Abstract

The Jakarta Smart Card Program (KJP) has been carried out by various educational institutions at the elementary school level for almost seven years. There are 3 (three) criteria for determining whether or not students deserve the KJP assistance fund. Each criterion consists of several stages of sub criteria. The first criterion is to look at Household Member Information consisting of 6 (six) sub criteria, then the second criteria is to look at socio-economic conditions. This socio-economic condition consists of 5 (five) sub-criteria, and the third condition is to look at the condition of household assets consisting of 8 (eight) sub-criteria. The methodology / research approach used in evaluating the KJP program is to use the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The research was conducted to evaluate KJP funds whether it was on target, namely at the YAMPI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) school. Samples were taken from 5th grade students. The results of calculations using the Topsis method for the first, second and third grade students of MI YAMPI Al - Muttaqien were Elvara Salsabila, Kevin Erlin Fadhillah and Murti Diah Rahayu.

Abstract

PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perakitan otomotif kendaraan roda empat. Untuk menghasilkan kuantitas dan kualitas suatu produk terkadang muncul beberapa masalah, salah satunya adalah temuan produk yang tidak sesuai yaitu suatu kondisi yang tidak memenuhi standar atau spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan baik secara bahan baku produk atau produk yang sudah jadi kendaraan. Saat ini sistem informasi pengendalian produk tidak sesuai pada PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia secara pelaporan harian masih dikelola secara sederhana dan berdampak terhadap kecepatan dan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan, sedangkan dalam prosesnya beberapa pihak terkait membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung, serta pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari analisa menyatakan sistem yang diterapkan masih membutuhkan perbaikan untuk meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan pelaporan dan kecepatan informasi yang disampaikan. Dengan adanya sistem komputerisasi berbasis web Client Serer dan didukung penyimpanan database, sistem pengendalian produk tidak sesuai dapat membantu mempercepat proses kerja dan meningkatkan keakuratan dalam pengolahan data dan pengendalian produksi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai sarana menentukan keputusan bagi perusahaan. Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is now very fast along with the growth of industries from all sectors. The 4.0 industrial revolution has begun to enter its era, which emphasizes the pattern of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, robotic, or known as the phenomenon of disruptive innovation. Education in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 or known as Education 4.0 is a phenomenon that responds to the need for the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0 where humans and machines are aligned to get solutions, solve problems and of course discover new possibilities of innovation. The Era of Education 4.0 is very influential for the world of education, as it also experiences an increase in quality, speed and practicality. Online exams can be said to belong to the era of Education 4.0 because conventional exams (manual) have shifted towards computerization. Online test (Online Test) is one of the methods of evaluating learning outcomes or measuring a person's ability level using a computer. Therefore, the authors researched the web-based online exam system at SMK PGRI Cikampek. Currently the Midterm Examination (UTS) and Graduation Examination (UKK) systems that are implemented at the school are still conventional (manual). So that teachers often experience technical obstacles in processing questions and exam results, such as broken answer sheets, uneven distribution of questions, leakage of questions caused during distribution, and so on. With the online examination system the school can reduce or even minimize the problems that occur in the implementation of conventional exams (manual) because with a computerized system everything can be managed and monitored more neatly easily and centrally.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of the government in any country. Government programs used to tackle poverty are Raskin (Rice for poor families) organized by BULOG. The Raskin program (distribution program for poor families) is a program from the Government. The program is an effort to reduce the burden of disbursement from poor households as a form of support in improving food security by providing social protection of cheap rice with a maximum of 15kg / poor household / month with each price Rp.1.600,00 per kg (net ) at the distribution point. In this case the distribution mechanism of poor rice distribution in the village of Kosar there are still many processes that have problems such as data collection recipients of rice raskin are still classified as less effective as in the recording of recipients RASKIN, still conventional. This causes the vulnerable data to be lost or corrupted. As well as data processing using Microsoft Excel, if the device used damaged data lost and no data backup, data processing must be repeated again. the information system of Raskin rice distribution effectively and efficiently and make it easier for the staff so that they can achieve the competitive advantage. Abstract

Merchandise inventory is very important for trading companies and manufacturing companies. Inventory is needed to create sales for a profit. Inventories are current assets that have a high enough risk in company activities if they are not considered properly. The inventory process at PT. Bina San Prima can be said to be still inefficient and ineffective because everything is still done manually, starting from the process of recording goods data, processing incoming goods data and outgoing goods data, processing goods data reports. This access does not yet have a good inventory information system, also for ordering data from suppliers there is no minimum stock data specified so that orders can be made to the supplier so that sometimes the stock is out of stock and then ordered to the supplier, and it hampers the goods if there is a purchase from the customer. The program application is an alternative solution to the problems faced by companies or agencies, especially PT. Bina San Prima, in this case, especially in making inventory reports. With this programming application, filling and storing data will be easier and safer.

