Abstract

Poverty that occurs in Indonesia is caused by many interrelated factors, education, and health are problems that are often related to poverty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, unemployment, and health on poverty. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Indonesia. The period in this study is five years, namely 2015 - 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the random effect model was the best model. Education and Unemployment show significant results and are positively related to poverty. Meanwhile, health shows insignificant results and is negatively related to poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Generation Z's perception of online transportation quality services in the city of Tasikmalaya is. Qualitative descriptive research methods are used to explain this phenomenon. In collecting data, the researcher conducted a survey in the form of a questionnaire distributed via google form. The research sample was 50 respondents using online transportation, with a simple random sample technique or random sampling. The indicators used to see the perception of Generation Z on the quality of online transportation services are the people factor, physical factors, and application factors. The collected data is then processed and interpreted in depth to get a conclusion. The results of the study describe that generation Z’s perception of online transportation is seen from the perception of people factors (drivers), physical factors (facilities) and application factors, namely generation Z mostly agree that drivers have a friendly attitude, agile, punctual, uphold safety in driving. as well as an expert in driving a vehicle. Then the physical factors or the vehicles/facilities provided can also be concluded as good and supportive in supporting the transportation process. Furthermore, the application factor is also easy to understand, detailed information about the price to the trip being booked, and the mapping of features in the application is also very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of credit sales and receivables turnover on CV. Geka Gemilang Ciamis profit. This study uses a descriptive method with the instrument used is secondary data and to analyze the data used product moment correlation test analysis tool and multiple linear regression test with a ratio measurement scale, as well as the coefficient of determination test. The statistical technique used to test the hypothesis is the correlation test or t-test and significance test for multiple correlation or f test. The results reveal that the credit sales has a positive and significant influence on profits at CV. Geka Gemilang, which is proven by 98% coefficient of determination. Moreover, receivables turnover has a positive and significant influence on profit at CV. Geka Gemilang which is proven by 98% coefficient of determination. Furthermore, credit sales and accounts receivable turnover also has a positive and significant influence on profits at CV. Geka Gemilang which is proven by 98% coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Supply chain management is an efficient method for preserving a company's competitive advantage and maximizing its production. ERP systems, in relation with Supply Chain Management, are useful tools for enhancing organizational performance and preserving competitive advantage. ERP systems are concerned with enhancing work operations and data utilization. This study aims to determine how ERP systems can assist distribution organizations in enhancing their supply chain management. This is a literature review that collects data from a variety of textbooks, scholarly articles, and credible information from companies and other reputable sources. The findings revealed that adopting a supply chain management system in order to become such a digital corporation involves and connects the entire company, outside of marketing, to the digital and physical worlds of consumers, and synchronizes activities across the organization. Unilever used real-time digital enterprises successfully to unleash value and facilitate corporate growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of recording simple financial statements on CV. Zincergy Indonesia. Sampling is done by taking transaction data in CV. Zinergy Indonesia during the period April 2022. This research is a qualitative research by comparing the process of recording financial statements on CV. Zinergy Indonesia on a daily basis that does not meet the criteria for good recording with a simple process of recording financial statements by researchers. The results of the study showed that CV. Zinergy Indonesia suffered an unknown loss due to irregular financial reporting.

Abstract

Business development in the era of the 21st century has grown very rapidly and has undergone a continuous metamorphosis. Supply Chain Management is a mechanism that connects all parties concerned and the activities involved in converting raw materials into finished goods. Abstract

This research aims to determine the perceptions and intentions of SMEs towards the use of QRIS as a digital-based payment system in the City of Tasikmalaya. qualitative research approach through phenomenological design. The technique used is data triangulation, in the form of combining data sources obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consists of 10 SMEs in Tasikmalaya City that have used QRIS as a digital payment process. The indicators are used to see the perception of SMEs in terms of perceptions of benefits, perceptions of convenience, and perceptions of risk. The intentions of SMEs actors towards QRIS are also formed from the three perceptions accompanied by obstacles or obstacles and external factors that influence them. This study indicates that SMEs actors have a positive perception of QRIS so that they can form strong intentions for them to implement a digital payment system through QRIS.

Abstract

Online transportation has been able to help UMKM actors in distributing and promoting their products, namely through online food delivery services consisting of GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood and Maxim Food & Goods applications. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using online food delivery services in increasing sales of Seblak SME’s in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. To prove the effectiveness of the use of online food delivery services in increasing sales, 6 business actors who are Seblak SME’s and use the online food delivery services for a minimum of one month are set to prove the effectiveness of using online food delivery services. The data collection was done by observation and interviews. Based on the information obtained, the use of this online food delivery services is effective in increasing sales of Seblak SME’s in the City of Tasikmalaya by assessing several aspects such as productivity, ability to earn profit, ability to adapt and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online shopping and discount programs have on the behavior of consumers who have accessed e-commerce. The data analysis technique used in this research is causal quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis method. Research subjects determined in this study are consumers who have accessed online shopping. The number of samples is 10 respondents. The independent variables in this study are online shopping, discounted prices consisting of quantity discounts, discounts and cash discounts, while the seasonal variable depends on consumer behavior. The study's findings revealed that the use of discounts can influence the behavior of online purchasing customers. Consumers are drawn to discounts when they are available. Discounts are enticing in and of themselves. At the same time, incentives entice customers to shop there for apparel. Consumer behavior is positively influenced by the quantity of clothes purchases for low price indicators and discount variables, as well as clothing purchase indicators.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is one of the methods used by taxpayers in paying their tax obligations by reducing the amount of tax owed. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and sales growth on tax avoidance. The research was conducted quantitatively using a sample of coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. With a sample of 24 coal companies. The sample method uses purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 10 companies is produced that meets the criteria. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, while the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously the results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and sales growth have an effect on tax avoidance. While partially the results of this study indicate that profitability has no effect on tax avoidance, leverage has no effect on tax avoidance, liquidity has no effect on tax avoidance, and sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance.
