Abstract

Human resources in the company have a very important role and function for the achievement of company goals. The company's goals will only be achieved when the employees of the company have good performance. Good and bad employee performance is influenced by several factors, some of which are work motivation, competence, and work environment. This, apparently also experienced by CV Amanda Kediri. This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance CV Amanda Kediri. 2) To determine the effect of work competence on employee performance CV Amanda Kediri. 3) To find out the influence of the work environment on the performance of CV Amanda Kediri employees. 4) To determine the effect of work motivation, work competence and work environment on employee performance at CV Amanda Kediri. This research is descriptive of 30 samples of employees from a total population of 30 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis using statistical tools, namely SPSS version 17. The results of the study as well as conclusions are: 1) Employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Motivation, competence, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. From these conclusions it is recommended the following: 1) because motivation, competence, and work environment have been proven to affect employee performance, CV Amanda Kediri must be able to maintain this and even improve it for the better. 2) from the results of the study, there is still an influence from variables outside those in this study, which is 10.4%, so the results of this study can be used as material for further research by including other variables other than those already included in this study.

Abstract

One of the things that the Indonesian government really hopes for for its people in order to achieve their welfare in life is to be independent, independent, and not necessarily depend on what the government has given them but to be self-employed and not looking for work but to create jobs for themselves and other people. people around him, such as businesses in the field of services, transportation, culinary and others. Of course this will be formed through various types of businesses such as home industries, CVs, cooperatives or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of Omah Jenang's financial statements in Blitar with financial statements based on Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research with a case approach. The results showed that in the process of implementing the existing accounting cycle, omah jenang company did not record transactions in the journal and journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with SAK ETAP and the accounting cycle in general. In the application of the preparation of financial statements made by the company in 2016-2018, it is not in accordance with SAK ETAP because it only makes the presentation of financial statements in the form of a balance sheet and income statement. Omah jenang company presents financial statements using simple accounting, namely by recognizing cash basis accounting. Measurements are made based on the nominal value of the accounts available in the financial statements of the omah jenang company and the existing disclosures are also not in accordance with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Government spending is part of fiscal policy, which is a government action to regulate the course of the economy by determining the amount of government revenues and expenditures each year, which is reflected in the State Budget (APBN) for national and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgets (APBD) for regions. or regional. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government spending on health, education, and infrastructure functions on economic growth partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique used is associative. The sample used in this study used non-probability sampling and the sample used was 31 using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software for windows version 23. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Government Expenditure on Health Function has no significant effect on economic growth. (2) Government Expenditure on Education Function has a significant effect on economic growth. (3) Government Expenditures on the Infrastructure Function have no significant effect on economic growth. (4) Government Expenditures on Health, Education, and Infrastructure Functions do not have a significant simultaneous (together) effect on economic growth.

Abstract

PT. Gudang Garam is a company that produces cigarettes from Indonesia which is one of the largest cigarette factories in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive qualitative that focuses on accountability accounting as a cost center performance appraisal tool. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Checking the validity of the data in this study using triangulation of sources which is done by checking the data obtained by several sources. The conclusions of this study are (1) the preparation of the budget at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk is prepared based on the work program of each responsibility center and is prepared by the finance and administration managers together with the budget department. This means that in preparing the budget, the company does not involve all managers in the company, so it is not in accordance with the proper application of the concept of accountability accounting. (2) Company management does not evaluate the budget periodically. Evaluation is only carried out at the end of each period and that is only limited to determining the difference between the budget and the realization. (3) In implementing the reward and punishment system at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk has implemented a bonus system (incentive) for managers who excel.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the implementation of regional autonomy is characterized by fiscal decentralization which indicates the delegation of authority from the central government to regional governments to regulate their own regions autonomously. With the enactment of regional autonomy, it is intended that autonomous regions have the right, authority, and obligation to self-regulate government affairs and the interests of the community. The Effect of Capital Expenditures and Regional Original Income (PAD) on Maintenance Expenditures in the Realization of the Kediri City Government Budget. (Study on the City Government of Kediri in 2012 – 2016). The aims of this study are (1) to determine whether or not capital expenditures have an effect on maintenance expenditures in the Kediri City Government. (2) To find out whether or not local revenue has an effect on maintenance spending in the Kediri City Government. (3) To determine the effect of capital expenditure and local revenue simultaneously on maintenance expenditure in the City Government of Kediri. The data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of the realization of the local government of Kediri in the period 2012-2016. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, taking into account the classical assumptions, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis testing used is simultaneous statistical test (F test) and partial statistical test (t test) and with a significance level of = 5%. Data analysis using SPSS for windows version 23 program. The results of this study partially found that capital expenditure had no significant effect on maintenance expenditure, PAD had a significant effect on maintenance expenditure. The results of the study simultaneously show that capital expenditure and PAD have a significant effect on maintenance expenditure