Abstract

The need for information systems in the business more increase as the same as technological developments in the digital era which give the impacts rapidly changes in all sectors. The accounting cycle in the company is inseparable from the existence of financial recording activities in a certain period. Thus it requires an application to provides the processing financial data or it’s called accounting information system. The Grand Hotel Karawang is the focus of research on building income management accounting information system. Based on the data collection method used: observation, interviews and literature studies (library research), it can be concluded that in managing hotel rental income is still manual or not computerized so that why the research to provide solutions based on the need by designing income accounting information system using waterfall software development method, with phases including needs analysis, design, implementation of program code based on open source in the implementation of the Java programming language to make easier to implement into desktop-based applications. Testing is carried out using blackbox testing as a tool for testing each process step by step in the application that all processes are running well (valid) and can be implemented as needed.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.

Abstract

Kegiatan perekaman presensi dan absensi siswa yang biasanya dilaksanakan oleh guru atau petugas piket merupakan kegiatan vital dari operasional sebuah sekolah dalam rangka mendisiplinkan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini perlu ditingkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensinya. Salah satu permasalahan yang menghambat kinerja petugas piket adalah pemrosesan data dan informasi secara manual dikarenakan belum adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi perekaman presensi dan absensi yang nantinya dapat dibangun menjadi sebuah Minimum Viable Product (MVP) yang akan menggantikan seluruh prosedur manual sehingga kinerja petugas piket dapat ditingkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensinya. Untuk perancangannya digunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model RAD (Rapid Application Development).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diadakan di TPQ Nurul Jihad, materi yang diberikan Penggunaan aplikasi Power Point. Pada Kegiatan PM sebelunya diberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word. Banyak manfaat dari kegiatan PM sebelumnya, sehingga pihak TPQ Nurul Jihad mengharapkan kerjasama kembali dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan tema penggunaan aplikasi Power Point. Aplikasi tersebut diperlukan, karena sebagai guru dalam memberikan pengajaran diperlukan penyampaian materi kepada siswa dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Selain penyampaiannya lebih menarik, diharapkan siswa lebih semangat saat berada dikelas, karena penyampain materi tidak membosankan dengan adanya tampilan-tampilan materi yang disampaikan menggunakan aplikasi Power Point. Pada kesempatan lain, guru dan karyawan pada saat presentasi didalam dan luar lingkungan TPQ dapat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Semangat belajar terus ditunjukkan oleh guru dan karyawan TPQ Nurul Jihad, sehingga acara PM tersebut dapat berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari guru-guru dan karyawan TPQ Nurul Jihad.

Abstract

The development of time information technology is very helpful in every activity such as in work activities in offices, it is very helpful for employees in managing the dissemination of work-related information. PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia supports technological advances based on the 2020 AOP Group Message with the theme: "Enhancing Excellence Thru Digitalization" and environmental issues related to reducing paper use, in order to use paper more effectively. Based on these two problems, every employee of PT. Akashi Wahana Indonesia needs to innovate in their respective jobs so that they can compete in the industrial era 4.0 while still paying attention to the surrounding environment. The Purchasing Project Department currently does not have a system to manage the use of cash advances related to printing, scanning and copying drawing documents outside the company. A web-based cash advance management system application was created, so that the employee concerned does not have to worry about losing invoices for using cash advance when reporting to finance at the end of the period, because every use of cash advance must be input directly into the application and upload proof of invoice. This helps reduce storage space for finance documents, facilitates monitoring of remaining cash advance balances, and minimizes paper usage when printing payment requests, printing proof of receipt of payment requests, and printing realization reports. So that the management of cash advance purchasing projects becomes more effective and efficient.
