Journal Kreator (p-ISSN:2548-9542) mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian di bidang Ilmu cetak grafika baik konvensional maupun digital (2D, 3D, 4D) yang meliputi persiapan hingga penyelesaian cetak berikut aplikasinya pada industry yang terdiri dari perencanaan dan manajemen produksi, teknik produksi, pengendalian mutu bahan dan proses, perawatan mesin, dan pemasaran produk yang berupa produk cetak komunikasi publik, kemasan, security, cetak tekstil dan cetak elektronik.

Abstract

Every production process in a company can not be separated from all the dangers and risk of accident occupational. Therefore, in a company the need for Occupational Health and safety program to reduce and prevent work accidents. This observation aims to determine the application of Occupational Health and safety pre-press production section at PT Nusantara Grafika. This method of data collection are interviews, observations, and library studies. The object of observation that is labor in the Pre-Print section of PT Nusantara Grafika. Based on the results of this observation, the advice that can be submitted is that PT Nusantara Grafika should improves Occupational Safety and Health in the production area, especially pre-press parts so that the implementation of OHS is more effective.Keywords— Procedure, Productivity Value, Personal Protective Equipment, Pre-Press.

Abstract

Ink quality study have been observed on ink products in the market as a right confirmation of ink users for printint production. The study is also conducted to ensure the suitability of the ink with the printing materials and machines used by consumers. The observation was conducted on two brands of ink from the same manufacturer. The quality data studied were viscosity, spreadability, drying time, density and L*a*b. The results show that, although both inks are produced by the same manufacturer and are intended for the same market, there are differences in quality, namely one has a higher viscosity and a faster drying time than the other.Keywords—quality of printing ink, viscosity, spreadability, drying time, density and L*a*b

Abstract

The perfection of the paper transportation settings raised in the Final Project work aims to achieve print accuracy, the benchmark for print accuracy is the achievement of perfection of print ink stacks on the printed results guided by the register point / print mark. Overview of the need for paper transport settings so that the printing process can run smoothly. In making this final project, the author uses a descriptive method, namely a method that explains and explains about paper transportation. The formulation of the problem that is taken in this final project is how to set up paper transportation, problems that arise during paper transportation, and solutions that can be done to overcome these problems. In this paper, the authors use literature review, field observations, and interviews related to data. From the results of these observations, it can be shown that the problems that occur at the time are caused by paper transportation settings that are not in accordance with standard work procedures. Abstract

The integration of the production flow on precast is the initial requirement in determining the results that will be obtained on a graphic product, especially on the resulting color. The goal is to produce accurate prints with the processed data on a computer device. In the data process conducted using interview and observation methods. Interviews were conducted with resource persons who were experts in their fields and observations made were direct practice guided by experts. Abstract

Competition in the manufacture of raw materials for printing and binding purposes is undeniable, as is the hot glue required for binding on books. The method used in this writing is descriptive method, namely by presenting factual information obtained from observations obtained and seen in the Industrial Practices place. The binding technique without thread or perfect binding is used for binding books, magazines and others. The main ingredient in the perfect binding binding process is glue. Glue greatly affects the production result, if the adjustments are not done properly the temperature of the glue and the thickness of the glue. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the adhesion strength of Fox brand glue and to find out the problems that occur in the gluing unit during the volume of the book "Technology Development in the Yoshino 602 machine. Fox glue has high adhesion strength and the adhesion dries quickly so as not to waste a lot of time. , Fox glue is also very suitable for binding paper types (coated and uncoated) with a temperature of 1650C-1800C and a side glue temperature of 1400C on the Yoshino 602 machine. So Fox brand glue is very suitable for the binding process of "Technology Development" books using a machine. Yoshino 602 at PT. Putra Nugraha Sentosa. The problems that occur in the gluing unit are the temperature of the glue, the thickness of the glue on the roller and the glue roller, due to the lack of accuracy of the machine operator.Keywords: Adhesion, Glue and Machine
