Abstract

The author's research is to discover the customs and traditions of the Banjari people in the wedding procession. Customs and traditions related to wedding processions have been practiced by the indigenous Banjars since ancient times from the ancestors of the Banjar tribe. The procession before the Walimahan wedding has a sequence that must be carried out by the bride and groom, starting from Basasuluh, Batatakunan, Badang, Maantar Patalian, Maantar and so on until reaching the Walimatul Ursy stage. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the banjar traditional wedding ceremony tradition in the Banjar community, knowing the importance of wedding traditions in banjar traditional wedding ceremonies. Some traditional scholars and scholars about the tradition of marriage in traditional weddings in Banjar. This research is a field research with an empirical legal approach to qualitative research methods. The data type and source are primary data and secondary data. Observations and interviews are used as data collection instruments. The result of this study is that, first, the implementation of the Bausung tradition has an implied meaning, namely respect for ancestors, maintaining culture and avoiding all unwanted things. Second, the banjar customary marriage process is allowed in terms of Islamic law, it's just that it needs to be restructured to be in accordance with Islamic law, namely. It is believed (aqidah) and also there should be a change of the person who wears it for women, it must be mahram.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pattern of interpretation of Muhammad Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Mishbah. This interpretation is essential to study as one of the products of Nusantara interpretation which is accepted by the wider community. From the initial analysis, it can be seen that Tafsir al-Mishbah uses a multidisciplinary approach to studying and interpreting the Qur'an. The social, rational pattern, which is then analyzed in depth (tahlili) also becomes a prominent characteristic in this interpretation. This can be seen from the style of interpretation which is often reinforced by historical data as a complement to interpretive data or sometimes data from other books such as the Bible and the Torah as a comparison in trying to provide reinforcement in interpreting arguments against the holy verses of the Qur'an. Efforts to interpret this type are pretty influential in understanding the Koran today, although the progressivity towards new interpretations is measured based on the ability of a developing society

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the methods and patterns of interpreting of Ath-Thabari in the Book of Tafsir Ath-Thabari. The focus of this research is important to analyze because to understand the meaning of the verses of the Qur’an requires a good interpretation, and the results of a good interpretation require a good method. In addition, in order to bring the Qur’an to life, its verses must be interpreted so that it is easy for Muslims to understand and practice, so with this, the goal of the revelation of the Qur'an was achieved. This research is qualitative research through a literature study. The stages of the research were carried out by collecting library sources, both primary and secondary. The research data is taken from the work of Ath-Thabari and another relevant research. This research finds that Ath-Thabari’s interpretation is included in the interpretation of bil ma'tsur because most of the verses refer to the hadiths of the Prophet and atsar which are based on Companions and tabiin. The method of tahlili (analysis) is the main method used by Ath-Thabari in his interpretation, namely interpreting the Qur’an by explaining its verses from all the aspects contained therein in detail

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the method of taḥlīlī (analysis) in the interpretation of the Qur'ān. In particular, this study discusses several things, namely the taḥlīlī method in terms of etymology and terminology, the dynamics and development of the taḥlīlī method, and examples of interpretation, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the taḥlīlī method. The focus of this research is important to analyze because interpreting the Qur'ān requires a method. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data is taken through the serious reading of various interpretations of literature. Books, journal articles, and other relevant research are used as research sources. This study found that the use of the taḥlīlī method in interpreting the Qur'ān began after the ijmālī method, or before the muqaran and maudhu'i methods were commonly used. The taḥlīlī method assists the Mufassir in studying and making interpretations of the Qur'anic texts based on the order of the Qur'anic verses in the mushaf viewed from various angles. The taḥlīlī method is divided by scholars into several types, namely the interpretation of bi al-ma'tsūr, bi al-ra'yi, shūfī, fiqhī, falsafī, 'ilmī, and adabī al-ijtimā'ī. All forms of this method have their own characteristics. As a method of interpretation, the taḥlīlī method has a broad scope of discussion and contains various ideas, making it superior. Nevertheless, the taḥlīlī method is not without its drawbacks such as making the Qur'anic instructions partial, its interpretation sometimes considered subjective, and the inclusion of israiliyat thinking
