Abstract

The background of this research is that based on the identification carried out by the researchers at the research location, namely: Learning that has been carried out in class VIII MTs Nurul Huda Serapuh ABC specifically for Fiqh subjects does not emphasize learning by providing direct learning experiences through the development of process skills, scientific attitudes and less develop independent learning. This causes low student learning independence. The objectives of this research are: To determine the effect of participant modeling learning strategies on increasing learning independence in learning fiqh students in class VIII MTs Nurul Huda Serapuh ABC. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research method. In this study the form of the instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale attitude that has been modified with the following assessments: often scores 3, Rarely scores 2, and Never scores 1. The results of this study are: The results of hypothesis testing are also carried out independently. partial with the significance or the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable that, the tcount (partial) for the participant modeling learning strategy is 2,672 with a significance level of 0.01, the participant modeling learning strategy variable has a positive and significant effect on students' learning independence with a tcount value (2,672 ) > t table (2.021) and the significant value (0.01) <0.05 indicates that the participant modeling learning strategy has a positive and significant effect on student learning independence. This can be seen with a significant value of 0.01 which is smaller than = 0.05. The participant modeling learning strategy will be able to increase students' learning independence because the better and better the participant modeling learning strategy made by the teacher, students will get an increase in affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects in the classroom. Students will also look more active and critical, this causes a positive effect on the participant's modeling learning strategy on student learning independence.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the effectiveness of the madrasa principal's leadership in managing information systems and work climates at Yaspen Muslim Islamic Private MTs Pematang Tengah. Another problem that can be found is that the creation of a good work climate in the madrasa environment has not been fulfilled. The principal applies an authoritarian system in leading the school so that a conducive school climate is not created. Leadership does not work effectively in madrasas. The impact is certainly very large for the education management that is carried out. The goals to be achieved will be difficult to achieve optimally because the existing systems are not well developed with one another. Innate will tend to be uncomfortable at work and the results will definitely not be effective. For this reason, it is necessary to build a good working relationship between the principal and the teacher. The conclusions in this study are that: An analysis of the madrasa principal's knowledge of information systems and work climate has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the madrasa principal's leadership. This is because if the principal does not have an understanding of information systems and the work climate, it can hinder the formation of leadership effectiveness. So, based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with resource persons, it can be concluded that the head of the madrasa has made a maximum contribution in shaping leadership effectiveness through knowledge of information systems and a good work climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk campur kode bahasa Simalungun terhadap bahasa indonesia. Masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana terjadinya bentuk campur kode di desa ujung seribu. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik simak, rekaman dan foto. Metode pengkajian data adalah metode padan yang dilanjutkan dengan teknik dasar Pilih Unsur Penentu dan teknik lanjutannya yaitu teknik hubung banding menyamakan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori Kedwibahasaan dan Campur Kode. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk campur kode yang ditemukan di desa ujung seribu tersebut berupa kata dan frasa. Jenis campur kode yang terjadi merupakan campur kode ke dalam (inner code-mixing), berupa bahasa daerah yaitu Bahasa Batak Simalungun yang menyisip pada bahasa pertama yaitu bahasa Indonesia. Penyebab terjadinya campur kode bahasa simalungun terhadap bahasa Indonesia di desa ujung seribu dikarenakkan adanya penutur, lawan tutur, situasi dan kebiasaan menggunakan bahasa simalungun dalam kegiatan sehari-hari hal ini dapat terjadi karena penguasaan bahasa kedua oleh penutur atau bahkan kebisaan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the policies of the Ministry of Religion of Islam in Southeast Aceh towards educators and education staff. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Southeast Aceh. The data collection technique begins with presenting the data obtained in the field. After that, data reduction, namely selecting and sorting the required data, then followed by verification, namely the conclusion of data according to the problem under study. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the policies of educators and education staff, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Islam in Southeast Aceh, found that the government's policies towards educators and education staff regarding the basic competencies of educators and education staff, teacher education, class rank of teachers and policies, the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Aceh Tenggara Dalam towards educators and educational staff.

