Abstract

Based on the initial observations that the author made to the first semester students of the 2020/2021 Academic Year on August 12, 2020, it was found that the results of interviews conducted by students still had to be improved. The method in this research is Classroom Action Research. Then the subjects in this study were 30 students of STAB Maitreyawira T.A. 2020/2021 Semester I who take Indonesian language courses. The place of this research is at STAB Maitreyawira. The time of this research is from September to November 2020. The instrument in this study is the Research Instrument in the Form of Student Interview Tasks. The results of this study are the results of preliminary observations before the application of the assignment method is that there is no number of students who get an interview score of 65 (0.00%). Then in the first cycle the number of students who obtained an interview score of 65 was as many as 26 students (86.67%). In the second cycle, the number of students who obtained a daily test score of 65 was 30 students (100%). The conclusion of this study is that the interview is an oral question and answer process between two or more people to find out a person's responses and opinions on an object. Implementation of the Assignment Method can Improve the Ability to Conduct Interviews for STAB Maitreyawira Students in Indonesian Language Courses. Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of altruist moral-based Buddhist education, the sub-focus analysis to implement altruistic moral transformation of SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The research design is a qualitative study case which involves principals, Buddhist education teachers, Moral Ethics teachers, and students of SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. Collecting data by observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis with interactive model (Miles and Huberman, 1994: 12), through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. The validity of the data with the concept of validation is triangulation and member check. The results of the study were revealed : 1) The implementation of Buddhist education in the student test assessment is classified as Good, referring to Minister of National Education Regulation No.19 of 2007 concerning Management of Educational Standard, 2) The implementation of altruistic moral-based learning has not been realized properly and consistently as it’s still a new program which causes school policy apply dynamically. New culture is built from an effective school structure which is forwarded to students to form a school element which is able to protect, love and glorify life to transform the measurable character of appropriate school culture. The school has developed Love Learning in harmony with altruistic morals to enhance positive, non-violent and loving behavior for all school elements in the The School of Universal Family. To shape a new atmospheric academic character which prioritizes the altruist moral values of the Universal Family as the impact/outcome of the SMP Metta Maitreya. Abstract

The research was motivated by the low level of interest of students in farming activities because the students' perceptions of farming were identical to land, dirty, requiring a lot of energy, heating under the hot sun and other things that made students reluctant to participate in farming activities. planting. The aim of the study was to determine the increase in interest in planting the participants in the Kindergarten Metta Maitreya using hydroponic technology. The research method used is qualitative and using descriptive analysis. The focus of this research is on the interest in cultivating students through hydroponic farming. The data were collected by several methods, including: observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study obtained data that the participants' interest in farming at Metta Maitreya Kindergarten increased after the treatment, seen from the questionnaire value which increased by 6.03% from 79.17 to 85.2 in the very good category. The increasing interest in cultivating students was also supported by the results of observational research of 12.4 with good categories, interviews and documentation which obtained the same results. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of scientific studies on the effect of mindfulness on student spirituality in religious education, including Buddhist education, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of mindfulness on the spirituality of STAB Maitreyawira Pekanbaru students. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all STAB Maitreyawira students batch 2018, 2019 and 2020 with a total of 144 students. The sample in this study was 106 students. The data collection instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the mindfulness questionnaire and the students' spirituality were tested. The normality test of the data was carried out with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between mindfulness on the spirituality of STAB Maitreyawira Pekanbaru students. Mindfulness provides an effective contribution of 20.49% to student spirituality. This means that 20.49% of students' spirituality can be increased through mindfulness, the remaining 79.51% can be increased through Buddhist religious ritual variables and other variables not examined in this study. So this study shows that mindfulness (X1) has a positive and significant influence individually on student spirituality (Y) STAB Maitreyawira. KATA KUNCI: Berkesadaran Penuh, Spiritualitas

Abstract

There are still some achievements of STAB Maitreyawira students that still need to be improved. The method in this educational research is a descriptive method. The place in this research is STAB Maitreyawira. The research time is September 2021. Then the population in this study is 38 students of STAB Maitreyawira Class of 2019. Because only 30 students filled out the questionnaire in this study, in this study only data from 30 students were used as subjects in this study. From the results of the calculations, it is found that the average value of student interest in learning for the 2019 batch of S1 Buddhist Religious Education Study Programs STAB Maitreyawira is 76.54. This provides an explanation of student interest in learning, namely the learning interest of STAB Maitreyawira students for the class of 2019 is relatively high (from the calculation (3100 4050) x 100% = 76.54%). The conclusion of this study is that the learning interest of students of the 2019 batch of S1 Buddhist Religious Education Study Program STAB Maitreyawira is relatively high, namely 76.54.
