Abstract

The emergence of demands from the public for public services, encourages the existing central and local governments to use information technology in the implementation of public services known as e-government. One of the regional government that utilizes e-government in providing public services, especially licensing services, is the DPMPTSP Serang Regency which is currently carried out online through SIMPONIE. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in online licensing services through SIMPONIE in DPMPTSP Serang Regency. The research method in this study uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is a successful element of implementation e-government based on the results of studies and research of the Harvard JFK School of Government, including support, capacity, and value. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMPONIE in the DPMPTSP Serang Regency can be said to be a success. This can be seen from the support in the form of vision and mission, regulations, and socialization. The implementation of SIMPONIE also provides benefits such as easier service and does not take a long time, it's just that in its implementation there are still network constraints that make SIMPONIE sometimes inaccessible.

Abstract

Smart village is the development of a concept where village people are in a community that solves regional problems by utilizing their potential resources intelligently, wisely and efficiently and elevating local customs and culture, as well as applicable norms. Based on this explanation, of course the concept of a smart village cannot be separated from the five main components, namely smart governance, smart environment, smart economy, smart mobility, and smart tourism. As one of the villages implementing the smart village program, Limpug Village as one of the pilot villages for the implementation of the smart village program in Batang Regency has several problems that occur in implementing the smart village program which can be reviewed based on the five main components of the smart village concept. This research aims to determine the implementation of the smart village component in the implementation of the smart village program in Limpung Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of good corporate governance in optimizing service governance in the perum damri branch of the City of Surabaya. This research method uses a descriptive type of qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out through observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and previous research. The results showed that the Perum damri Branch of Surabaya City has not fully applied the principles of good corporate governance as a whole from the 5 principles of achieving goals, there is still 1 principle that is well implemented, namely the principle of independency. Transparency has not been carried out due to the absence of operational information services, accountability has not been fully implemented, there is still no guarantee of employee competence and the company governance system has not run optimally, responsibility has not been fully relaxed due to the absence of social impact programs for the community in the company environment, fairness has not been fully implemented because the community complaint box facility is still not available and there are still many fleets for rejuvenation and fleets are carried out for people with disabilities.

Abstract

Currently information technology has experienced rapid development so that information can be accessed quickly. One of the applications of technology in education today is the existence of an internet-based information system for report card grades or what we usually know as online report cards. This has changed the pattern of society in various aspects, especially the world of education. The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student progress, which has been implemented in almost all schools in Tangerang City. For example, SMPN 8 Tangerang City is one of the public schools in Tangerang City which uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for manual student learning outcomes reports. The problems raised were the teacher's lack of understanding in accessing e-reports when inputting grades and the lack of understanding of parents in accessing e-reports to see children's development. This research is a literature study that aims to collect information related to the use of online report card information systems implemented by several schools, the results obtained from this literature study are that the online report card system makes it easy for educators to process student value data that can be accessed both by students and parents.

Abstract

Bali is an area that has traditional weaving crafts and still survives amid the globalization of textiles. This study describes the implementation of the policy of using traditional woven fabrics in encouraging the development of small and medium weaving industries (IKM) in Bali. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through literature review, documents, and observation. Research through literature study utilizes online media, statistical data, books, articles in journals, government websites, and trusted online media. The implementation of the policy on the use of traditional Balinese woven or endek fabrics has gone according to the government's expectations, in the form of purchasing woven products, training for new woven craftsmen, providing looms, and establishing weaving centers. However, there are still a number of obstacles to be faced, namely in the upstream section, the availability of raw materials still relies on outside Bali. Generations of craftsmen who are still lacking to meet the sudden market demand.

Abstract

This paper aims to study the environmental impact of Covid-19 Essentials Kit’s Waste, such as one time use face mask, and hand 1most importantly in the economic sector. Yet, even beyond matters of health and the economy, the impact of the Covid-19 virus is significant to the environmental sector. One time face mask and hand sanitizers have been continuously being use by the citizens as it is compulsory by the government and has been become an essentials kit and almost every people has it with them. Further than that, contaminated protective equipment that being use by the common person might not have been disposed properly. Proper disposal is need to reduce the contamination made by those essentials kit to the soil, water, and air. Government cooperation with other concerned parties is essential to the creation of mutual security and comfort for the surrounding environment. In conclusion, the government can promote various programs, such as making the public aware of the importance of discarding their masks in the trash and utilizing what is left in the recycling process.

Abstract

This research purposes to reveal the roles implementation, obstacles and efforts of the Payakumbuh City Environmental Service in controlling water pollution in the Batang Agam river, Payakumbuh City. This research used a method of descriptive qualitative and determined the research informants using purposive sampling. The researcher uses source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation which will then be analyzed. Based on the findings in the field, the researchers found that the Payakumbuh City Environment Service had facilitated, educated, interacted and coordinated, as well as carried out various technical activities in carrying out roles in controlling river water pollution in the Batang Agam Payakumbuh City. In the implementation of these activities found internal obstacles and external obstacles. The Payakumbuh City Environmental Service has made efforts to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract

This research purposes to reveal the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court, to find out the obstacles in the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application, and to find out the steps taken in overcoming the obstacles to the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application. This research used method of descriptive qualitative. Based on the research result on the Implementation of Public Services with the E-Court Application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court it has not been effective, this is because there are several indicators of the eight indicators that have not been achieved properly. In the case of implementing public services Effectiveness with the E-Court application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court, there are still obstacles both internal and external, such as limited resources of human, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a public knowledge was lack. Steps taken in overcoming obstacles to the Implementation of Public Services with the E-Court Application are carried out by participating in training such as training, or technical guidance, and conducting outreach.

Abstract

Development is a change that leads to improvement which aims to live a decent and prosperous life in a country. These social problems arise in the community because the need for livable housing is not immediately addressed so that the uninhabitable housing program is a development priority proclaimed by the South Tangerang city government to date. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the uninhabitable housing program (RTLH) in South Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that the implementation of the program has been realized well enough to help the less fortunate in obtaining a decent living, especially for a comfortable and safe place to live. From the implementation of the policy, which statistically shows that the policy from 2020 to 2021 has succeeded in providing house renovation assistance to 403 uninhabitable housing units, the evidence for the overall target can already be seen. Although there are some that are uneven so that the overall target has not been reached.

Abstract

This research is to conduct an analysis of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in reducing school dropouts in Bandung Regency. Using secondary data analysis through observations and literature studies with the focus of this research directed at analyzing program criteria, namely; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The results showed that in terms of effectiveness it was effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of efficiency, there are still students who should receive PIP that have not been touched by the program. In terms of adequacy, it is effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of equitable distribution, the program has not been evenly distributed. In terms of responsiveness, the lack of socialization and information obtained by the community and educational institutions is not optimal. In terms of accuracy, the distribution and supervision of the use of program funds have not been precise.
