Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to describe and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the management of the Da'wah Taman Quran Mulia in an effort to increase the interest of adolescents to become hafidz and hafidzah in Margasari Village, Luragung District, Kuningan Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that 1) In its planning, Taman Quran Mulia has implemented a hafidz Quran printing program that runs according to the expectations of the institution, including by holding meetings to prepare everything needed, determining the implementers, and determining all facilities in the implementation of the process of fostering students. in order to memorize Al-Quran 30 Juz. 2) Organizing the tasks given to the management or teaching staff is a task that is in accordance with their expertise and the work program provided is to provide the best facilities in fostering Quran memorizing students so that they have noble morals and practice ahlussunnah waljama'ah. 3) One of the management of the movement carried out by the leadership is to provide motivation and encouragement to the management or teaching staff so that they can work well in order to achieve the hafidz Quran printing program. 4) Supervision is carried out by the leadership, namely by observing all activities and duties of the management or teaching staff so that the achievement of the hafidz Quran printing program can be carried out properly and as expected. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the management of da'wah at Taman Quran Mulia are carried out through strategic planning methods to evaluate internal and external factors including: 1) The strength of Taman Quran Mulia has a strong vision, mission and has the potential for the quality of teaching staff and students and has adequate facilities and infrastructure. adequate. 2) The weakness that occurs is the limited human resources as administrators or teaching staff. 3) Opportunities Taman Quran Mulia has received recognition from the public as a non-formal institution that manages salaf, 4) The challenge for Taman Quran Mulia is the development and technological changes that make teenagers not interested in becoming hafidz Quran. Abstract

TikTok merupakan salah satu media sosial yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh Gen Z di Bandung sebagai wujud eksistensi diri. Salah satu fenomena yang diikuti oleh Gen Z di Bandung adalah fenomena 'Joget TikTok'. Dengan mengikuti tren 'Joget TikTok' ini, masyarakat Gen Z di Bandung merasa eksistensinya dianggap oleh lingkungan sekitarnya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran media sosial Tiktok sebagai sarana eksistensi diri di kalangan Generasi Z di kota Bandung Penulisan ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi dan teknik wawancara untuk meneliti fenomena 'Joget TikTok' di kalangan Gen Z di kota Bandung sebagai bentuk eksistensi diri. Dari penulisan ini ditemukan bahwa Gen Z di Bandung mengikuti tren karena tidak ingin dianggap ketinggalan jaman dan dikucilkan oleh lingkungannya, selain itu mengikuti tren juga dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri ketika unggahan mereka mendapatkan respon dari masyarakat luas, dan memang benar adanya bahwa fenomena 'Joget Tiktok' merupakan salah satu bentuk dari Gen Z Bandung dalam menunjukkan eksistensi diri. Penulisan ini meggunakan teknik wawancara dengan informan berjumlah 5 orang dari perwakilan pengguna aktif Tiktok di Bandung. Dari hasil wawancara, mereka menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok selama 1 tahun lebih sebagai sarana eksistensi diri.

Abstract

Abstract : In the context of the @aabelkarimy TikTok account, semiotic analysis can help identify and analyze religious symbols, religious signs, or cultural references used in da'wah videos to strengthen messages and influence audiences. TikTok is a social media platform focused on short video content. In this context, visual communication is very important to convey da'wah messages. Semiotic analysis helps to understand the visual signs used in videos, such as body movements, facial expressions, or visual symbols, to describe and interpret da'wah messages. Da’wah messages often have deeper and more complex meanings, especially when conveyed through social media such as TikTok. Semiotic analysis helps to analyze the signs used in da'wah videos and relate them to the context of culture, religion or related values to understand the meaning of the message to be conveyed. This study aims to describe da'wah messages in the form of aqidah, sharia and moral messages. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach and uses Charles Sanders Pierse's semiotic analysis theory, known as the triadic concept, to find out the representanment, interpretant, and objects in the signs on the video account of the tiktok @aabelkarimi. The results of the study show that there are da'wah messages contained in the @aabelkarimy tiktok account. The da'wah message includes aspects of aqidah, shari'ah, morals. In the aspect of aqidah there are da'wah messages in the form of; faith in God includes the belief that humans are weak creatures created by God, lacking and limited. In the aspect of shari'ah there is a message about the obligation of preaching to the authorities. Whereas in the moral aspect there is a message in the form of a recommendation to have a qanaah attitude in life. Abstract

