Abstract

The high number of unemployed in the North Sumatra Province, specifically the City of Tanjung Balai Asahan and accompanied by the high demand for Indonesian Migrant Workers from countries that have a cooperation contract with the Indonesian state so that people are willing to become PMI with the aim of getting a better life. Types of Indonesian Migrant Workers in the formal sector which is classified into the type of Indonesian Migrant Workers who work for employers who are legal entities. The rules governing the requirements for issuing passports for prospective Indonesian migrant workers are regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 8 of 2014 concerning Ordinary Passports and Travel Letters Like Passports. A recommendation letter for issuing a passport from the Manpower Office as one of the requirements for issuing passports for prospective Indonesian migrant workers, but in its implementation at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Balai Asahan prospective Indonesian migrant workers, especially in the formal sector, often do not take care of issuing a recommendation letter for issuing passports from the Office Employment for various reasons. Therefore, it is explained the implementation of regulations for PMI candidates who register for passport issuance at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Balai Asahan. Are the regulations for PMI candidates in the formal sector optimal? especially in the formal sector which is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the immigration system at the time of data entry, only prospective informal sector migrant workers are required to input PMI ID, while prospective Indonesian Migrant workers in the formal sector do not input PMI ID so that the data entry process can continue. So the urgency of the recommendation letter for passport issuance from the Manpower Office is only focused on prospective Indonesian migrant workers in the informal sector, not on prospective Indonesian migrant workers in the formal sector.

Abstract

In today's technological era, humans prefer work that is instant and fast to meet their needs, one of which is investing. Bitcoin and stocks are one form of investment that has been widely used by investors since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to see how much the Covid-19 pandemic has affected bitcoin prices and stock prices on the JSE. This research is an explanatory research based on the research objectives that have been set previously to test the existing hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the increase in the number of Covid-19 patients in Jakarta will cause the stock price of shares listed on the Jakarta stock exchange and also the price of bitcoin to decrease, causing investors to be increasingly reluctant to invest in stocks and trade their bitcoins. Investors and traders prefer to allocate their money to other sectors or things that they consider safer.

Index number analysis is used to see how the development of exports and imports in increasing GRDP. The results showed that for five years, the index for exports averaged 38.62 per year, meaning that the export value decreased by 61.38% per year. The average import index figure is 116.69% per year, meaning that the import value has increased by 16.69% per year. Although the value of imports has increased, net exports are still positive because the value of exports is higher than the value of imports. The net export index figure shows a figure of 29.39% per year, meaning that there is a decline in net exports by 70.61% per year. The GRDP index figure shows an average of 110.26% per year, meaning that GRDP has increased by an average of 10.26% per year. An increase in exports will directly increase GRDP, but on the other hand, an increase in GRDP does not necessarily increase the value of exports. This study shows that the export value has decreased quite high but the GRDP continues to increase because there are other sectors that experience development/increase from year to year.

Abstract

The growth and development of children is also strongly influenced by the environment in which the child is located, whether with friends he hangs out with, the environment in which he lives or the school environment. Seeing from the various environmental opportunities that can slowly help shape the character of children, it is very important that there is a continuous effort in fostering and training children and adolescents to think and act positively. Bad associations destroy good habits (1 Cor 15:33), this part of the verse of God's Word reminds us that the good and bad character of a person depends on who the person associates with. The development of science, especially in technology, is very much felt in this modern era. To respond to this issue, this socialization and training is carried out as a form of our collective concern in building the nation's character through early development for children and youth in the environment, the city where we live. This character building is carried out with the aim of equipping children in undergoing their growth and development period, as well as encouraging children to have a mature self-concept and have a filter in their future interactions. Ready to be a Leader and Maintain Association, are two material topics that are packaged to later become provisions for children and adolescents, especially the participants of this service activity, namely children and youth of the GPI Diaspora Congregation in Sorong City.
