yet in accordance with PSAK 16 concerning the write-off of fixed assets.]]>
