Abstract

This research is qualitative field research that takes place at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baburahman Aloindonu, Northwest Alor District, Alor Regency. The research subjects are Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Educators who have long served, Educators who have recently served, Educators of English subjects, and Class VII, VIII, and IX students. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation. The data analysis technique that the researcher uses is the data obtained and then compiled and describes the results of interviews and documentation according to what they are, data reduction, verification, and conclusions, after which validation is carried out. The results of the study show that: 1) the Head of Madrasah in carrying out the management process uses various stages, namely recruitment, selection, development, maintenance, and compensation of human resources but has not been realized optimally; 2) The factors that influence human resource management are the strong commitment of the Madrasah Principal in carrying out the functions of human resource management and the high enthusiasm of educators and education staff to transfer their abilities and skills; 3) Always get support from the foundation and the surrounding community. So that until now human resource management can still function properly, although it still needs to be improved. The quality of education is obtained from the results of the assessment of the National Accreditation Board for Schools/Madrasah which is rated C / quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. Islamic education according to Ibn 'Athaillah (analysis of the book of al-Hikam), 2. Islamic education materials according to Ibn 'Athaillah (analysis of the book of al-Hikam) and 3. Methods of forming the personality of kafah according to Ibn 'Athaillah ( analysis of the book al-Hikam). This research is a qualitative research, which belongs to the category oflibrary researchwith documentary data collection techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out using deductive methods and analytical methods. The results of the study stated that the concept of Islamic education according to Ibn Athaillah is to be comprehensive and balanced between the elements of shari'ah, tarekat and nature. Meanwhile, Islamic education material according to Ibn Athaillah in the book of wisdom is classified as covering aqidah material, worship material, mu'amalah material, moral material, material about the heart, social material, and intellectual/reasonable material. And the method of forming a personal kafah according to Ibn Athaillah in the book of wisdom has been classified, including: the graduation method, the dialogue method, the dhikr method, the method of advising and reminding, the equation method, the causal method, the motivating method. The similarity of the concept of Islamic education with Ibn Athaillah is that development includes the worldly-ukhrawi, physical-spiritual dimensions and all aspects of life, both those that can be reached by reason and those that are only believed through the heart, not only on the outward side, but inwardly, and the ultimate goal has a personality. main. The materials and methods of Islamic education used are sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadith.

Abstract

This research is aimed to discuss comparison of independent learning curriculum and Al-Quran of Al-Baqarah verse 31, which discusses about the concept of independent learning curriculum, the meaning of the independent learning curriculum according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, and based on Al -Quran of Al-Baqarah verse 31. This paper is library research, with a multidisciplinary approach, (pedagogical, psychological, sociological and normative theological. The independent learning curriculum means that learning must build the will and spirit, freedom to express one's thoughts and all forms of fear. Students are expected to grow up and develop their potential and abilities. Through the independent learning curriculum, students are expected to have literacy skills (reading, and analyzing), Numeration (discussion material, application the numeration concepts to life, individual or social). And a character survey to know students as individuals, as well as the application of religious values, Pancasila and moral values. Compere with Al-Baqarah verse 31 that Allah has taught concepts and understanding and introduced to Adam the names of natural objects, expressed through language. This means that Adam was taught to capture concepts and explain them to humans. so that Adam as has mastered symbols to think and analyze, communicate and accept the knowledge, internalization of values ??and at carry out scientific studies (literacy, numeration and character surveys) through the senses (zahir, inner and heart).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a superior marketing management strategy because competition in the field of education is getting tougher. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Instruments in the form of a list of questions and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, coding, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that a superior marketing management strategy is evidenced by careful planning, implementation of a structured program by the organizational performance that is competent, and supervision that is more directed towards institutional improvement. This educational institution has a good and quality image in the eyes of the community, it will have a great opportunity to acquire students. Arrruhul Jadid Islamic Junior High School has a strategy for implementing the marketing of educational services both online and offline, this strategy helps achieve the goals of school institutions and supports the implementation of the school's mission. That this superior strategy contributes to Islamic institutions order to develop following the rapid world of education.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal in what positions graduates of the Islamic banking study program are placed. The needs of graduates of the Islamic banking study program are what users want, and where do graduates of the Islamic banking study program work? Until the end of 2018, the Islamic banking study program had completed 542 graduates. This research is field research that uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The subjects of this research are alumni of Islamic banking study programs, both those who work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions. Alumni users, both from schools and government and private institutions. The determination of research subjects as respondents is by incidental techniques combined with snowball techniques. The research was conducted in the Rejang Lebong Regency. The main data sources are Islamic banking alumni and graduate users. The research succeeded in revealing that (1) Islamic banking graduates work in bank financial institutions, non-banks, and other non-financial economic institutions. (2) The needs of stakeholders for graduates of the Islamic banking study program are still classified as very potential. (3) The position of Islamic banking alumni is still very general, such as administrative staff, cashiers, customer service, tellers, operators, and other temporary employees. It's just that of the many respondents, some have quite prestigious positions, namely lecturers, cooperation and capital analysts, BMT managers, and other positions that are almost similar to him

