Abstract

The general purpose of this study is to find out how the strategies and constraints for marketing Hajj savings products at Bank Mega Syariah in the Office of the Ministry of Religion, East Lombok Regency. The type of research in this research is field research using a qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data in this study, researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the marketing of Hajj savings products by Bank Mega Syariah East Lombok Sub-Branch Office is carried out through 4 (four) strategies, namely: 1) product strategy, consisting of providing security, transactions throughout the bank network, competitive profit sharing, automatic zakat deductions. , connected directly to the Ministry of Religion, and free of administration fees, 2) pricing strategy, by setting a standard price starting from the smallest price, which is Rp. distribution strategy, which is carried out by inviting Muslims, which is carried out by delivering products at several strategic places, and 4) promotion strategy, which is carried out through direct offers, making brochures and banners, inviting Muslims, and opening a booth every week . Meanwhile, the obstacles in marketing the Hajj savings products of Bank Mega Syariah East Lombok Sub-Branch Office are divided into two, namely internal and external constraints. Internal constraints, consisting of: HR problems, technical, legal/structural problems, and market/communal constraints. Meanwhile, external constraints, namely the Covid-19 pandemic which caused limited space for marketing, as well as the cancellation of the departure of Hajj pilgrims which then caused people's reluctance to use Hajj savings products.

Abstract

The wage of contraception 3 months DMPA (Depo Medroxy Progesteron Acetat) have mayor side effect, there is weight change. Acceptor KB, DMPA injection was experience weight changed influenced by progesterone hormone, so that stimulated appatice hormone in hypothalamus.  The purpose of the reseach there was to analyzed differential weight before and after used injection contraception DMPA in Kecamatan Jatiuwung Tangerang Banten. This reseach used analytical comparation with cross sectional, sampling Total sampel of this research is 75. This research used consecutive sampling. Data was analyzed by chi – square test. There was difrential weight before and after used injection contraception (p-value = 0,03). From this reseach there was diffrential weight before and after used injection contraception DMPA. KB Acceptor can be expected to utilized facility and infrastructure form heather to reduce mortality and give space baby births with inaection KB without over worries with side effect from KB contraception like injection KB.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that affects many people around the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 40% of the adult population over the age of 25 years has been diagnosed with hypertension. Meanwhile, Indonesia has 55.2% of hypertension sufferers in the 55-64 year age range. The objective of this research is review the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Literature Review researchers used databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Research Gate, and Elsevier. Thirty related journals were found and included in six journals. Based on a literature review of six inclusion articles that the authors reviewed, the results showed that there was an effect between progressive muscle relaxation therapy on reducing blood pressure by taking actions for 5-10 minutes and performed 3 times a day. The use of progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be used as an alternative/non-pharmacological intervention and can be implemented in patients with hypertension as an effort to lower blood pressure and provide a relaxing effect on the body.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth failure that is a global problem in today's world especially in developing countries. The process of failure has been linked to the chronic unsatisfying of nutrients, which include the kelp of animal protein, which provides a high concentration of protein consumption in Indonesia The formation of a bone matrix in the child. The purpose of the literature review is to Knowing specifics and analyzing the articles related to animal protein intake as a precautionary or stunting treatment for children. The method used was the search for relevant articles on the topic of discussion Using Google help, mozila fire fox and chrome with database access An e-repellent. The results of analysis of the article indicate that the consumption of animal protein (milk, eggs, fish, eels and birds) is significantly beneficial in improving stunted growth and can prevent children from developing stunting that results in decreased prevalence Stunting children. Based on the avaible data intake of animal protein, it has significant benefits to HAZ of child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the differences in the effectiveness of creative problem solving learning models and conventional learning models in terms of reasoning, communication, and self-esteem abilities. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent comparison group design. The research subjects were students at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. The sample consisted of 50 students from two class VII, each of which followed the conventional learning model and creative problem solving learning model. The research instrument consisted of a test of students' reasoning abilities and a test of students' mathematical communication skills. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Hotteling's Trace. The results of the study at the 5% significance level showed that: (1) the creative problem solving learning model was effective in terms of students' mathematical reasoning and communication abilities; (2) the conventional learning model is effective in terms of students' mathematical reasoning and communication abilities; and (3) there is a difference in effectiveness between creative problem solving and conventional learning models in terms of students' mathematical reasoning and communication abilities.

Abstract

Responsibilities of the Coal Regency Environmental Service for Industrial Waste Supervision. This study examines the content of the Local Government Responsibilities of the Batubara Regency for the supervision of industrial waste. In this legal research, using empirical legal research methods and conducting a study at the Environmental Service Office of Batubara Regency. In this legal research, primary legal materials are used, namely: Legislation. Secondary legal materials, namely: law books. Tertiary legal materials, namely: non-legal books. In this study, that the role of the Batubara Regency government does not answer the problems faced by the community, the next Government effort is to provide law enforcement against industries that do not heed the appeals of the Government. In law enforcement which in the perspective of environmental law is expected to be one of the instruments, namely administrative, civil or criminal law instruments, it can even be enforced with all three instruments at once.

