This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. The population in this study were 70 people, the sample used was 41 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical method in this research is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the first partial leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, partially motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Third, simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan terhadap penguatan BUMDes dengan melibatkan peran serta pengelola, BPD dan masyarakat dan di Desa Sumbersuko. Metode yang digunakan adalah kerjasama lintas program dengan pengelola, kerjasama lintas sektor dengan aparat desa dan masyarakat dengan pendekatan sosio karikatif dan pendekatan transformatif. Penguatan BUMDes Suko Jaya dilakukan dengan melaksanakan FGD dengan pengurus, perangkat desa dan pengelola usaha di Desa Sumbersuko. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mengadakan workshop penguatan baik dari segi keorganisasian maupun dari tata kelola keuangannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1). Pemahaman pengurus terhadap fungsi dan tugas BUMDes semakin kuat sehingga kebutuhan akan Peraturan Desa dan AD ART menjadi penting. Hasilnya Perdes dan AD ART Bumdes sudah dibuat dan disahkan oleh Kepala Desa. 2). Sebagai bentuk awal, BUMDes “Suko Jaya” mengelola dua sumber air dan satu koperasi Syariah

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety management (K3) on employee productivity at PG. Ngadirejo Kediri. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative research with a questionnaire as the main instrument in collecting data. To answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression, it is evident that the variable level of occupational safety (X1) and the variable level of occupational health (X2) has a significant effect on employee productivity (Y) either partially or simultaneously. To reduce the risk of accidents such as fires, piles of mill residues containing flammable chemicals. That jam, PG. Ngadirejo Kediri should strive so that the remnants of the mill can be immediately utilized/sold.

At the beginning of 2020 economic development in Indonesia experienced a slowdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic which had an unfavorable impact on service and goods companies, namely by limiting operational performance which greatly affected the decrease in income earned, especially service companies such as bank companies. The purpose of this study was to examine the condition of the capital adequacy ratio, return on assets, and net interest margin at banks in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research sample consists of fifteen banks, which use a saturated sampling approach, namely banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange and the data used is secondary data obtained from annual reports and the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) on audited banks from 2020 until 2021 which can be accessed on the IDX website. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test three financial ratios, namely capital adequacy ratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), and net interest margin (NIM) to Price Book Value (PBV). The findings of this study reveal that the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), return on assets (ROA), and net interest margin (NIM) have a significant positive effect on Price Book Value (PBV) during the COVID-19 pandemic

This community service activity aims to:The implementation of community service is located at UPN Veteran Surabaya, the target of implementing the service is participants in the Nusantara Module program MBKM (Freedom Learning Campus Merdeka) UPN Veteran East Java Surabaya in the archipelago module activities. The method used in this community service activity is to use the extension method as an effort to increase the awareness of the participants in the Nusantara Module MBKM program on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on a creative economy by utilizing digital marketing. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the level of success of the activity starting from the beginning of the activity, the process of the activity to the achievement of the activity by asking for advice and input in the form of testimonials from all activity participants. The results show that there is an increase in theoretical knowledge and practice of developing creative economy-based learning SMEs. This matterefforts to increase the awareness of participants in the Nusantara Module MBKM program on the development of creative economy-based MSMEs by utilizing digital marketing

A destination image is an image that tourists have about a destination before visiting. It can have an effect on memorable tourism experience that is a positive experience for tourists who remembered dan recalled even though they have not traveled dan also have an influence on tourist satisfaction. Apart from being influenced by the image destination variable, the satisfaction variable is also affected by memorable tourism experiences. This research focuses on domestic tourists, because in 2020 there was a corona virus pandemic. This has limited access from within Indonesia to going abroad, dan vice versa. The decline in tourists also occurred in domestic tourists, which was more than 90% in April 2020. The purpose of this study was to analyze tourism in Yogyakarta during the pandemic in 2020 . This research was conducted in Yogyakarta during the pandemic in March-October. Respondents of this study were domestic tourists visiting Yogyakarta in March-October 2020th, dan especially visiting JL. Malioboro dan Beringharjo Market. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire dan the PLS method using SmartPLS3. Respondents of this study were 80 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between destination image dan memorable tourism experience, memorable tourism experience on satisfaction, destination image on revisit intention, tourism experience on word of mouth, dan satisfaction with revisit intention dan word of mouth. However, there is a hypothesis that does not have a significant effect, namely destination image on satisfaction.

Stock return is an indicator of banking performance in Indonesia. This study aims to empirically test non-performing loans and loan deposit ratios on stock returns mediated by return on assets at commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was 20 bank companies that met predetermined criteria. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using Path analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that non-performing loans and loan deposit ratios each have a significant effect on stock returns and are mediated by return on assets. Based on these findings, it is recommended that banking companies, in managing financial ratios, must run more optimally to maximize stock returns obtained by banks. Non-performing loan, loan deposit ratio is a bank's financial ratio to assess its performance. These financial ratios have a purpose to determine the bank's ability to optimize the level of lending to the public, generate profits from the activities carried out and reject the risks from its operational activities. For banking companies, the findings of this study can be used in policy-making related to the delivery of information on bank performance reports to investors.

Perkembangan dalam bidang pendidikan sangat erat kaitannya dengan istilah inovasi. Inovasi dalam ranah pendidikan adalah sebuah kewajiban bagi semua pelaku pendidikan. Terlebih lagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin tumbuh. Sehingga perlu adanya sosialisasi Life Based Learning-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, dan Math) berbasis teknologi bagi guru Sekolah Dasar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan di SD Pembangunan Jaya 2 Sidoarjo dengan melibatkan 12 orang guru sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan dua metode yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan Pengabdian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SD Pembangunan Jaya 2 Sidoarjo dalam pembelajaran life based learning-STEM. kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang positif dari semua pihak sekolah. Guru-guru sangat mengharapkan agar kegiatan serupa dapat dilanjutkan secara berkala agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

This research is a qualitative research that examines the design of inventory information systems at CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo. This study analyzes the information system on inventory at CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo. This study uses observation with interviews. The results of this observation are written on the observation sheet carried out by the observer. Unstructured interviews were conducted in order to obtain more comprehensive interview results with informants. Research data was collected through observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. CV. Mysneaker Retail Indo has collaborated with a third service party, namely mokapos, to help carry out the inventory system for this business by the end of 2022. This application is available on desktop and mobile. This application makes inventory management in managing inventory fast and accurate so as to minimize errors in data. This business uses Use Case Diagrams. Use Case Inventory Diagram proposed, there are several involved in the system namely Warehouse Admin, Marketing and Owner.

Berdirinya suatu perusahaan selalu mempunyai tujuan yang sama yaitu diperolehnya suatu laba. Maka dari itu, perusahaan dibutuhkan adanya pengelolaan aset dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran persediaan dan perputaran piutang secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap rpofitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020–2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria didapatkan 10 perusahaan dari 12 perusahaan farmasi yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Annual Report perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang mencakup uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), uji koefesien determinasi () dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, sedangkan untuk perputaran persediaan terdapat pengaruh terhadap ROA. Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Persediaan dan Perputaran Piutang secara simultan terdapat pengaruh terhadap ROA.
