Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the level of understanding of Islamic bank customers who have entered into murabahah contracts, as well as the factors that influence customer decisions to use Islamic banks for murabahah financing. 45 Islamic bank customers who have taken murabaha financing were selected as samples. The data used is primary data collected from customers who have taken murabaha credit through surveys and direct interviews. Qualitative analytical approach was used in data analysis. The findings show that customers are not aware of the murabahah financing arrangements.

Abstract

The progress of the Indonesian economy has now entered the digital era 4.0 where many human roles have been replaced with the role of technology and digital. Some fields have an online version, such as e-commerce, online learning, online banking and so on. This digitalization has also entered the financial industry, known as Financial Technology. This study aims to discuss the risks of illegal online loans, of course, very disturbing in society. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. In the practice of financial technology against illegal online loans, it causes the misuse of data belonging to the borrower's consumer without permission by the platform by accessing data on cellular phone devices. Violations that occur to borrowing consumers for misuse of personal data on cellular networks by companies include intimidating billing, distribution of personal data on contacts on consumer numbers to sexual harassment. The targets of this illegal financial technology are people who have minimal financial knowledge, are in desperate need of money and have a consumptive lifestyle. Various modes are carried out to ensnare potential customers so that those without careful calculations are trapped and bear the risk.

Abstract

This study was conducted aiming to find out what are the obstacles or problems that often or often occur in the allocation of 3 KG LPG gas to the base at PT. SINTORA PUTRA GASINDO. , company finances as well as cooperation within the company with gas agents who contract with the company. In this study, the analysis method of observation interviews and focused discussion was used (Focus Group Discussion). Mr. Muhammad Ichan Pratama as the main director of the company PT. SINTORA PUTRA GASINDO, then we make observations going into the field in the distribution of DO gas which is distributed according to the contract to find out what fraud has been committed, both the base party and the employees who work in the company. PT. SINTO RA PUTRA GASINDO. There is also the use of this research to improve the company's work system, increase the production system or the allocation of 3KG LPG gas to the base so that there is no contract termination from the base to the company due to allocations that are not in accordance with the contract. which is quite a big impact from the constraints that occur in the allocation of 3kg LPG Gas.

Abstract

One of the obligations of the PTPN II Tanjung Jati oil palm PKWT Harvesting FFB workers is about knowledge of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for occupational safety and health. From the initial survey conducted by researchers at PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Jati, researchers found that several employees had accidents at work due to lack of compliance in using PPE. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and employee attitudes towards compliance in using personal protective equipment at PTPN II Tanjung Jati. The method used in this study is an analytical survey method using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees of PKWT Harvesting Palm Oil FFB at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Jati, specifically for the harvest section. As of January-March 2022, there are 134 employees. The sample is part of the population of 20 respondents. In this study the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The conclusion is based on the research above with univariate analysis that more employees do not have good knowledge, negative attitudes and non-compliance, namely most of the respondents have poor knowledge totaling 28 respondents (56.0%), most of the respondents have a negative attitude which amounted to 26 respondents (52.0%), most of the respondents did not comply in using PPE totaling 26 respondents (52.0%). Meanwhile, with bivariate analysis that of 22 respondents who have good knowledge, there are 17 respondents (77.2%) who are obedient to the use of PPE, while out of 28 respondents who have poor knowledge, there are 20 respondents (71.4%) who do not comply with the use of PPE. using PPE and of the 24 respondents who have a positive attitude, there are 17 respondents (70.8%) obedient to the use of PPE, while from 26 respondents who have a negative attitude, there are 19 respondents (72.1%) who do not comply with the use of PPE. It is hoped that the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Jati to pay more attention to its employees in the use of PPE in carrying out work activities in order to minimize the incidence of workplace accidents. And more often socialize the use of PPE for the development of knowledge and attitudes so that they are more obedient to the use of personal protective equipment.

Abstract

Digital marketing has now penetrated several fields, including property. Therefore, it is important for companies to implement digital marketing strategies for broader marketing. The company optimizes online marketing or digital marketing as a way of communicating with target consumers. This is definitely a very effective option. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah can use digital marketing to increase sales. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which was developed to provide information. Data collection techniques used in documentation and interviews. The results of this study are PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah implementing the right marketing strategy through digital real estate marketing to increase real estate sales and make a significant contribution to sales and reach many customers.

Abstract

The calculation of the community satisfaction index is carried out by the relevant agencies on a regular basis to determine the progress of the unit's performance in the services of government agencies, which can be used as a separate policy material to further improve the quality of service. . Public. Service At the same time, the aim of this study is to measure SMI's satisfaction with its customers, to understand what needs to be improved and how to increase people's satisfaction. PermenpanRB No. 14 of 2017 Indicators of Community Satisfaction Measurement are System Requirements, Mechanisms and Procedures, Completion Time, Costs/Tariffs, Product Specifications by Type of Service, Implementation Capacity, Implementation Behavior, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Complaints, Advice and Feedback Handling. In addition, this study aims to find out how satisfied SMIs are with their customers and what can be done to make them more satisfied. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Indicator (DPMPTSP) Medan takes into account factors such as system requirements, mechanisms and procedures. Community Satisfaction (SKM) is 80.43 with a range of 76.61-88.30. The results are still among the good grades. The service elements that are considered the most satisfactory are cost/task points and complaint handling with an average of 3.6, while the lowest points are service hours and permit issuance procedures, with an average of 2.85.

Abstract

Development is a planned process aimed at improving people's welfare. One of the most important processes is development planning, which requires an annual budget to realize the planned program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic ratios and growth ratios on the realization of the Bappeda budget in developing Medan City during the Covid-19 period. This research was conducted at the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection method used is observation and documentation by taking secondary data. The analytical technique used is using the Economy Ratio and Growth Ratio measurement methods. The results of this study say that Covid is indicated in Indonesia in 2020, so in 2019 there is no such indication, in the 2019-2021 Bappeda Budget Realization Report there are differences in the budget and realization each year. In 2019 the budget was 10,943,903,735 and the realization was 6,068,358,002. In 2020 the budget is 10,419,108,595 and the realization is 5,531,644,863. In 2021 the budget is 24,292,278,919 and the realization is 16,315,636,163. In 2021 Budget and Realization will increase by 2.21% and 2.68% from 2019. 595 and Realization of 5,531,644,863. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the right marketing strategy to be applied in PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah in Medan city with SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where non population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with the director PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera about the company profile and strategy of PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah Secondary data obtained from target sales and realized sales report. From the analysis conducted known that in recent years, product sales has decreased. The decrease can be happen because the company never knew and never do the analysis about market environment changes, market demand, and low marketing activities. SWOT analysis conducted to determine the strengths, weakness, opportuniteies, and threats in PT. Rizki Mandiri Barokah.

Abstract

Bappeda is an agency engaged in panning and deveopment, which reguates and manages the course of panning and deveopment in the city of Medan. Within Bappeda there is a corporate organizationa structure, among which there is a structure for the finance department, which carries out some of the tasks of financia management. This study aims to determine specificay the roe and function of the Bappeda section in panning and deveoping the city of Medan. The approach taken in this research is to use a quaitative approach using the iterature method. The research data was obtained from the company directy and coected writings from severa artices, severa books, and a forms of sources reated to the object of research. The resuts of this study indicate the importance of the roe and function of the finance department in Medan city deveopment panning.
