Abstract

Sharks are cartilaginous fish that are widely hunted because they have high economic value. Overfishing and trade have resulted in this species being threatened with extinction and have been included in several categories of the IUCN Red List. Information on the types of sharks that landed in Sungailiat Bangka PPN is still very limited due to the difficulty of morphological identification, so it is necessary to identify them using molecular methods. Therefore, the researcher produced an image recognition program in sharks using the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm, which is a convolutional activity by combining several layers of preparation, by utilizing several components that move together and are motivated by a biological sensory system. The shark images used are basking, blacktip, blue, bull, hammerhead, lemon, mako, nurse, sand tiger, and thresher. The implementation of shark image recognition is carried out using 2 test models, namely the Sequential model and the VGG16 on top model running on the Google Collaboratory application, and Keras. The test data in this study were 1089 training data images and 1073 test data images which resulted in an evaluation value with an accuracy value of 86.58% and a loss value of 0.701 on the Sequential model and an accuracy value of 91.80% and a loss value of 0.0355 on the on top model. Abstract

Plant diseases are the main enemy of farmers. Many farmers fail to harvest or reduce their agricultural yields because they are not able to properly deal with the diseases that attack their crops. One of the plants that are susceptible to disease is the onion plant. To properly handle the disease that attacks the shallot plant, an agricultural expert is needed. While the number of agricultural experts is limited and unable to deal with the problems of a large number of farmers at the same time, so we need a system that has the capabilities of an agricultural expert, which in this system contains the expertise of an agricultural expert regarding diseases, symptoms and diseases treatment of onion plants. In this study, a Web-based expert system was designed and built using rule-based reasoning with forward chaining and backward chaining inference methods which were intended to assist farmers in diagnosing diseases in shallots, and how to handle them. In this study, forward chaining and backward chaining methods will be compared so that the results will be obtained which method is more suitable for diagnosing a disease. From the results of the comparison analysis of the two methods, it was found that the Forward Chaining method was better and more efficient for diagnosing diseases in shallot plants.

Abstract

A rental house is a type of rental that is rented out (contracted) for a certain period of time at a price agreed upon by the owner of the room. Lhokseumawe City as a district that has several State Universities and the presence of large companies, such as Perta Arun Gas and PIM made many other residents from other cities look for a place to live in Lhokseumawe City. The difficulty and lack of information about a rental house for new residents makes it difficult for them to find a rental house that is comfortable for them, some are even far from where they are studying. The difficulty of newcomers in getting information about rental houses in Lhokseumawe City provides an overview by researchers to research a system for searching for rental houses in Lhokseumawe City based on mobile. The system development method to build this application uses the SLDC principle, namely the waterfall, where this method uses the concept of a waterfall, performs sequential development that is dynamic and structured in building a software, with a system requirements analysis process, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. Based on the trials that have been carried out, using the Floid Warshall and Djikstra algorithms in determining the shortest route to the rental house, Flyod Warshall is the most optimal search algorithm in the results of determining the shortest distance, with the smallest optimal number of distances compared to Djikstra. It is hoped that in the future this application can be updated with the concept of other shortest distance comparison methods, so as to get more optimal results in implementing the system.

Abstract

The audit at the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City must be reviewed to see the efficiency and integrity of the company, for that it is necessary to audit the Capability level of the SIPD Bappeda of Lokseumawe City. The SIPD Capability Level audit was conducted with the aim of mapping the Capability Level of the I&T service and support process at the Lokseumawe City Bappeda. This SIPD Capability Level audit uses the Cobit 2019 Domain APO (Align, Plan and Organize) framework with a capability level calculation so that based on the results, recommendations for strategic goals will be found for the company for further development. Based on the current capability level obtained, the overall value is 2.527 and is at level 2 capability, namely Managed Process, meaning that the Lokseumawe City Bappeda has reached the implementation process and will later be determined according to the implementation process that has been implemented in this process in accordance with the Align, Plan and Domain processes. Organized at COBIT 2019. The 2019 COBIT model is also considered to be able to handle changes in governance and I&T Management in the company well.

