Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi integral yang diajarkan dengan model Group Investigation bermediakan Software Autograph. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen satu kelas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil di kelas XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Langsa yang berjumlah 34 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen lembar tes kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dan instrumen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (thit = 14,67 > ttab(0,05;33) = 2,03) pada taraf signifikan 5%, artinya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas XI MIA 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Langsa yang diajarkan dengan model group investigation bermediakan software autograph.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the increase in motivation, perception, and preferences for mathematics education through ancient methods or techniques. In this study, the approach used is quantitative by using non-parametric statistical tests, namely: Hypothesis testing on signs, hypothesis testing through the Wilcoxon Signed level, and hypothesis testing for changes. The conclusion from this research is that the experiment is in the form of giving treatment or stimulating mathematics learning through ancient methods or techniques in the form of: Addition of Many Numbers with the Ladder of Wisdom, Easy Subtraction with the Nine Yin Yang Technique, Easy Multiplication with Napier's Bones, and Easy Division using the Chunking Method (Chunk It). ): 1) able to increase motivation in mathematics learning based on hypothesis testing on signs, 2) able to change the perception that learning mathematics is easy and fun based on testing the Hypothesis through the Wilcoxon Marked Level, and 3) able to change preferences to become students who are diligent in learning mathematics based on testing hypotheses for change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran menggunakan media sosial Instagram dan mengetahui kelayakannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang melalui 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada uji coba lapangan utama di kelas XII MIPA 2 dengan jumlah 31 peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket validasi dan angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian berupa video pembelajaran yang di upload di akun Instagram @matematikia.asik. Berdasarkan penilaian validator Instagram pembelajaran dikategorikan valid dengan hasil validasi media dan materi diperoleh skor rata- rata 3,93, angket repon peserta didik dengan hasil skor rata- rata sebesar 3,55 dalam kategori baik sehingga, media pembelajaran berbasis media sosial Instagram layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This article is the result of design-based research that aims to compile and explore mathematics learning designs with problem-based learning models. In this article, we will discuss the level of validity and practicality of learning designs equipped with Student Worksheets (LKPD). The learning design was compiled with a needs and content analysis then validated by a team of experts before being applied to a limited trial at one of the State Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung Regency, West Java. The level of validity is determined based on the results of the validation of 3 mathematics education lecturers and a teacher at the research location. The assessment given is 88% with very valid criteria. The value of the LKPD validation level gets the value of the expert team on very valid criteria with an average assessment of 86%. The level of practicality reviewed in the study is the aspect of assistance and convenience. At each learning step, students gave a positive response to practicality with an average response value of 3.87 from a maximum score of 5. As for the interpretation of the mean value, the students' responses were in good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims at determining whether there is an influence of open-ended approach to mathematics learning outcomes of and finding out how the influence of the open-ended approach to self-esteem of seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 10 Langsa. This study uses a quantitative experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design. An experiment with one-group pretest-posttest is a type of research that does not apply a controlgroup or only uses one group, yet it administrates a pre and post-test for that group. From the hypothesis test results, it was obtained that t (count)> t (table) where at a significant level of 95% t value = 10,032> then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Besides, at a significant level of 99% t value = 10,032> then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The two significant levelsshow that H0: rejected and Ha: accepted. It means that there is an influence of open-ended approach toward mathematics learning outcomes of seventh grade students inSMP Negeri 10 Langsa. Based on the calculation result of questioner, the average percentage of students was 43%. In other words, this shows that the average percentage of students learning mathematics over self-esteem is 43%. It means that nearly half of students already have self-esteem or confidence in learning mathematics by using open-ended approach.

Abstract

Abstrac Teachers have an important role in improving the quality of education of students. A good teacher must meet the guu competency standard. The teacher competencies are: (1) Pedagogic Competence; (2) Professional Competence; (3) Personality Competencies; and (4) Social Competence. The purpose of this study was to determine how the teacher phenomenon is seen from the aspects of competence and the teaching process. The method used in this research is factor analysis. The research subjects were teachers at MAS Ulumul Qur'an Langsa. In the second analysis, it was obtained KMO of 0.78 while Bartlett's test with chi-square (df = 0.00) and sig = 0.000, which means the data is still valid and reliable. Based on the second variable analysis, there are no variables that do not meet the requirements of factor analysis, so these variables can be continued further.
