<![CDATA[Sharia banking is currently on the rise and has become a reference for people to invest their funds for various needs. For this reason, various Islamic banking products must be able to be understood by the public, one of which is wadi'ah savings products. This study will discuss the analysis of Wadi'ah savings products at PT. Al Falah Banyuasin Sharia People's Financing Bank. This research is a qualitative study using primary data from direct interviews with stakeholders. The results of this study indicate that the wadi`ah principle applied to the Al Falah Banyuasin BPRS is the wadi'ah yad dhamanah which is applied to current account products. Wadi'ah dhamanah is different from wadi'ah amanah. With the two contracts carried out at the wadiah, it is possible for the depositor to get a share of the profits obtained by the deposit manager.]]>

<![CDATA[Types of jobs today vary widely in scope and size and may even have some practices that are unique to the job. Practices such as mentorship and internships also characterize most institutions in higher education. It is that the essence of working life is found in its culture. Work culture includes emotional and psychological climate or atmosphere. This may include employee morale, attitudes, and productivity levels. The work culture of each individual will determine the formation of the culture of the institution where he works. This article discusses the Work Culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business in Palembang. This article uses quantitative research, namely analyzing the theory of work culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business, Palembang. The results of this study are the importance of a productive work environment, open and honest communication, a fun atmosphere, as well as appreciation and motivation because with this a work culture can run well and the results carried out by employees are also better.]]>

<![CDATA[Work ethic is said to be a determining factor for the success of individuals, groups, institutions and also the widest part of the nation in achieving its goals. The implementation of public administration is also influenced by the work ethic possessed by public officials in carrying out the needs of society. Work ethic is the main thing in carrying out work to achieve excellence in character and excellence of character that results in superior work and performance. Of course, these advantages come from the fruit of a human's perseverance. The ability to live work is very important in an effort to create excellence. The point is that when we do a job, we are essentially doing a service process. Living up to work as a service requires transcendent abilities that go beyond the small human space. This can all be seen and contained in the work ethic at the Indo Global Mandiri School of Sharia Economics and Business, Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Insurance is one of the financial instruments which is an important part in smoothing the nets of a nation's development. Currently, insurance has entered a global scale competition. PT. ASABRI (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in special insurance for the TNI, members of POLRI and PNS DEPHAN / POLRI whose task is to improve the welfare of state apparatus through insurance and pension payments. The existence of ASABRI stems from the problem of differences in military characteristics for the participation of TNI Soldiers, Polri Members, and the Ministry of Defense / Polri PNS (there is no PPPK) which was originally a participant in Taspen (Savings Fund and Civil Servant Insurance) which was formed on April 17, 1963 based on a Government Regulation Number 15 of 1963. To facilitate insurance management for military participants, based on the idea of the Indonesian Armed Forces (APRI) in this case the Army and the approval of the Minister of Revenue, Financing and Supervision Affairs and the General Governing Body of PN Taspen.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses how Multijasa Financing uses the Ijarah contract at PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) AL Falah Banyuasin. This research method is interview. The results of this research are: Multi-Service Financing Mechanism using the Ijarah contract is as follows: The bank acts as a provider of funds in Multi-service transactions with customers. The bank is obliged to provide funds to realize the provision of rental objects ordered by customers. Refund of bank funds can be made in the form of receivables or in the form of debt.]]>

<![CDATA[Asuransi Tugu KresnaPratama (General Insurance) was founded in 1991 originally named PT Asuransi Ratu Sampoerna and in 1993 the company name changed to PT Asuransi Tugu Kresna Pratama. This research tries to describe how the process of filing motor vehicle claims. AT PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Insurance. The process of submitting claims for motorized vehicles (1) Immediately notifies / reports to the branch / representative office within three working days, (2) In the event of a claim of losing part of the vehicle, it must be photographed before it is ready for use, either by the branch / representative office or by the repair shop (if necessary), (3) The branch / representative office checks valid claims against the validity of the policy or the conditions of the agreement in the policy, (4) PT tugu kresna carefully analyzes the related claim documents. <![CDATA[In 2014 the College of Sharia Economics and Business was inaugurated with the aim of fulfilling the wishes of the people of South Sumatra in general regarding the procedures for the sharia economy. This research tries to study how the work ethic in STEBIS IGM. From the results of research observations, it was found that in principle, the work ethic at STEBIS IGM was very good. This can be seen from the attitude of employees from STEBIS who are disciplined, have integrity and desire to move forward, trying to put everything in line with their respective functions and duties. In addition, the foundation also fully supports by providing rewards and punishments that are in accordance with the employees' work.]]>