Abstract

Diseases and pests cannot be distinguished from the secondary crops that farmers encounter. To overcome this. Farmers have to rely on improvised expertise and information from others, which is ineffective due to the scarcity of experts in secondary crops. An expert system is a solution to the limitations of an expert in his profession. The forward chaining method is used in this expert system and website-based applications. Users who need information or counseling about diseases and pests that affect secondary crops can access this expert system online. The expert system will diagnose signs to which application users will respond and will produce conclusions and treatments for diseases and pests that affect secondary crops. Furthermore, the decline in the level of crop production, especially for secondary crops, is caused by disease attacks. In addition, the delay in handling due to the lack of experts also affects the decrease in the level of crop production. So we need an expert system in decision making. The results of this study can be used as a tool to identify 42 types of diseases in palawija plants and their solutions with input in the form of symptoms of damage that are visible on the outside of the plant. The results in the form of research can also display pictures of the disease, the name of the disease, its symptoms, and solutions that can be seen by the user to overcome the disease. Users can also print the diagnostic results by pressing the print button to see the results of the solution for the disease.

Abstract

Increase public awareness of regional potential, this tourism information system includes tourism development and website-based tourism. Tourism is a broad term that refers to various tourism activities that are supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, business world, government, and local government. Aceh tourism has a lot of tourism potential, but few people realize it. Social media, blogs and websites are all used to promote tourism in Aceh. However, there is no system that can store all the data and display a map of the location of attractions and all other aspects of tourism. This is necessary because there is no system that facilitates the acquisition of knowledge and tourist destinations. This encourages to build an information system that can provide complete information to the public and tourists who want to visit Aceh. The results of this study show tourist attractions, lodging and restaurants and can be a consideration for choosing tourist attractions in Aceh. In addition, the system can display various information such as name, address, description, tourist destination, and route.

Abstract

Identification of the development of interests and talents is important to know the potential of students in choosing the right major. This is important in seeing the types of students' special interests and talents. This study aims to determine the development of special interests and talents in students based on students' abilities and intelligence. The criteria used in the selection are national exam scores, basic competency test scores, report cards, school final exam scores and combined scores. A combination of smart and saw methods to see the value of calculating the level of accuracy with the results of the analysis of each ranking. The results of testing the smart and saw method can be applied by comparing the data with a system that has been determined at the beginning by the school so that a good level of accuracy is obtained. Furthermore, Abdul's UN score is 6.00, Competency Test Value is 7.00, Report Report is 6.00, Uas Value is 9.00, Combined Value is 8.00 for the normalization matrix, 0.71, 1, 0.69, 1, 00 1.00 and the results of the SAW method. Abdu with a value of 4.28, Bahri with a value of 4.64, Wisma with a value of 4.65 and Izzah with a value of 4.51. for each student interest is determined by the school. The results of the Primary Determination Decision Support System to help schools make the best decisions by utilizing the process in student talent selection.

Abstract

The National Land Agency of Bireuen Regency has several divisions, one of which is the land certification division. Processing of land certificate data, namely land registration activities for the first time simultaneously which includes all land registration objects that have not been registered in the territory or part of the territory of a village or sub-district because they still use the conventional method, namely by recording on the bookkeeping media so that it takes quite a long time to process. data processing, besides that in data archiving, damage often occurs and even data loss is considered ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to produce an application that can facilitate land certification staff in processing data and searching for the necessary archives so that it does not take a long time. With the existence of a Java-based data processing application that can help simplify the data processing process at the national land agency, Bireuen district, land certification division. For that we need a system that can facilitate the performance of employees in the treatment of data processing. The system in question is the Data Processing System for the Registration of Land Rights Applications. This application is built using the Java Netbeans programming language and uses a MySQL database. So that the stored data is safer and more secure.

Abstract

Football is one of the most popular sports in the world. This sport is played by two opposing groups, each of which struggles to get the ball into the opposing group's goal. Each group consists of eleven players and therefore the group is also called a team. Aceh province has several football teams that compete in League 2 and League 3 under the auspices of the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI). Every football team has a stadium as a home base that is used for matches. Along with the large number of teams in Aceh Province, there are problems namely, how to analyze information, monitor team progress and provide information related to spatial and non-spatial data. In this study, the authors create a web-based system that displays biodata of players, administrators, and officials. This system is built using the codeigniter framework with Sbadmin2 and Mysql templates as databases.

Abstract

Aceh Carong Scholarship is a program from the Aceh Government to help Acehnese children who want to continue their education by obtaining scholarships from the Aceh Government. Currently, the selection process for Aceh Carong scholarship recipients at Malikussaleh University is carried out using a manual system so that the selection process has not been effective and efficient in its application. K-Nearest Neighbor is a method that can be used to classify new test data based on training data. In this study, the results obtained where the use of the KNN algorithm for the classification of Aceh Carong Scholarship recipients obtained an accuracy of  82.00%.
