Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) to analyze the level of financial literacy of adolescents in Jabodetabek, (2) to analyze the impact of the dimensions of financial literacy on consumptive behaviour, (3) to analyze the impact of social media usage on the consumptive behaviour,4) analyze the impact of socio-demographic factors the consumptive behaviours type of research is quantitative and qualitative, and the data source is primary data (questionnaire). The method used is descriptive analysis method and analysis of Structural Equation Modemodellingartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result is level of financial literacy of the late adolescent is well-literate, with a percentage of 44%. Financial knowledge and socio-demographic factors do not significantly affect delinquent adolescent consumptive behaviour. Financial attitudes, financial behaviour and social media usage significantly impact the late adolescent workforce in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine social media, learning media and the internet on accounting students' interest in learning during a pandemic. This type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The data processed in this study consisted of students of the Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University accounting study program class of 2018-2019. Observations made in this study by distributing online questionnaires to accounting students from the 2018-2019 class as a method of data collection. Then obtained as many as 220 respondents by using the slovin formula in sampling. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the analysis technique of validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26 software. The results of this study prove that social media has a significant effect on accounting students' learning interest during a pandemic; learning media has a significant effect on accounting students' interest in learning during a pandemic; the internet has had a significant effect on the learning interest of accounting students during a pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influences of workload on employee performance with work stress as a variable intervening on employee of Aria Villas Seminyak. This study used all population because the total of employee only 40 people and this study called study on population. From 40 employee only 32 responses the questionnaire. The research data analyzed by Smart PLS version 4.0.9 program. The results of this study conclude that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

OFC sales have decreased due to the covid-19 pandemic and continuing efforts to stabilize the business conditions of OFC after the covid-19 pandemic which makes it important for this research to be carried out. The research aims to determine the influence between internal (consumer traits) and external (situational factors) dimensions that influence consumers' online impulse buying. The population in this study are OFC consumers who do online impulse buying at Shopeefood. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people by taking the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The statistical tool used in this research is PLS 3.0. The results show that internal factors which include impulse buying tendencies, shopping enjoyment tendencies, consumer moods have a significant influence on online impulse buying, however, personal situations do not have a significant influence on impulse buying. External factors which include e-store atmosphere do not have a significant effect on impulse buying online, but Motivational activities by retailers and Product attributes have a significant influence on impulse buying.

Abstract

Marketing communication is a company tool to inform, persuade, and remind consumers about the products and brands being sold. Media Ilmu Sidoarjo Publisher has a market segment in the form of books for Islamic schools/madrasas. The booming of Islamic books including books for Islamic schools/madrasas in the community creates new challenges for Sidoarjo Science Media Publishers. The purpose of this study is to describe marketing communications in increasing sales at Media Ilmu Sidoarjo Publisher, by implementing the marketing mix strategy / 4P which refers to the four Ps, namely product, price, promotion, and place. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques by interviews, observation, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded: (i) a product strategy to maintain quality by implementing very strict quality control, (ii) a pricing strategy to attract consumers to buy with a policy of discount strategies and selling price discrimination, (iii) a strategy distribution using a zerolevel and two-level channel strategy. While the marketing channel (intermediary) uses a sales force (sales force) which is a direct marketing channel service and through wholesalers (distributors), (iv) the promotion strategy refers to the promotion mix which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity and relations public. With these four strategies, Media Ilmu Sidoarjo Publisher can continue to exist and increase its sales

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of motivation on employee performance; (2) The influence of leadership on employee performance; (3) The influence of the work environment on employee performance; (4) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance; (5) The effect of work performance on employee performance. The method used, namely Literature review, provides a framework related to new findings and previous findings in identifying indications of whether or not there is progress from the results of a particular study. The method used in the literature review is through a systematic approach to analyzing data in a simplified approach. The author takes all the research designs used in identifying the influence of work motivation, leadership, environment, organizational culture, and work performance on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of implementing self-efficacy on the assessment of organizational commitment and employee performance. The method used in this research is systematic literature review, which involves collecting data and information from literature sources such as journals, internet articles, and other related literature. This research refers to relevant previous research to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact that occurs on the topics discussed. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy affects organizational commitment at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras. In addition, self-efficacy also affects employee performance at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-efficacy plays an important role in improving organizational commitment and employee performance at PT Samudera Perdana Selaras.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that examines the design of inventory information systems at CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo. This study analyzes the information system on inventory at CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo. This study uses observation with interviews. The results of this observation are written on the observation sheet carried out by the observer. Unstructured interviews were conducted in order to obtain more comprehensive interview results with informants. Research data was collected through observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo has collaborated with a third service party, namely mokapos, to help carry out the inventory system for this business by the end of 2022. This application is available on desktop and mobile. This application makes inventory management in managing inventory fast and accurate so as to minimize errors in data. This business uses Use Case Diagrams. Use Case Inventory Diagram proposed, there are several involved in the system namely Warehouse Admin, Marketing and Owner.

Abstract

Employee innovation has become an important factor in ensuring organisational success in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The concept of organizational justice plays an important role in promoting employee innovative work behaviour in each employee. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behaviour by adding the mediating effect of learning capacity variables and the moderating effect of blue ocean leadership variables to complete the gap of previous studies. This study sampled employees with why generation criteria in East Java with a total sample of 383. Analysis using process macros Hayes model 7. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, then organizational justice has a significant negative effect on learning capacity, besides the results of the analysis also show that blue ocean leadership as a moderator variable can strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and learning capacity, learning capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, and organizational justice affects employee innovative work behavior through learning capacity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of between occupation characteristics of the performance, the influence of competence on the performance, the influence of occupation characteristics with the culture of the organization, the influence of competence with the culture of the organization, the effect of competence work on the employee performance by moderation culture of the organization and the influence of competence on employee performance by moderation organization culture. The research was conducted of employment participation BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in east java with a number of respondents 69 people as a sample. The sampling technique used a method of convenience. Data analysis used validity test with matrix component, alfa cronbach for reliability test, and double regression analysis. From this research, it is known that the occupation characteristics has no effect with the culture organization at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, competence has a positive effects and significant with the culture organization at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, occupation characteristics has no effect on the employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, competence has a positive and significant effects on employee performance at BPJS Employment regional offices of the east java. Moderation testing shows that cultures organization is a variable moderation in the effect of occupation characteristics and competence on employee performance
