Jurnal Manajemen dan Ilmu Administrasi Publik (JMIAP) memuat artikel dan karya ilmiah baik berupa hasil penelitian maupun non penelitian. JMIAP bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang manajemen pelayanan publik dan administrasi Publik. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of strategic location and marketing communication on the purchasing decisions of respondents who are housing owners in Azalea Garden. This research is descriptive. Primary data and secondary data were obtained. Secondary data was obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other related primary publication data obtained by distributing questionnaires to target respondents. By using convenience sampling technique, the target sample is at least 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square and data processing using SmartPLS version 3.0 program. This study shows the results that strategic location and marketing communication have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on purchase intention. The variability of strategic location and marketing communication constructs is 70.1% on purchase intention.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of E-government has an important role in an organization. All things that include the implementation of e-government in an organization or government must be an important concern for the management of the organization, with the implementation of e-government that meets the standards according to the instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2003, it will improve employee performance, including through application applications. e-government. The availability of the application of E-government can improve employee performance and organizational work productivity. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. In collecting data, the author uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. As well as using the determinant coefficient test and simple linear regression in data analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province with a total of 49 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that all the results of the hypothesis in the study were proven significantly. This is indicated by the results of the t-count 3.768 > t-table 0.281. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive influence between the implementation of e-government on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in South Sumatra Province.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts and factors inhibiting the development of Tiga Pangung Waterfall Tourism Object in Ulak Village Bandung Kec. Muara Sahung Kab. Kaur. Researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. The data source consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews to management actors. Data analysis techniques used by researchers through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or data validation. <![CDATA[Supervision management is an effort to manage supervisory activities in order to improve organizational performance. Thus efforts to improve school performance can be pursued by improving the quality of supervisory management. This study was conducted to analyze supervisory management in improving school performance at SMAN 2 Kulisusu, North Buton Regency using qualitative methods. Informants in this study amounted to 9 people consisting of 8 school elements, 1 supervisor element selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data collected was then analyzed descriptively to obtain an overview of Supervisory Management and School Performance through Teacher Performance and Principal Performance. The results showed that the supervisory management carried out by SMAN 2 Kulisusu supervisors in improving school performance at SMAN 2 Kulisusu had not run optimally due to limited facilities and infrastructure that were not in accordance with needs, as well as limited operational budget supervision which led to revision activities to improve program actualization results. control cannot be carried out. In addition, the supervision stage also does not run optimally, especially at the implementation stage of supervision due to the low understanding of teachers on textual supervisor instructions and the low intensity of supervisory meetings with school principals.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a policy study that discusses the efforts of the Central Statistics Agency for the City of Palembang in implementing bureaucratic reform. Based on the results of this study, the results of research and discussion show that this study aims to analyze the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 81 of 2010 concerning Bureaucratic Reform at the Palembang City BPS Office, and to gain an understanding of the meaning of Bureaucratic Reform for Palembang City BPS office employees. This research method is qualitative. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and literature studies that were relevant to the research object. The parameters measured are based on the implementation model of bureaucratic reform from aspects that include aspects of the institution (organization), management and human resources of the apparatus. In its implementation, it still encounters various kinds of obstacles, the main obstacles are the coordination of the Palembang City BPS Technical Team is still not at the Palembang City BPS itself but is in other agencies. The process of bureaucratic reform is certainly still far from what is expected by the community.]]>

The problem of transportation in urban areas that often occurs is traffic density caused by the volume of vehicles that are not balanced with road capacity. Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang follows the same guidelines as the Minister of Industry's circular. The Work from Home implementation strategy aims to provide employees with more flexibility by allowing them to work on and complete assignments from home. <![CDATA[Public services for every citizen is an important role in human life from they are born until die. Effective public service is a hope for the community. Like the case at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya, Surabaya residents expect the service process to be effective. However, the service process at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya gave birth to problems and ended up with complaints and disappointments from Surabaya residents. Therefore, Dispendukcapil Surabaya tried to overcome this problem by giving birth to an innovation, namely E-LAMPID (Electronic, Born, Died, Moved, Came). This article aims to know how the effectiveness of E-LAMPID innovation in the Dispendukcapil Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method by utilizing secondary data sources. These resources have been very helpful in supporting the analysis of the authors in this article. The result achieved is the ease of public services at the Surabaya Civil Registration Office because of the E-LAMPID innovation. The conclusion is that by implementing E-LAMPID, services at the Dispendukcapil Surabaya can be more effective than the manual service model.]]>

<![CDATA[During the Covid-19 pandemic, the central government and regional governments must provide policies that can minimize the transmission rate and the Covid-19 virus. One of the central government's policies in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is to issue a policy for people to work or study from home. In this case, the government, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture, is collaborating with Google so that schools in Indonesia can still carry out learning using digital media and the internet through e-learning, namely using G-Suite for Education. One of the schools that uses G-Suite for Education is SMAN 1 Kalidawir Sidoarjo. However, the effect of applying G-Suite for learning development at SMAN 1 Kalidawir still needs to be measured. The research method of this article uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the source of information is related through the opinions of experts and qualified journals. The results of this article conclude that the application of G-Suite for Education greatly influences learning at SMAN 1 Kalidawir Sidoarjo to become a learning medium during a pandemic in which there are various features that can be used for bold learning to take place.]]>

<![CDATA[Indications that prove a public organization’s growth can be seen from how effective their services can be. Hence there are performance systems and performance measures to see one of the factors behind the effectiveness of such public service. And as application, the performance measurement for the public organization is done to increase the motivation of the organization's management that does not focus only on its output but the relevance of outcomes that can increase the value of public satisfaction of service accessibility. While many factors affect the implementation of performance measurements, one must be considered is affective commitment of management. Where in this case management is encouraged to continue to make improvements and changes in organizations. Researchers are taking a case study of one government agency of fisheries and east Java province, looking into some of the obstacles based on theory of constraints and how a perctive commitment looks for solutions.]]>