Abstract

Every retailer has a target to improve its business performance. To achieve the desired target, the company must be able to choose the right marketing strategy, so that the business can win in the competition. By paying attention to marketing activities are expected to influence consumer purchasing decisions. Marketing activities include product, price, place, and promotion. The four variables are combinations that have the same role and form a single unit to support the success of retail stores. Therefore, marketing activities have a very important role to inform the products offered in order to increase sales and determine consumer ratings of the goods offered. This study aims to determine and analyze 1. Quality of service affects purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop. 2. Product diversity affects purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop. 3. Distribution channels affect purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop. 4. Quality of service, product diversity, distribution channels have a joint effect on purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop. The population in this study are consumers of the natural fortune building shop. And has a sample of 40 respondents with a sample technique taken based on non-probability sampling, using an incidental sampling approach. This research is quantitative using a causal approach. The conclusion of this study states 1. The quality of service has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop in Pare District.2. Product diversity has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at a fortune building shop in Pare District. 3. Distribution channels have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the fortune building shop in Pare District. 4. Service Quality, Product Diversity and Distribution Channels simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of the E-Kinerja program which was implemented in 2016 and encouraged changes to the organizational culture at the Puncu Health Center. Especially for employees with civil servant status (PNS) who will receive the greatest impact from changes in the work environment and organizational culture. This causes differences in behavior, especially organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is an extra role behavior and tries to work beyond the standard assessed from before and after the E-Kinerja program is run. This study aims to compare the level of OCB before and after the implementation of the E-Kinerja program at PUSKESMAS PUNCU. This research approach is quantitative with a comparative research type. The sample of this study is a saturated sample, with a total of 30 PUSKESMAS PUNCU employees. This study uses primary and secondary data, primary data comes from direct respondents' answers. Secondary data comes from literacy and the official website of UPTD PUSKESMAS PUNCU. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test and paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon non-parametric test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the OCB level of employees after the implementation of the E-Kinerja program with the results of the paired sample t-test difference test per indicator significance value <0.05 from each dimension on the Morison scale. The significance value for the altruism dimension is 0.000, for the significance value for the sportsmanship dimension is 0.000, for the significance value for the civic virtue dimension is 0.000, for the courtesy dimension significance value is 0.000, while the conscientiousness dimension significance value for the non-parametric Wilcoxon test is 0.000.

Abstract

The background in this research is the rapid development of the sports facility rental business which makes business competition increase, so that the right marketing strategy is needed. In order for the company to achieve the expected target, the company must pay attention to the factors that affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of price, location and facilities partially on consumer satisfaction Classic Futsal Kediri? (2) the effect of price, location and facilities variables simultaneously on consumer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with explanatory research techniques. The independent variables of this study are price (X1), location (X2), and facilities (X3), with the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is all consumers or tenants in the Kediri Classic Futsal field. The sample used in this study were 70 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with probability sampling method. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software for windows version 21. The conclusions of this study are (1) price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, ( 3) facilities have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (4) price, location, and facilities, together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the material procurement planning process that has not used a special method, and the determination of the amount of material needed is only based on the sequence of activities made based on experience. The problems faced by the company can hinder the smooth and timely completion of the resulting product. The purpose of this study is (1) to find out whether the application of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method at the UD Pemanah Sakti Abadi company in planning the inventory of raw materials. (2) To determine the determination of the amount of raw material and component inventory in meeting the target. This research technique uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is UD Pemanah Sakti Abadi and the object is the supply of flavored syrup products. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, namely interviews, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques using the calculation of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) analysis method. The conclusion in this study is that the planning for the procurement of flavored syrup products in June 2018 is 5782 bottles. With a product procurement plan of 5782 bottles, the company must provide a total supply of raw materials with components, namely 6,938.4 liters of water, 578.2 kg, 2,891 grams of salt, 5,782 ml of sodium cyclamate, 404.74 grams of sodium benzoate. As for the essence of each flavor, it varies depending on the number of requests for the product. Where Esense for wine is 12.550 ml, wine is 6.155 ml, and Rice Kencur is 10.205 ml. So, after knowing the amount of net requirement for each existing material, for one month the production process is carried out by preparing the needs that are not yet available and working or processing the existing materials into finished goods. That way, there will be no delays in delivery because the production schedule has been arranged correctly.

Abstract

This research is motivated by intense competition, both with different brands or with one brand. So dealers need to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the business and know the opportunities and threats that can affect business activities. By evaluating the company's internal and external factors, it will greatly assist the company in recognizing itself, and can be used to develop strategies to increase sales levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's internal and external factors that will be used to create a strategy to increase sales of Yamaha motorcycles at the Pagora Jaya Tulungagung Fleet dealer. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches with descriptive techniques. Qualitative approach to explain the problem of looking for a rating to be used in the SWOT matrix. A quantitative approach is used to calculate the SWOT matrix. Pagora Jaya Tulungagung Fleet Dealer is in quadrant I (one), namely in the Growth position. With the results of a score of 3.96 strengths, 2.86 weaknesses, 2.36 opportunities and 1.7 threats. In this position the Pagora Jaya Tulungagung Fleet dealer can increase product competitiveness by adding product marketing branches and adding product innovation
