Abstract

The existence of health facilities in the form of hospitals can improve the health standard of the people of Denpasar, as evidenced by the high life expectancy in 2022 equal to 75.3 years. By increasing the level of public health, other sectors will receive a positive influence, especially the economic sector. The high need for health facilities in the city of Denpasar has caused many investors to start pursuing the health business, especially hospitals. Businesses in the Health sector provide considerable profits with a relatively high Initial Rate of Return (IRR) or investment return rate of 50.44% (Arwati, 2016). In addition to providing benefits to the community and businesses, the health business, in the form of hospitals, also has a significant negative impact on the environment. The characteristics of the waste generated by hospital operations are in the form of domestic waste and B3 waste (hazardous toxic materials) such as leftover syringes, leftover laboratory washing water and leftover reagents. The management of the resulting liquid B3 waste can be carried out with the operation of an WWTP (wastewater treatment installation). It is necessary to carry out calculations related to the performance efficiency of the WWTP so as to ensure that the processed water is suitable for reuse and to calculate the clean water savings that can be achieved in order to apply the concept of a sustainable economy. Based on the research results, the level of treatment efficiency which is quite high, which is more than 90%, will produce processed water that can be reused to support operational activities. The use of ground water for operational activities can be reduced by 60% or around 48 m3/day.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of prenatal and postnatal education in the family. Education is a process of learning knowledge, skills and habits of a group of people which are passed down from one generation to the next through teaching, training and research. If related to the notion of education as described above, the education of children in the womb is a conscious effort of parents (husband -wife) to educate their children who are still in the womb of the wife. A conscious effort here is specifically aimed at and carried by both parents because it is not possible to educate a child in the womb (prenatal), let alone taught except by the parents themselves. Postnatal education is human education in the family environment starting from birth to the end of his life. All kinds of life sciences obtained from the family are the result of the postnatal family education process. From birth humans have been taught how to lie on their stomach, drink, eat, walk to religious knowledge. Just like prenatal education whose goal is to ensure that humans are born into the world, Dr. Dety Mulyati stated that postnatal education is shown as a guarantee so that humans are good and do not experience significant difficulties during the process of human life. The method used is the literature review method. It turns out that prenatal and postnatal education is very important for the education of the child both in the womb and at the time of delivery for the rest of his life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the role and responsibility of the government in health services after the ratification of the Health Omnibus Act. This study also aims to convey the idea of a comprehensive health law as a national legal policy aimed at improving the health of the Indonesian people. This article uses normative legal research methods using legal approaches, contextual approaches, and analytical approaches. This study shows that the idea of a comprehensive health law as a national legal policy to improve public health status in Indonesia is both a challenge and an opportunity. Considering that the health sector makes an important contribution to the sustainability of the development goals put forward by the United Nations, one of the goals of sustainable development is to lead a healthy and prosperous life. Therefore, regulations based on Pancasila values must be revised and harmonized both nationally and internationally to ensure the achievement of the task of promoting fair, just and affordable companies with legal certainty.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be in the form of imaginative and inventive capacities, keen to see gaps and remain open to any input and positive changes that can bring trade to continue to grow and have self-respect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity, innovation that is beneficial to the entrepreneurship of UMKM Sukla Satyagraha. One of the pioneers of MSME development in Bali is the Satyagraha Movement. The Satyagraha Movement is a culinary business movement as well as traders with micro and medium enterprises which is a form of culinary or business preservation in Bali that uses the concept of Hinduism as well as synergizes between ancestral concepts and the concept of modern generations that have undergone various forms of change. Being an innovator was carried out by respondents, although currently many sell klepon, Yadnya decorations and clothing and fiber trays with a similar concept, the Klepon Legend Gianyar brand has already been known to the market as a Klepon seller whose taste makes customers addicted. Ibu Dayu's Klepon is known as the most delicious Klepon in the world by using basic ingredients from glutinous rice flour and Mr. Wayan's decoration shop which has a variety of decorations and clothing compared to other fashion shop owners. In addition, in this case, businesses that offer goods that follow this comparison concept cannot be considered progress, because they are considered to be imitating or adapting existing goods to the same storefront. Trade owners also arrange creative strategies to overcome the problem of changing culinary patterns. Culinary patterns alone can lead to switching clients and spoiled item offerings.
