Abstract

Abstracts - Inventory is a representation of a revenue source, and in its application, it can help a business in dealing with fluctuations in demands and reduce the cost of purchasing goods. Inventory management systems can reduce slow data processing, reduce the risk of errors in recording, and generate reports quickly. CV. WU is an MSME reseller engaged in trading of basic goods. In managing its inventory, common problems such as recording incoming goods, outgoing goods, and monitoring the number of goods in storage, are still handled in a conventional way. This slows down the work process and complicates decision making for purchasing inventory. Using the Waterfall Model, a web-based inventory management system was developed for CV. WU. The server-side operations are implemented using the Django web framework, and the client-side operations are built leveraging the Bootstrap framework. The final result of the developed system met the specified requirements. Inventory management on CV. WU becomes easier and more efficient, by storing incoming and outgoing goods records in a database. The process of monitoring the inventory of goods becomes faster, because the system calculates the data automatically. The ease of producing reports is expected to benefit management in the process of decision making regarding inventory purchases.

Abstract

PT Kumpul Mas Abadi is a company that supplies safety tools. Currently, inventory management is experiencing problems because it is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based computerized inventory information system to replace the manual system. The research method used is software development with the Water Fall method. The results showed: First, the design of the inventory information system at PT Kumpul Mas Abadi has been completed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework; Second, the design of information systems using the Waterfall Method consists of three stages, namely system design, software design, and implementation design; Third, the implementation of a website-based information system needs to be implemented immediately so that companies get various benefits, namely inventory management becomes more effective and efficient which in turn can support increased productivity and company performance.

Abstract

Information is one of the important things that affect the development of business activities in the business sector, whether it's a service business or non-service, To realize this, currently in all aspects of the business field, there is no need to apply technology to produce information and support data processing in its business processes. In service, it also requires the support of an information system to facilitate data processing and effectiveness in providing services. At PT. Dwi Tirtamas The current technique requires an information system to be applied to maintenance service business activities to facilitate data processing, report presentation, information delivery and make it easier to provide maintenance services to customers. Therefore, in this research, an information system will be designed and built for maintenance services at PT. Dwi Tirtamas Karawang Technique. The software development model used in this study is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model and the programming language for building an information system for maintenance services using the Java programming language.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of DER, ROA and NPM on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Literature study was used as a data collection method, namely the data in this study were obtained from journals, literature studies and books related to the research topic. Classical Assumption Test is a data analysis technique used in this study using the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the discussion above, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the DER variable has a positive and significant influence on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Second, the ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Third, the NPM variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Property companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Fourth, the variables DER, ROA and NPM simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock returns of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Abstract

Abstracts - At the beginning of his business CV. Bayu Hutama Motor sells car mirror repair services to co-workers. Over time, the business business is getting bigger, not only mirrors but other parts are also available. In running its business, the owner still uses a manual work system starting from receiving goods, recording goods, recording stock, and recording transactions. This causes problems such as the problem of inaccurate recording of incoming goods, double data, writing errors, besides that the owner also has difficulty seeing the stock of goods and several times there are delays in the delivery of goods. CV. Bayu Hutama Motor requires a computerized system in data processing to support its business. The design of an inventory information system is the best solution to answer and solve problems that arise because it uses the manual method. The results of using this inventory information system can reduce deficiencies that arise because of using a manual system and in the end will support business activities to be faster and more accurate. Abstract

Computers are equipment created to help facilitate human work, which makes work more organized. Industry and warehousing really need an information system that supports and provides accuracy in inventory and data management. Based on observations in the promotional warehouse, this promotional warehouse requires the development of computerization in processing and managing the inventory of its goods. Which is currently in the data storage recap receipt of incoming goods, cutting inventory of outgoing goods and making travel documents are still manual with ms.excel format. so that it is still possible to have inaccuracies in the data with the existing physical goods, and difficulties in making the delivery document because it is still manual. The design of this program is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in managing inventory in this warehouse. Development by changing process tools from excel to web-based can support the activities and management of goods data as well as the allocation of goods based on the delivery destination where the data will be more accurate, efficient and effective in the process Keywords : Sales, Inventory, Web

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.
