Abstract

Anxiety as one of the psychological aspects may have an influence on physical education learning (penjas) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this article is to find out about students' anxiety in tailor learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article is literature studies. Methods used in article search and making research inquiries to uncover new findings using the PICO method. Access used by authors using google scholar in the form of nationally accredited articles with a range of issues march 2020 to October 2021. The data collection technique using the PRISMA method from a total of 52 reference sources from the google schoolar database is then filtered to get 4 references in the final stage that will be a literature review. The results of the library study showed that there was student anxiety in physical education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The findings of 50% of the studies that self-reviewed showed there was a level of student anxiety in the category is sufficient. The remaining 50% of the studies self-reviewed showed there were high levels of student anxiety in the high categories. This review literature study has implications for the known anxiety condition of students in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. These findings contribute as material for further study for the creation of appropriate learning methods to address student anxiety in tailor learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Optimization through the right methods will also optimize the benefits of tailors to improve health during pandemics. Keywords: anxiety, COVID-19, pandemic, physical education, students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to pass down volleyball with the target wall media. This type of research is an experimental study with lower passing exercises using a target wall using circles and ropes on the lower passing ability of the students. The research subjects were volleyball extracurricular students in middle-high school; all students are 20 children. Based on the results of the calculation of the first hypothesis test, it is known that there is an effect of bottom passing practice using a target wall using a rope on the ability to pass down. The results of the calculation of the second hypothesis are known that there was an effect of lower passing practice using a target wall by using a circle on the ability to pass down. The results of the average comparison are known that the lower passing practice using the target wall using a circle is better than the under-passing exercise using the target wall using a rope on the volleyball bottom passing ability. The results of the comparison of the two training methods concluded that the lower passing exercise using a target wall using a circle had better results compared to the lower passing practice using a target wall using a rope on the volleyball bottom passing ability of the students. Abstract

In Malaysia, the implementation of physical education includes an outdoor education syllabus. Outdoor education is found to be a medium for individual development at various levels of educational institutions, including schools. Mental toughness is one of the major aspects of the psychological development of an individual. There are now numerous studies linking mental toughness with academic performance. One of the mediums for this development is the implementation of outdoor education. The nature of outdoor education is found to have a very high potential to support the development of mental toughness among students. However, a lack of specific adventure-based mental toughness models has been developed. This study attempted to develop the Adventure-based Mental Toughness Model (AbMTM) and was guided based on the modified Design and Development Research (Saedah, Muhammad, & Rozaine, 2020). A total of 507 (N=507) respondents from several educational institutions in Malaysia were involved as respondents for the validity examination through the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. As a result, AbMTM recorded significant Goodness of Fit (GoF) (X2= 1.904; p =.000; GFI=.839; AGFI=.792; NFI=.815; TLI=.924; CFI=.931; RMSEA= .050). This study’s findings are considered a new horizon of outdoor education implementation and advancing the current practice in Malaysia. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the persuasiveness of flipbooks and education in the COVID 19 pandemic, an Omicron variant of the sports physiology course. The study is a descriptive quantitative study that evaluates educational flipbooks in a course of exercise physiology. The subjects of the study are the second semester of the 2020 class students who are taught in the exercise physiology course using virtual flipbooks. The study sample is the second semester of 2020 undergraduates whose location was selected using a simple random sampling technique, taking into account population uniformity. I will go to collect musical instruments in the flip book learning questionnaire. Engagement analysis used descriptive statistics. Consequence showed so students assessed that learning sports physiology apply flipbooks was effective (23.3%), rated it as productive (46.7%), along time placed average (20%). Handful students think about online education flipbooks failed (10%) and totally none (0%) who rate it very inefficient. Finally, to better the quality of flipbook learning in sports physiology in the course of the omicron variant of covid19 pandemic, schoolteacher must realize suggestions from respondents, namely: (1) studying is execute through video calls; (2) equipping of concise study materials; (3) minimizing dispatch material in the form of heavy videos to save quota with flipbook application; (4) the selection material flipbook on the criteria of language easy to understand; (5) continue lay out material before assignment; (6) display varied and contrasting questions for each student; (7) occupation include how it works; (8) assign occupation according course schedule; (9) prompt students an occupation given, with (10) reduce the task. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of endurance of players in different positions in soccer games. The research method used in this study is a survey method with testing and measurement techniques. The population in this study is the SSB Macan Tutul players in 2021, as many as 22 players, using total sampling by making the population a sample. The results of the study are calculated based on the player's position and criteria in the SSB Macan Tutul group in 2021. The results of the study based on the position of the players showed that the goalkeeper position got an average score of 41, the defender 42.7, the midfielder 44, and the attacker 42.3, and none of them met the VO2max standard. Based on the criteria for the 2021 SSB Macan Tutul group, it shows that in the very good category (4.5%) or as many as 1 person, good (27.3%) or as many as 6 people, moderate (40.9%) or as many as 9 people, bad (27.3%) or as many as 6 people, and very bad (0%) or not at all. The player who has the highest VO2max is the midfield player, with a value of 48.8 ml/kg/min. The player with the lowest VO2max is the goalkeeper, with a value of 40.8 ml/kg/min, compared to an average player’s VO2max of 43 ml/kg/min. Keywords: Endurance Level, Player Position, VO2max

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of a program based on a progressive increase in the number of nage-komi repetitions (throws) on a specific judo fitness test (SJFT). The research was conducted on a total of 20 respondents. In SJFT for research purposes, 12 variables. Descriptive statistics and paired t-tests for dependent samples of initial and final testing were used for data processing. The results of the study showed significant statistical deviations in the number of throws in the first 15 seconds, with the pulse measured immediately after testing and the SJFT index (p <005). There is a noticeable need for a table to classify SJFT results for young judoists. Based on the obtained results, we can conclude that the programmed activity had positive effects on the results of the SJFT, ie that the index was statistically significantly lower in the final than in the initial testing. Taking into account the results obtained, calculated by the SPSS 22 t-test for dependent variables, the values ??of the young judoist index and the values ??of the senior index show noticeable differences. While their results can be classified into appropriate categories, the results of young judoists can be classifieclassifiedrity, under, ad and the rest as very bad. Some results could not even be ranked, so we conclude that it is necessary to make tables for classifying the results of young judoists. The obtained results can be used as guidelines for more efficient programming of the training process. Keywords: cadets, judo, juniors, SJFT test, training.