Abstract

Foreign citizens who wish to enter and reside in the Republic of Indonesia are regulated in Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration regarding entry and exit of the NKRI area, NKRI expedition documents, visas, entry characteristics, and requesting to reside, overseeing the immigration system, immigration system actions , as well as investigations. In this legal research using empirical legal research methods and conducting studies at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjungbalai. In this legal research, primary legal materials are used, namely: Interviews. Secondary legal materials, namely: law books. Tertiary legal materials, namely: non-legal books. The process of carrying out enforcement duties for foreigners who enter the State of Indonesia, especially the Tanjungbalai City area and its surroundings who are proven to have misused travel documents if found by the officers of the Tanjungbalai TPI Class Immigration Office, then the actions/efforts taken by the officers are to carry out surveillance first. and the presence of foreigners who are in the jurisdiction of the Tanjungbalai Immigration Office Class TPI can directly arrest, interrogate and investigate and if or it is reasonably suspected that the foreigner is carrying out activities that are not in accordance with his residence permit, the foreign national will be detained and investigated for further submission. to the Public Prosecutor at the Tanjungbalai Asahan District Prosecutor's Office to be carried out p21. barriers to cracking down on misuse of travel documents by foreigners, which include the following: Language translators who are not in the working area in Tanjungbalai City in dealing with foreigners who enter Indonesian territory, especially Tanjungbalai City, the foreigner's representative does not exist in Indonesia, Limited budget for coordinate with related agencies; and Lack of Human Resources (HR) who have a PPNS Card (Civil Servant Investigator).

Abstract

The Directorate General of Customs and Excise is given the authority to supervise the export and import of goods without disturbing the smooth process of the tourists who come and is given the authority to take action if narcotics are found. In its application, the technical agency stipulates prohibition and restriction regulations and notifies the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to be carried out by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in the field of special supervision, of course it must be given to the entry of prohibited goods that can interfere with the life of the nation and state. Teluk Nibung Customs and Excise officers against tourists from Malaysia with the initials NZ who entered the port of Teluk Nibung with narcotics shabu. This legal research uses empirical legal research methods and conducts a case study at the Teluk Nibung Customs and Excise Office. This legal research uses primary legal materials, namely: Per Law. The process of action carried out by the Teluk Nibung Customs and Excise officers against foreign tourists who bring narcotics, namely an in-depth examination of the luggage and bodies of foreign tourists, tourists are taken to the Teluk Nibung Customs and Excise office for further inspection processes, laboratory tests are carried out Regarding the type of narcotics carried, the development of the narcotics carrier network with the North Sumatra Police Narcotics Unit or Tanjungbalai City Police along with the North Sumatra Province BNN or Tanjungbalai City BNN, goods and tourists are handed over to the police or to the National Narcotics Agency. The external obstacle is the occurrence of language differences as for the solutions faced by establishing good interactions with foreign tourists.

Abstract

Customs is the name of a government agency related to international trade both in its role of supervising and collecting import duties, export duties and import taxes. However, customs itself has a different definition, namely duty which is a state levy on imported and exported goods, while excise is a state levy imposed on certain goods with the characteristics of controlled circulation, controlled consumption and high value. This study examines the Guidance and Supervision of Savings and Loan Cooperatives. in this legal research using empirical legal research methods and conducting a study at the Tanjungbalai City Customs and Excise Office. In this legal research, primary legal materials are used, namely: Legislation. Secondary legal materials, namely: law books. Tertiary legal materials, namely: non-legal books. The role of the Tanjungbalai City Customs and Excise office in supervising the smuggling of excisable goods is very important because it is our duty to prevent smuggling, and we always try to prevent smuggling. to the southern stone harbor. In this case, the obstacles faced by the Customs and Excise office in supervising the smuggling of excisable goods into and out of Tanjungbalai City are that people prefer to buy excisable goods at a cheaper price. And the cheap ones are usually goods that are not subject to official excise duty or what are commonly called illegal goods. For example, cigarettes that are not subject to excise duty.

Abstract

In this study, that the role of the Batu Bara Regency Government in the Management and Utilization of Mangrove Forest Resources is currently experiencing obstacles in following up on the logging of mangrove forests in the Batubara Regency area, then in law enforcement for these crimes in the forestry sector, in this case it has shown that the legal provisions in the forestry sector cannot be accommodated for the development of an existing crime. In dealing with crime cases in the forestry sector, which in this case have recently developed, are growing and also getting wider.
