Abstract

This study aims to test whether communication, work environment, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as to test whether communication, work environment, and discipline variables can improve employee performance. With sampling using a non-probability sampling method using random incidental techniques from employees who work at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study amounted to 80 employees. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula to get the result of 60 as a sample. The results of the communication variable t-count 1.418 have a significant effect, the work environment variable t-count 2.121 has a significant effect and the discipline variable t-count is 2.850 has a significant effect. So it can be concluded that of the three independent variables the results of the f test (simultaneous) show that the variables of communication, work environment, and discipline together have an effect on the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti atau menguji pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage, operating capacity, dan sales growth terhadap financial distress. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan real eatate dan property yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Jumlah sampel ada 48 yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi melalui BEI dan situs resmi perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah likuiditas, leverage dan sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, sedangkan pada variabel operating capacity berpengaruh kearah positif terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Training, Professionalism, Discipline, and The Work Environment on Employee Performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 159 employees registered at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro, only 114 samples were used in which were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data distribution questionnaire in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linier regression analysis test and tested using the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program. The results of statistical tests show that Influence of Training, Professionalism, Discipline, and The Work Environment on Employee Performance. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to assess the financial performance of companies engaged in the automotive sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT Astra Autoparts (AUTO), PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), PT Indospring Tbk (INDS), PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk (BOLT) and PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk (BRAM) research year period, which is five years from 2015 to 2019. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research uses descriptive research. The subjects in this study are companies engaged in the automotive sector, especially companies that produce or sell spare parts listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used is to calculate and analyze the company's financial statements using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. The results of this study indicate that of the five companies studied, there was only one company that produced positive EVA values ​​during the five years of research, namely PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM). Positive EVA means that the company is considered capable of providing added value for its shareholders. This research is expected to provide a reference and an overview of financial performance appraisal using the EVA method. Keywords: Financial Performance, Economic Value Added Method, EVA.

Abstract

Wardah is one of Indonesia's local products, a cosmetic product from PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Wardah is one of the first cosmetics to guarantee halal cosmetic products. Wardah is even able to compete and develop to beat previous products to become one of the superior local products by displaying product advantages and Wardah having a consultant on every sale to attract buyers to make repeat purchases. Even Wardah product designs are created as attractive as possible to influence consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. This research method is quantitative using the explanatory research method. It is used to examine the population or sample. The sampling technique is generally carried out randomly, namely the Muhammadiyah University Metro students, with a sample size of 40 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, testing. The analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, test, test, and R2 test of determination. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it was found that the Halal Label has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Religious Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions. Significant towards Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of SPSs data, the conclusion of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing Wardah cosmetics.Keywords: Halal Label, Religious Commitment, Brand Ambassador, Product Design and Purchase Decision

Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda dan di uji menggunakan program statistica packages for the social science (SPSS) versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, keahlian dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

THE EFFECT OF HALAL LABELIZATION, BPOM LABELS AND RELIGIUSITY ON COSMETIC PURCHASE DECISIONS IN STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS MUHAMMADIYAH METRO UNIVERSITY of Fadillah Pratama M Npm.16610115 ABSTRAK Fadilah Pratama M NPM. 16610115 The Influence of Halal Labeling, BPOM Labels and Religiosity on Cosmetics Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro Supervisory University (1) H. Suwarto, S.E, M.M (2) Sri Retnaning Rahayu, S.E M.M Currently, cosmetic products have become a primary need for women who are the main target of the cosmetics industry. In addition, along with the times, the cosmetics industry has also begun to penetrate the men's and children's markets. The potential for this domestic market includes the increasing number of young people or the millennial generation. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) To determine the effect of BPOM Labels on purchasing decisions 3) To determine the effect of Religiosity on purchasing decisions. 4) To determine the effect of Halal labeling, BPOM Labels and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data on respondents who have certain information, allowing researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. . In this study, the population was students of FEB Muhammadiyah University of Metro Technique, taking the sample using accidental sampling with a total sample of 82 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive effect of BPOM Label on purchasing decisions 3) there is a positive influence of "Religiosity" on purchasing decisions. 4) There is a positive influence on Halal Labeling, BPOM Label and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Organizational Climate and Performance Benefits on the Performance of Metro City Police The Metro City Police as law enforcers in the Metro City area have an obligation to eradicate crime and create comfort for citizens. The role of human resources is the basic capital in determining whether a person's performance is good or bad. There are several factors that are very influential in the performance of police personnel, namely emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and personnel performance benefits. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 2) Is there an effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 3) Is there an influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 4) Is there an effect of the performance allowance on the performance of the Metro City Police? Is there an effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances jointly on the performance of the Metro City Police? This research was conducted at the Metro City Police. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling to 85 respondents, namely the Metro City Police. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police. Police personnel do not have good emotional intelligence so that they have not been able to improve the performance of the Metro City Police. There is a significant effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police. The work ethic of the personnel so far has been good and has been able to improve their performance optimally. There is a significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police. The organizational climate in the Metro City Police has been created in a conducive way and makes personnel comfortable so as to improve their performance. There is no significant effect of performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police. The performance allowance given to personnel is still not enough to arouse the enthusiasm of the personnel to improve their performance. There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of equitable development lies in the village, making the village the spearhead of development in Indonesia. This has made the government continue to strive to encourage the village economy by distributing Village Funds and the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) development program. The success of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is largely determined by the strategies adopted by the BUMDes managers or administrators. However, the current phenomenon is the fact that BUMDes has not optimally contributed to driving the village economy. The problem at BUMDes Tegal Gondo has not developed as planned. Several business units that are managed are underdeveloped and their responsibilities are unclear, and the impression is that BUMDes' financial management is not transparent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects of community business development through Village-Owned Enterprises, Village-Owned Enterprises, Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. The research design is quantitative and qualitative research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The objects of this research are financial and non-financial aspects. This research activity was carried out at BUMDes, Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. The study population was the BUMDes management and the community of Tegal Gondo Village, Purbolinggo District, East Lampung Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation of BUMDes financial statements. The analytical tool used is to use financial and non-financial analysis. The results showed that from all aspects including market and marketing aspects, technical and technology aspects and management and human resources aspects, the results of the BUMDes Tegal Gondo business could be said to be feasible to be developed. The Pay Back Period value is below the predetermined time from the beginning, which is 2 years and 6 months. Net Present Value is positive. Net Benefit Cost Rate (Net BC) shows a value greater than one. Internal Rate Return shows a value greater than 9%. The Break Even Point has been exceeded with sales exceeding BEP of 5.92 tons per year, meaning that BUMDes in Tegal Gondo Village in general can still be developed. This research is focused on: ease of use and promotion to decision to use electronic money, the goal want to adviced by reseacher is to know do ease of use and promotion have any effect to decision to use electronic money Gopay in colege student of FEB Muhamadiah university Metro. the method used is descriptive quantitative, with a population of FEB students are still active , with totalling 1174 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the sample is based on the Slovin formula so, there are 92 respondents in this research. The results obtained from ease of use, and promotion on decision to use se electronic money Gopay: case studies on FEB UM Metro students are based on the calculation of multiple linear regression tests that the variable ease of use (X1) is positive and significant effect on decision to use electronic money Gopay, promotion variable (X2) is not positive and significant effect on decision to use electronic money Gopay,.Based on the f test (Simultaneous) of ease of use, and promotion variable, simultaneously have a significant influence on decision to use electronic money Gopay There is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable.