Abstract

Charity means deeds (good), actions that bring rewards (according to the teachings of Islam), and which are carried out to do good to society or fellow human beings. While pious means the opposite of evil. So good deeds are all actions according to the instructions of the Qur'an and as-Sunnah which if done can bring benefits to oneself, the group, and the community as a whole. This research is a literature study with a documentary data collection method, using content analysis. The results of the study indicate that good deeds based on sincere and sincere intentions will have an influence and increase as well as moral perfection and increase religious attitudes. Qur'anthethat a holy life, the beauty of the hereafter, and the attainment of the state of closeness (qurb) and encounter (liq?)with Allah the Creator depend on faith and good deeds.Qur'anTheplaces great emphasis on good deeds and only good deeds are the means of happiness and good fortune. The benchmarks and levels of charity piety are in harmony (not contrary) to the Shari'a and Allah's revelation.

Abstract

The success of a learning process is determined from the factors of students, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, models and learning methods used. The learning model used is able to increase the level of student understanding, one of which is discovery learning. This model is also applied at MTs Distance Kulon. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the Discovery Learning Learning Model were: Planning the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning program, the teacher providing stimulation (stimulus or giving stimulation), the teacher providing problem statements (questions or problem identification) to be solved, the teacher asking students to collect ( data collection) and data processing (data processing), AND the teacher performs verification and assessment of learning outcomes. Students' understanding at MTs Miftahul Ulum Distancekulon on the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith is proven by fulfilling several indicators of understanding, namely the ability of students to interpret, give examples, clarify, guess or draw conclusions, and re-explain the material they have learned.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the memorization ability of the Qur'an students at MA Al Washoya, application of the muroja'ah dani sima'i method in MA Al Washoya, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the muroja'ah and sima'I methods in MA Al Washoya Kertorejo Ngoro Jombang. So the purpose of this study is to determine the memorization ability of the Qur'an students at MA al Washoya, the learning of tahfidz muroja'ah and sima'I methods at MA Al Washoya, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors.This research uses a type of field research (field research) and uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis techniques, researchers use data reduction (explaining data), displaying (presenting data), drawing data (drawing conclusions). As a test of data validity, researchers use triangulation, which is checking data from various sources, methods, and times. The results of the study stated that: the implementation of Tahfidz learning the muroja'ah and sima'I methods at MA Al Washoya was taught 4 times a week in several stages, the stages of the muroja'ah method were: memorization, muroja'ah with friends, depositing memorization on the tahfidz teacher. The stages of the sima'I method are: listening to the recitation of the guru tahfidz, repeating by opening the Qur'an, repeating by closing the Qur'an. The supporting factors are self-motivation and closest people (family), the existence of guided muroja'ah activities, (sima'an), talents, appreciation given to outstanding students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the diverse abilities of students, the emergence of laziness, unhealthyness, the presence of tahfidz teachers because when the teacher is not present it will hinder the tahfidz learning process.
