Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Buzz Group discussion method on improving the collaboration ability of elementary school students. The research design was a quasi experiment, non equivalent control group design. The sample was taken by purposive sampling and obtained class V SD Negeri Muncar 01 as the experimental class and SD Negeri Muncar 02 as the control class. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample T-test, simple linear regression test, and paired sample T-test. The results showed: 1) There were differences in the use of the large group method and the buzz group discussion, this was evidenced by the independent sample T-test with a significance level of <0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05, 2) There was an influence on the use of the buzz discussion method. groups towards increasing the ability of student cooperation, this is evidenced by a simple linear regression test with a significance level of <0.05, namely 0.44 <0.05, and 3) There is an increase in students' cooperation abilities, this is evidenced by the paired sample T-test. Test with a significance level of <0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05 after using the buzz group discussion method. Keywords: Buzz group discussion, cooperation skills

Abstract

Village financial management is expected to apply transparency and accountability in its management so that the goals of the central government can be realized properly, in Ketupat village this has not been realized because of the lack of transparency in village financial management towards the community, starting from planning to accountability, this is what happened in Ketupat Village, Raas District, District Sumenep. The purpose of this study was to determine the transparency of village financial management towards the Ketupat Village Community, Raas District, Sumenep Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing systematically, factually and accurately about the facts and characteristics that exist in the village administration qualitatively by observing, interviewing directly and in-depth and documenting the transparency of village financial management to the Ketupat village community. Key research informants were the village head, village secretary and treasurer, while the supporting informants were community leaders, village officials and the BPD of Ketupat village. The results showed that the financial management of Ketupat village was not yet transparent to the community, this was revealed from the financial management carried out by the village government both from the planning stage, the implementation stage, the administration stage, the reporting and accountability stages, the lack of involvement of community leaders from each stage of financial management and not. the existence of extension media or information media owned by the village government, including the web, which until now has not been accessible. And there is no good communication between the village government and the BPD of the Ketupat village, Raas sub-district, Sumenep district.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe qualitatively the phonological system of Tae Rongkong dialect in North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. The analysis was carried out on 200 Swades vocabularies carried out in the field. The results of the study were analyzed in four categories. The categories in question are phoneme identification, phoneme distribution, phoneme clusters and tribal patterns in the Tae Rongkong dialect. Based on phoneme identification, there were 5 (five) vowel phonemes [u], [a], [e], [O], and [o]; 9 (Nine) consonant phonemes [m], [l], [s], [r], [b], [k], [d], [t], and [n]; based on the distribution of vowel phonemes found 9 (nine) vowel phonemes [a], [i], [u], [I], [e], [e], [o], [U], and [O]; while the distribution of consonant phonemes found 15 (fifteen) consonant phonemes [b], [d], [g], [j], [k], [l], [m], [n], [ŋ], [ p], [r], [s], [t], [v], and [?]; also found 10 (ten) vocal phoneme clusters /ai/, /au/, /ae/, /ia/, /ua/, /uo/, /ei/, /oe/, /oa/, and /io/; and in the consonant phoneme group, 6 (six) consonant phonemes were found /nd/, /nt/, /mb/, /mp/, /ŋk/, /kg/, and /nd/; The tribal patterns found by researchers in the Tae Rongkong dialect consist of trisyllabic patterns with monosyllabic V, polysyllabic K.V, V.K, trisyllabic K.K.KV and four-syllabic KK.K.K.V.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the public's perception of enjoying health services, then this type of research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. In determining the population and samples, the quota sampling technique was used by determining the number of respondents based on the quota sample set as many as 30 people who were taken by accident. The results of the research are that the current health service at the Lambu Health Center is basically a national task that is the responsibility of the government, both at the central, regional and sub-district levels to the village/village. In order to carry out the function of health services to the community at the sub-district level, health workers at the Lambu Health Center have done well. Furthermore, the conclusion is the public perception of health services at the community health center in the Lambu sub-district based on the answers from respondents who answered very well 30.00% then respondents who answered well 65.00% then respondents who answered quite well 5.00% and respondents who answered no good 0.00%. Related to services, of course, it has advantages and disadvantages which lie in the willingness to provide assistance to the community without being asked to be corrected, even though the weaknesses referred to are not solely based on health workers. Abstract

This study aims determine to the effect of the control system on company's performance at PT Global Jet Express Surabaya and the influence internal control on the performance of the Global Jet Express Surabaya company and the influence of the management control system and internal control on the company's performance at PT Global Jet Express Surabaya. This study is a kind of descriptive study, and there is a quantitative study. PT. Global Jet Express South Surabaya has approximately 155 employees. A sample of this study was an employee of Global Jet Express, an office in southern Surabaya. NS. A total of 35 people in the accounting department, staff working in the budget area, and the department. In this study, we used a targeted sampling technique, that is, a method of determining samples from a specific point of view. Data collection method by questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results data analysis, we can conclude that there is a significant positive impact between the control systems on the performance of PT Global Jet Express Surabaya. There is a positive and significant impact between the internal control over Global Jet Express Surabaya's performance and the joint positive and significant impact between the management control system and internal control over PT Global Jet Express Surabaya's performance.

Abstract

This study describes analysis for implementing multigrade teaching policies at the primary school level in Probolinggo district, East Java Province. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of teacher shortages in remote areas due to difficult geographical conditions in Probolinggo district. So that the multigrade teaching policy is taken as a solution in overcoming the shortage of teachers. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The case study approach is carried out considering that the multigrade teaching policy is only carried out in certain areas that have special conditions. The research is conducted in Probolinggo district, East Java province. The results show that the multigrade teaching method is considered appropriate to solve the problem of teacher shortages in Probolinggo district. However, improvements are still needed in the implementation of policies and management

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether the reporting and calculation of PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama is in compliance with the Income Tax Law No.36 of 2008. The data studied were the results of interviews from PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama is related to income tax. Data collection techniques used are: field research, documentation, observation, interviews. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used in this study is primary data. The result of this research is a comparison of the tax calculations from PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama with the author's calculations referring to the Law no. 36 of 2008, there is no difference in the income tax article payable and for tax deposits and reporting of PT. Tasindo uses Annual SPT and SSP, deposits and reports are made before the tax due date. PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama has made a deposit reporting and calculation in accordance with Law no. 36 of 2008.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between marketing communication strategy of Brodo footwear on Instagram and willingness to buy of students in (STIE Pemuda). Using stratified proportional and purposive sampling techniques, the sample of this research is 95 students of STIE pemuda attended in year 202 and 2013. Data collecting is done by using two techniques, library research and field research. Data collecting is done by distributing questionaires consist of 20 closed-ended questions. Data analysis is done by using single and cross table analysis as well as hypothesis test using Spearman (Spearman's Rho Rank- Order Correlation) formula. The result shows that there is a certain and low relationship between marketing strategy of Brodo Footwear and the willingness to buy among students of (STIE Pemuda).
