Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, service quality, guarantee of security and public relations on the saving interest of customers of BMT Assyafiiyah in Gajah City, Central Lampung. Data obtained from the questionnaire. The data analysis of this research was carried out using the Instrument Requirements Test, the analysis requirements testing for regression (Cross Section) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that advertising, quality of service, assurance of security and public relations together have an effect on customers' interest in saving at BMT Assyafiiyah Gajah City, Central Lampung. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study of UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG student. This type of research is a quantitative research that is causal comparative (causal comparative reasarch), namely a causal relationship between two or more variables. This research is a student of UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. Based on the results of the analysis of the t test it can be explained that brand image and product quality partially affect positive and significant towards purchasing decisions, where each independent variable (brand image and product quality) has a value of t sig <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the F test, it can be explained that brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. on purchasing decisions, where the value of F sig is 0.000 <0.05. For further research, it is hoped that it can examine more deeply about the title and add other variables in it.

Abstract

The assessment of financial performance can be done by management by analyzing the financial statement. The financial statements which has been is the balance sheet and profit and loss statement in 2016 until 2019. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial condition is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine how the financial performance of the cosmetics sub-sector in terms of profitability ratios based on the company's financial statements. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Research data and information were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the calculation of the average profitability ratio on the net profit margin, the condition of the company's financial performance is not good and the return on assets, return on equity shows that the condition of the company is in good condition. From the results of the financial ratio analysis, it can be seen that PT Unilever Tbk has a better financial performance compared to the other three cosmetic companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors, brand image, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. This type of research is quantitative. The object of this research is the students of FEB Muhammadiyah Metro University which is located in building C, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. The number of samples as many as 97 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the brand ambassador variable has an effect and is significant on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions, promotion and service quality has an effect and is significant on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the four variables have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Shopee is expected to optimize the use and display of more attractive brand ambassadors in Shopee advertisements. Shopee management must build good relationships with customers, make more attractive offers and improve the quality and performance of the Shopee shopping site.

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of service, price, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The method that used in this research is a quantitative method. This research used descriptive research. The subject of this research was customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. The data analysis technique used were Primary Data and Secondary Data. The results of this study indicated that only Service that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Kedai Kha’s Simbarwaringin. This research is expected to provide references and an overview of customer satisfaction assessments using Primary and Secondary Data. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Promotion, Service.

Abstract

Based on field findings, the problem that occurs is the occurrence of stock price fluctuations that affect the exchange rate. In connection with these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Yield together have a positive and significant effect on the value of property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Yield collectively, it has a positive and significant effect on the value of property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.This research is quantitative research. With this type of ex-post facto research. Ex-post facto research is a study that is conducted to examine events that have occurred and then trace them backwards to find out the factors that can cause these incidents. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the t test (partial) show the value of the effect of the dividend payout ratio on firm value, namely tcount> ttable (3.301> 1.688), and the value of the effect of dividend yield on firm value is tcount> ttable (2,210> 1,688). While the f (simultaneous) test shows the value of the effect of the dividend payout ratio and dividend yield simultaneously on the firm value, namely Fcount 6.208 Ftable 3.259. From the calculation of the R square value, the ability of the independent variables to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 25.8%, which means that 74.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspor, impor dan indeks harga konsumen (ihk) terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (pdrb) provinsi lampung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Studi pustaka teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari sumber literatur buku, jurnal terdahulu, skripsi, artikel-artikel, internet serta sumber-sumber lainya yang kemudian diolah untuk mendukung dan terkait dengan topik pembahasan dalam penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi dokumentasi atau dengan cara menelusuri yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder. Data yang digunakan merupakan data yang dapat diperoleh dari badan pusat statistik lampung dan dapat diakses melalui wab resmi badan pusat statistik. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah impor, ekspor, indeks harga konsumen (IHK) dan produk domestik regional bruto. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung atau melalui perantara (dicatat dan diolah oleh pihak lain) yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik lampung kuartal I-IV 2019 melalui situs resmi BPS provinsi Lampung (lampung.bps.go.id). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Variabel independen Ekspor berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Variabel independent impor berpengaruh positip dan tidak signifikan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB), Variabel independent indeks harga konsumen (IHK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB).Kata Kunci: Ekspor, Impor, Indeks Harga Konsumen, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Literature study of data collection techniques obtained from literature sources, previous journals, theses, articles, internet and other sources which are then processed to support and relate to the topic of discussion in research. The data collection method used in this research is to conduct a documentation study or by tracing which is done by collecting secondary data. The data used is data that can be obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Lampung and can be accessed through the official website of the Central Agency. The objects in this study are imports, exports, consumer price index (CPI) and gross regional domestic product. This research activity uses secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly or through intermediaries (recorded and processed by other parties), namely the Lampung Central Statistics Agency for the first quarter of 2019 through the official website of the Lampung province BPS (lampung.bps.go.id). Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the Export Independent Variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The independent variable of imports has a positive and insignificant effect on regional gross domestic product (GRDP), the independent variable of the consumer price index (CPI) has a positive and significant effect on regional gross domestic product (GRDP). Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share secara simultan dan parsial terhadap harga saham. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019 yang memenuhi karakteristik sampel yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. The research design used in this study uses quantitative research. The object of this research is a banking financial company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this study are all banking financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample of this research used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 29 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 that met the required sample characteristics. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has a significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. While Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices. ABSTRAK Nugraha, Yoga Dwi. 2021. ”Analisis Faktor Penyebab Pembiayaan Bermasalah Pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera Kantor Pusat Lampung Tengah”. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Pembimbing (1) H. Suwarto, S.E.,M.M. Pembimbing (2) Yateno, S.E.,M.M. Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera merupakan koperasi Syariah yang mempunyai tujuan yaitu memberikan pelayanan simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan kepada anggota pemilik usaha mikro kecil dan menengah, dalam praktiknya pembiayaan yang disalurkan setiap tahunnya terus mengalami peningkatan akan tetapi hal tersebut dibarengi dengan terus meningkatnya pembiayaan bermasalah setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh factor internal dan factor eksternal terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera. Dalam penelitian ini alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin yaitu factor internal dan factor eksternal secara Bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu sebesar 63,5%.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Variable factor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 2). Variable factor eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 3). Variable factor internal dan factor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa semua variable berpengaruh positif secara Bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. Abstract

This study aims partially to determine 1) whether leadership style effects employeeperformance, 2) whether productivity effects employee performance, 3) simultaneouslywhether leadership style and work productivity affect employee performance.This type of quantitative research. With the sampling technique used, namely accidentalsampling, which means the technique of determining the sample by chance, namely theemployees of the Sukadana class IIB Prison and the sample in this study was 48employees, while the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, validity tests,normality tests, and tests. linearity, and multiple linear regression with drawing conclusionsthrough the partial t test and F simultaneous test.The conclusion of this research is that partially leadership style has no influence onemployee performance so it is necessary to re-evaluate the leadership style so that it iscarried out properly and optimally, and work productivity has shown good results inimproving employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style and workproductivity have good influence in order to improve employee performance.
