Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalissis dampak industrialisasi tambak udang di Desa Andulang Kecamatan Gapura Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan maksud untuk mengungkapkan dan menggambarkan hasil temuan di lapangan. Prosedur pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara secara langsung untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data faktual langsung dari sumbernya. Di samping itu, prosedur yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis dampak industrialisasi tambak udang terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar Desa Andulang selain menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan untuk kebutuhan ekonomi, juga meningkatkan mendapatkan tambahan desa dari pembagunan industrialisasi tambak udang yang ada di Desa Andulang dan masyarakat sekitar juga menikmati hasil panen dari tambak udang dan lingkungan industri tambak udang juga bermanfaat terhadap laut dimana agar tidak terjadi abrasi. Dampak Industrialisai Tambak Udang Di Desa Andulang Kecamatan Gapura Kabupaten Sumenep bahwasanya di Desa Andulang terdapat pencemaran lingkungan. Pertama, pencemaran tanah terhadap lahan pertanian yang produktif menjadi tidak produktif. Kedua, pencemaran air yaitu terhadap laut menjadi gatal dan bau. Ketiga, pencemaran udara disekitar tambak udang yang menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap sehingga mengganggu masyarakat yang diakibatkan oleh limbah tambak udang yang ada di Desa Andulang.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal how the Islamic view regarding the concept of ummah and citizenship in on country concidering that at the beginning of the 20th century there has emerged what is called the concept of a nation-state so that Muslims are required to be able to respond as a historical fact. The study of term of ummah so far has been carried out by well-know scholars such Ali Shariati, he prefers the term ummah compared to the term qoum, qabilah, syu’ub, thaifah, congregation and others. Because the ummah has the aventage of having meaning content, which means dynamic humanity, not frozen an static entities. While the study of term citizenship mean membership which shows the relationship or bond between the state an citizens. Citizens as supporters of a state are the basis for the existence of a state, in other words that citizens are one of the important elements for a state in addition to other elements. And lastly the relationship between the two is the relationship the ummah and citizenship.

Abstract

This study aims to, First, to determine the effect of the application of problem solving methods on student Civics learning outcomes at Al-Anwar Guluk Islamic Middle School - GulukSumenep. Second, to find out the magnitude of the effect of the application of problem solving methods on student Civics learning outcomes at Al-Anwar Guluk Islamic Middle School - GulukSumenep. This study uses a quantitative approach, because this research deals with numbers. The population in this study were all students as many as 59 students. Given the total population is less than 100, the researchers took all of the population, namely as many as 59 which are known as population research. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection lasted 40 days from January 10 to February 20, 2020. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results show that: First, there is an effect of the application of the problem solving method on student Civics learning outcomes at Al-Anwar Guluk Islamic Junior High School - GulukSumenep, this is evident from the results of data analysis, that the r work value of 0.690 is greater than the r value of the product moment table. , where at db = 59 in the 5% confidence interval the r value of the product moment table is 0.266 and in the 1% confidence interval the r value of the product moment table is 0.345. Second, the application of the problem solving method has a sufficient effect on student civics learning outcomes at Islamic Junior High School Al-Anwar Guluk - GulukSumenep, because the r work value of 0.690 is in the series of numbers from 0.600 to 0.800 high interpretation. After it is known that the application of problem solving methods has a significant effect on student motivation, it is advisable to apply the method of problem solving methods, so that student learning motivation increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Village Government in Empowering Farming Community and to find out how the factors that encourage and hinder the village government in empowering the community in Pakondang Village, Rubaru District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes the human element as a research instrument. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the authors can draw the conclusion that the role of the village government in empowering farming communities can be seen from several indicators, namely: The role of the village government in fostering. The development of the life of the village community is carried out by the village head using the concept of awareness and willingness of the community itself. The role of the village government in providing services and development to the community such as in the activities of the agricultural sector, the very large contribution in agriculture is farming activities. Based on the results of interviews in the field, it shows that the government plays a very important role in providing empowerment to the community, especially in the field of agriculture, as well as the village government has provided training for the farming community on the manufacture of manure from cow dung who brought in trainers from the agricultural service with the driving factor of power as a village head who is responsible for the welfare of his village and the community is very responsive to the farmers community's creativity training on making their own fertilizer and the inhibiting factor is that many people still lack knowledge.

Abstract

Madura is one of the fourth largest tribes after the Malays, Javanese and Balinese who are an important wealth in Indonesia as a country with the largest number of ethnic in the world. Around 714 tribes with 742 regional languages ​​with various cultures that live in them become their own colors that need to be maintained and continuously explored. Even though the mantenan in Madura. In Strauss' view of structuralism, to explore these treasures, it is necessary to understand the local language as a way of verbal or symbolic communication. Because in the mantenan tradition there is meaning to be revealed, both related to the way of life, outlook on life or behavior of the local community in the form of symbols. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach, namely literature study, interviews, and data analysis and interpretation. From the results of the study, it is known that the mantenan tradition reveals two important things in the life of the Madurese community, namely balance and harmony. These two things are like two currencies that complement and fill each other so that a safe, peaceful, and prosperous society will be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internet-based democracy volunteers to increase the participation of millennial society in the 2019. This research uses a qualitative approach that reveals findings and describes comprehensively about the data obtained in the field. The method used by researchers is online interviews and using valid data from trusted sources. The results of this study indicate that internet-based democratic volunteers are quite effective in efforts to increase election participation in 2019. This can be seen from KPU data collection where there is an increase in participation in 2019 when compared to 2014, this is because democratic volunteers are considered successful because they are able to increase 2019 election participation in Sumenep district. Researchers also revealed the systematic and work agenda of democratic volunteers. Internet-based democracy volunteers play a large role in efforts to increase public participation in elections, internet-based democracy volunteers as working partners of the KPU are tasked with disseminating information on various social media about the importance of elections, providing education on voting procedures, distinguishing types of ballots, anti-hoax and anti-campaign campaigns. abstentions. The researcher also found that the election results were accumulated and were not classified based on the age of the voters, although the data before the election separated and categorized the data, but after the election the election organizer only counted the number of voters in general.