Abstract

Learning English at SMA Negeri 2 Gedong Tataan is still teacher-centered, students rarely express opinions and lack confidence about what they know, so students tend to be passive. The reality in the learning that has occurred so far is that learning still relies a lot on the teacher. In learning, especially learning Procedure Text in class XII IPS1 at SMA Negeri 2 Gedong Tataan there are still a number of teachers who carry out learning that is not in accordance with the standard learning process. The learning process is still dominated by teacher lectures and students only listen to them. In such conditions the learning experience of students only listens to the teacher's lectures, without any activity, creativity and innovation from students. Students lack the ability to solve contextual English problems and learning is not yet constructivist. Based on the results of the analysis of each cycle, the application of learning using the Constructivism model for the subject matter 'Explanation, Naretive Text and Pamphlet' in Class XII SMA Negeri 2 Gedong Tataan semester 1 of the 2020/2021 Academic Year can be concluded as follows: (1). The average value of student activity increased from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the average value of student activity was 81.67 classified as active, cycle II the average value of student activity was 86.67 classified as active, and cycle III was 90.83, (2). The average value of student learning outcomes has increased from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes were 64.22, which was classified as sufficient, in the second cycle, student learning outcomes were 68.56, which was quite good, and in the third cycle, 75.31.

Abstract

Support from the management of Madrasahs to implement the Tahsin Qur'an Program in learning activities in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith studies is highly expected for the continuity and smoothness of student learning activities at Exemplary Private MTs Gebang because without the implementation of the Tahsin Qur'an Program which is innovation and learning creativity, the teaching and learning activities will not run as expected. Based on the background of the problem above, the researcher is interested in conducting research that discusses the ability to read the Qur'an through the Tahsin Qur'an Program in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith studies in Madrasahs. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the ability to read the Qur'an of students at Teladan Gebang Private MTs? How is the implementation of the Qur'an Tahsin Program in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith students of Gebang Exemplary Private MTs? What are the efforts to improve the ability to read the Koran through the Tahsin Qur'an Program in the field of Al-Qur'an Hadith students at Model Gebang Private MTs? The conclusions in this study are: The ability to understand Al-Qur'an Reading material by class VIII students of MTs Teladan Gebang has increased by using the Al-Qur'an Tahsin Program strategy from the conclusions of the data obtained, namely: In the pre-cycle completeness reached 54% of students or as many as 6 students who have completed and 24 students have not completed. In cycle I, the percentage of completeness was achieved at 61.8% or as many as 11 students who completed and 19 students who had not completed. In cycle II, the percentage of learning completeness was achieved by 78% or as many as 23 students had completed and 7 students had not completed. In cycle III, learning mastery was achieved at 100%, an increase of 89.66 from cycle II. Or as many as 30 students get completeness in learning Al-Qur'an reading material. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Al-Qur'an Tahsin method can increase students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