Abstract : Pondok Pesantren is a traditional Islamic educational institution in Indonesia which has an important role in religious education and the formation of the character of students. Interpersonal communication between the Kiayi (founder or leader of the pesantren) and the santri is very important in building close relationships and mutual understanding. Kiayi have strong authority and influence in guiding and fostering santri. Through the sowan tradition it becomes a means for direct communication and provides personal religious teachings and spiritual advice. Improving the religious attitude of the santri is the main goal, and interpersonal communication through the sowan tradition is expected to motivate, inspire and assist the santri in their daily religious practices. This study aims to determine the sowan tradition at the Khas Kempek Putri Islamic Boarding School Al Nashir Al Manshur, to find out the verbal and non-verbal communication of clerics in increasing the religiosity of students through the sowan tradition at the Khas Kempek Putri Islamic boarding school, Asrama Al Nashir Al Manshur. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data source for this research was obtained from interviews with several informants including Kiayi and Santri at the Islamic boarding school Khas Kempek Putri Asrama Al Nashir Al Manshur. Data collection techniques were taken through observation, interviews and documentation. Besides that, the data were analyzed by the steps of data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the kiai's interpersonal communication through the sowan tradition has an important role in increasing the religious attitude of the santri. The kiai's verbal communication can provide proper religious understanding and advice to the santri, while the kiai's nonverbal communication can help the santri understand religious values better. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe the text analysis used by NU Online media in reporting on radicalism movements, to describe the analysis of text production practices used by NU Online media in reporting on the counter-radicalism narrative movement and to describe the analysis of socio-cultural (macro) practices used by NU Online in reporting. counter-radicalism narrative movement. This study uses a text qualitative research method with the critical discourse analysis approach of Norman Fairclough. The data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that NU Online in countering radicalism narratives uses the principles or values of ahlusnunah wal jamaah. There are three main characteristics of the teachings of ahlussunnah wal jamaah or what we call Aswaja which was always taught by Rasulullah SAW and his companions. NU Online creates educational content, before they access social media they find radical articles, of course we will have a meeting and conduct counter narratives and have authoritative references. Analyzing according to the context and issues in society, we present it with good references, clearly in accordance with Aswaja and Pancasila guidelines. The counter-narrative movement is moment bound and can also use alternative narratives. Namely, narratives that focus on reinforcing positive and unifying ideas.

Abstract : In the digital era and increasingly sophisticated technology to promote ranging from goods, services to a person who can be easily promoted, such as political advertising which is now one of the important tools to attract sympathy to influence public perception of political parties and political candidates. The purpose of political advertising is to build a strong image or image for positive personal branding for the candidate or political party concerned. The communication strategy, especially the candidate Puan Maharani, needs to be studied because the figure of Puan is considered to have a trail of controversy. For this reason, what communication strategies are effective to be the key in achieving this goal. The existence of this research article is to examine and find out the communication strategies that are considered suitable for use in political advertising space to shape and strengthen the image of Puan Maharani and her political party. The research method used is a qualitative approach by observing political advertisements with print advertising media. The data obtained is based on journal literature, literature studies and documentation. The result of this research is the need for a communication strategy with the selection of editorial sentences or visuals in each advertisement made by creating advertising characteristics so that political communication strategies, especially in advertising, provide victory for Puan Maharani and her political party. Abstract

Abstract : Communication is an important aspect of human life, especially in households, believed to have good feedback, communication often becomes the main problem that arises in household life. Interpersonal communication is a form of communication that must be applied to avoid problems in the household. The subjects in this study are young couples whose ages of marriage are not far apart. This study seeks to describe in depth what informants experienced through a phenomenological approach. The researcher uses two research data, namely primary and secondary data, where primary data comes from direct interviews with informants, while secondary data comes from journal articles, books, and the internet. The results of this study indicate that the process of interpersonal communication is very important, especially for young couples whose ages are not far apart to prevent problems in maintaining the household. Deduced from daily observations, it can be inferred that the informant has already implemented exemplary interpersonal communication skills. Henceforth, in order to establish a harmonious family unit, young couples are required to maintain cohesion and commitment towards their common objectives. Abstract

Social exchange theory (SET) is often perceived as a theory that only considers the profit-and-loss aspects of a two-way relationship. This theory is suspected of not considering other aspects, such as emotions and ethics, in viewing a relationship. Therefore, this study was conducted to prove the suspicion of social exchange theory. The study was conducted by collecting journal articles that have discussions related to social exchange theory, either as the main discussion or have issues related to the theory. Of the 44 journal articles reviewed, the results show that most of the research can be divided into 7 categories, namely educational institutions, tourism, marketing, management, psychology, public relations, culture. Management is the most category in the use of social exchange theory.. This finding corroborates that social exchange theory is stronger in the cost-benefit aspect in a two-way relationship. Abstract

Presentation and delivery of information through the mass media has now undergone many developments from time to time. With online-based information technology, mass media is present in delivering messages in the form of online. Print media is also making developments that are now available online and can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, without having to buy in printed form. Tempo, with its magazine that provides news, is well known for its criticism of several parties. Tempo magazine cover or cover that displays a fairly unique illustration image and contains a lot of meaning in conveying information. This study aims to determine the meaning of the messages contained in the cover of the 12 December 2020 edition of Tempo magazine. The method used in this study is a textual research method with a semiotic analysis approach using the Roland Barthes' model, denotation meaning, connotation meaning, and myth meaning. The results of this study refer to the meaning of the message from the cover of the 12 December 2020 edition of Tempo magazine using the semiotic analysis approach of Roland Barthes' model. In this case, Tempo as a media dared to criticize and insinuate related parties in the magazine cover. And the public or the audience who receive the message can interpret the message itself, but this situation divides the public's attention and creates a space for wrong interpretation.
