Information is provided through promotional media containing product descriptions, product prices, and company contacts. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to design and implement a Service Request Management application and to improve the Service Request Management process at PT. Informatics Integration Partner based on Information Technology Service Management. This research is based on the need to manage the organization's information technology infrastructure and arrange the best services for users of information technology services that can provide a good quality foundation and quality assurance by using systematic process approaches and standard procedures for information technology services. This research is qualitative with data collection consisting of secondary data and primary data. Primary data is obtained from observations in the IT department and interviews with the head of the IT division on the Service Request work process and the existing database in the current Service Request Management application which has been processed using the help of Excel and Visio applications. While secondary data can be obtained through the website of PT. Informatics Integration Partners, as well as other additional data and information obtained from books, articles, and other scientific literature related to this research. The results of the research in the form of the proposed Service Request Management application system have several advantages and differences from the current system. Some of the advantages include: (1) Email notification when there is a request and change of request handling status; (2) Company data is safer and more secure because it is stored in a privacy server; (3) By using this system, the handling of a request can be monitored by the company's Top Level Management; (4) This system is easier to use because apart from being accessible through the website, it can also be accessed via mobile android]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, the development of information technology has progressed very rapidly. These technological developments cannot be separated from the role of humans who are constantly improving and looking for innovations so that technology can be used to help humans work. Information technology has been widely used in various organizations, both large and small organizations. SB Laundry is one of the businesses in laundry services, located at Jl. KH. Moh. Mansyur, Gg Alkap Market No. 5i. Based on the analysis carried out, the system that runs in business activities still uses a manual system, in this case, the laundry receipt transaction is recorded in the laundry receipt by hand, which allows for data errors in recording laundry service transactions activities. To overcome the weaknesses and threats contained in the laundry service information system, a strategy was chosen by making improvements and developing a computerized system. The new system is expected to improve the quality of laundry service performance and increase the number of customers who come to SB Laundry. By providing training to prospective system users, and providing hardware and software following the analysis of device requirements, so that the system can run as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the public's response to the law on job creation which was passed on October 5, 2020. Processed based on public tweets on Twitter social media. The method used is by analyzing public sentiment in the form of positive, neutral, or negative responses on Twitter social media using the Naive Bayes Algorithm. The data was obtained by crawling on Twitter with 160 related keywords in the period April to June 2021 so that tweets related to the law on job creation were obtained. The results of the study obtained information that positive sentiment as much as 22.79%. Negative sentiment 75.77% and neutral sentiment 1.44%. With these results, negative sentiment has the highest total value]]>

Apart from having complete availability and services, Aprida Sports Center does not yet have a good system in processing transaction data for its operational activities. So that there are often errors in booking data, payment transactions, and difficulties in making reports. This reason makes the writer interested in this research to evaluate the implementation of transaction data processing on the running system. The purpose of this research is to solve the problems that occur in the exiting conditions. The design of the sports arena management system uses PHP programming and MySql database to make it easier to apply. With the information system for managing the sports arena, customers, prospective customers, and owners can easily access the information about the field.