The availability of Learning Modules that contain a special program for Tahfizul Qur'an will certainly greatly assist teachers in delivering material and make it easier for students to improve their ability to translate the Qur'an due to the implementation of Learning Modules that are competency-based in translating the Qur'an according to the Tahfizul Qur'an program. contained in the Learning Module. The problem to be studied is a problem that has high urgency so that it is urgent to solve and find a solution considering the availability of time and costs as well as other supporting resources in carrying out this research is very minimal. So, the researcher determines the research model to be carried out, namely the class action research model (CAR). The results of this study are that learning modules can improve students' ability to translate verses in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject for class VII students of MTs Teladan Gebang with a percentage increase, namely from the pre-cycle completeness score of at least only 56.55% of students. Then in the first cycle, the percentage of completeness was achieved at 63.64%, an increase of 7.8% from the pre-cycle. In cycle II, the percentage of learning completeness was 78.8%, there was another increase of 15% from cycle I. In cycle III, learning mastery was achieved by 90.3%, an increase from cycle II. So from pre cycle to cycle III there is an increase in level of 33.7%. The percentage is obtained from the scores of students who have fulfilled the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), which is 70 for Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The value of completeness achievement in understanding the material Translating verses of the Qur'an by students as an indicator of the level of achievement of learning achievement. Individual student scores are also increasing. Therefore it can be concluded that the application of learning modules can be a solution in improving students' ability to translate verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Study this aim for knowing motivation study student on learning creed Morals after application strategy of giving questions and getting answers in class VIII MTs PPM Babussalam Teluk Bakung. Study this including in study action class (Action Research). This study used a collaborative model type, namely researchers and teachers in the Akidah Akhlak study field in class VIII MTs PPM Babussalam Teluk Bakung. subject in Study Action Class VIII is sis wa class MTs MTs PPM Babussalam Teluk Bakungwith total 30 students consisted of 14 girls and 16 men . instrument in researcher this is sheet observation and appropriate questionnaire _ with procedure study with observe cycle I and cycle II. Results study show . Application strategy Giving Questions And Getting Answers Strategy can implemented with good through two cycle . this _ could is known through activities carried out by teachers and student on cycle I and cycle II experienced improvement . Results teacher observation on cycle I , namely 75% ( enough ) then to 85.71 ( good ) on cycle II. Likewise on _ observation activity students who beginning on cycle I reached score 73.33 then increase to 90 on cycle II. After implementation Motivational Giving Questions And Getting Answers Strategy study student experience enhancement from mark questionnaire in the post test 64.3% increase to 73.4% on cycle I and keep going experience enhancement on cycle II to 86.3%. So that based on these data so could concluded that Giving Questions And Getting Answers Strategy can Upgrade motivation study student on eye lesson creed Morals in Class VIII MTs PPM Babussalam Teluk Bakung. In application strategy of giving questions and getting answers, the teacher should get them more creative and more careful in choose material learning, because no all material learning in accordance with level ability think student.

Abstract

Sejak manusia dilahirkan, mereka sudah memiliki potensi dimana hal itu harus bisa dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan agar dapat digunakan secara optimal. Cara peningkatan potensi tersebut dapat dicapai dengan bantuan Metode Classroom Story Enjoyying Programe. Penelitian ini hadir untuk melihat Penerapan Classroom Story Enjoying Programe untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Mengembangkan Potensi Siswa di SMKN 1 Wonosobo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil data primer melalui wawancara langsung dengan pengelola dan pengurus lembaga pendidikan tersebut, adapun data sekunder, diperoleh melalui literatur yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis memakai metode induktif, dan deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:(1) Penerapan Classroom Story Enjoying Programe pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMKN 1 Wonosobo sejatinya adalah program apikatif yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dalam proses pembelajaran dalam rangka menumbuhkan minat dan bakat siswa melalaui kegiatan-kegian: Senin Upacara Bendera, Selasa membaca, Rabu Berbudi Luhur, Kamis Nasionalis, dan Jum’at Makrifat, (2) Peranan Classroom Story Enjoying Programe dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMKN 1 Wonosobo dapat dilihat dari berkembangnya karakter siswa meliputi: membentuk pribadi religius, membentuk karakter jujur, membentuk sifat disiplin, membentuk sikap kerja keras, membentuk sikap percaya diri, membentuk sikap rendah hati, membentuk sikap peduli sosial, membentuk sikap tanggung jawab, menumbuhkan sikap menghargai ilmu, dan membentuk karakter hormat dan santun.

Abstract

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes by using a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 064017 Medan. This type of research is classroom action research (Clasroom Action Research). The research subjects in this research were all grade IV students of SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan totaling 31 students. This research model uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. The method used in this research is 1) test, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The technique used to analyze data is qualitative data and quantitative data. Social studies learning by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 064017 Medan. Increased social studies learning outcomes in the first cycle by an average of 66.45 and an increase in the second cycle by 81.9
