Abstract

The article was to give assistance in training writing article at SMP Negeri 4 Rambutan. This activity was based on the needs of educators at SMP Negeri 4 Rambutan, Banyuasin to publish their writings about their experiences and knowledge of experiencing education. The method used a method of discussion and assignment for students. The first meeting, participants and teams met through a zoom meeting, through two or three meetings participants discussed via WA Group, and the last meeting was held through zoom meeting again. The participants were asked to write down three tasks in this assistance. The first task is to determine the writing outline and the topic, the second task is to improve the writing outline and opening paragraph, and the third task is to ask participants to write an article of at least 700 words. The results showed that all participants were able to write articles of at least 700 words on various topics. The two teachers who wrote their respective articles succeeded in publishing the articles they wrote in print media, online media based on the open journal system. The output in this activity is that educators are able to write articles. After the activity, it is hoped that the educators will understand the techniques, models, and stages in writing articles with project results in the form of articles. Abstract

The article provides financial management learning assistance to improve the financial management capabilities of Small and Medium Enterprises. This research uses Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilize the potential asset of community, either social or infrastructure. Three activities in analyzing the research; introduction, mentoring and evaluation. As for this research method includes: the preparation stage which consists of observation, interviews with village heads, delivery of materials, and material counseling, implementation stage consists of the implementation of seminar activities initiated by the approach and assistance to business actors, the evaluation stage of the evaluation of activities that have been carried out have been done. The results of the activity showed that the ability of the learning mentoring participants increased after this community service activity. Abstract

The article was to assist the community through local potential in improving the economy of the Semawot village community. The researchers used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The reseult show that the identification of local potentials owned by the village, Blok M, papaya and ginger tourism, processing of papaya which is usually only used for cooking ingredients, now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making chips. Besides papaya, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen. Now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity. Mixed with lemon and honey, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase body immunity during this pandemic. Abstract

Using method in memorizing Al Qur’an was the most important element in teaching. The memorization of Al Qur’an method that has long been used was the tahfidz and tikrar methods. Ideally, the method of tahfidz and takrir should be continuous, but students often forget to repeat their memorization because they were complacent about the amount of memorization they have gotten. This article aimed to accompaniment the students in training memorize the Qur'an with the rhythm method of the brain. This research used participation action research (PAR), through analysis survey and the implementation of counseling and training.The result show that Memorizing Al-Qur’an with the Rhythm Brain method, which is a way to memorize the Al-Qur’an by exerting all five senses, be it hand movements, head, vision, hearing, and mind that focus on memorizing the Al-Quran marked by using letter symbols and numeric codes accompanied by rhythm (the tone of sound when pronouncing a sentence in the Koran) so that it is easily stored in the right brain and imagined (imagined) for long-term memory. Students have an alternative method of memorizing that is fun, more effective and makes it easier for students. Abstract

The problem in community service that will be carried out is how to provide health education, especially for diabetes, acid and cholesterol to the community. Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is the efforts of the Pakondang Village Farmer Family in Realizing the Sakinah Family, the Farmer Family's Efforts to Realize the Sakinah Family in the Perspective of Islamic Law. The type of research is qualitative. The results of this study show that each partner must understand each other, advise, understand, and not blame each other and provide mutual support to the couple in order to create a sakinah household, and obey religion as confirmed in QS. Ar-Rum: verse 30. With this it can be concluded that there is harmony between the sakinah family in the perspective of Islamic law and the efforts made by the Pakondang Village Farmer family. As the results of the author's interview with the Pakondang Village Farmer's family about the sakinah family, most of the respondents explained that the sakinah family is the achievement of physical and mental happiness, prosperity, peace, peace, full of affection between family members, living in harmony and happily fulfilling all the necessities of life and existence. good communication between families, and maintain devotion to God. Sakinah family is meant here is a family that is able to maintain peace, and has love and affection. The elements of love and affection must exist to complement each other so that the couple can make each other happy. Abstract

The evaluation aimed to get achievement in assessing an educational target by students. In terms of assessment, a quality assessment tool is needed to fulfil two things: validity and reliability. Information that lacks validity and reliability will lead to biased conclusions was not in sync with what it should be and may differ from habit. This article aimed to determine the basic concepts of the validity and reliability of tests in evaluation. This article was also written using literary study methods and qualitative approaches. The discussion of this article, namely: validity is the degree of ability of a test that measures what is to be measured in learning. There are two kinds of validity, namely logical validity and empirical validity. Four types of validity are often used: content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity, and predictive validity. At the same time, reliability is another character of the evaluation results in learning. Reliability can also be interpreted as the same as consistency or consistency. Abstract

The type of soil planted is Ultisol soil which has many problems with low physical and chemical properties; hence the soil fertility is low. To be able to grow peanuts optimally, it is necessary to apply fertilizer to the soil. This article was to assist groups farmer in the use of liquid banana stem fertilizer for long bean plants. The method uses Participation Action Research (PAR). Some of the mentoring programs carried out were counseling on materials and practices for making liquid fertilizer which lasted for 4 months through several stages: preliminary survey, schedule determination and outreach of extension in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems for long beans. The extension is carried out in two stages, namely by the method provides material related to the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer for banana stems and also material on how to use banana stem organic fertilizer for long bean plants. After that, it was continued by carrying out a direct demonstration in the field on how to give liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems to long bean plants in farmer groups, In addition, farmer groups can make liquid organic fertilizer from banana stems and have also been able to determine the dose for long bean plants. In the appearance of long bean growth, the leaves are very green and bear fruit after adding liquid organic fertilizer. After the implementation of this service, it can be seen that the yield of long beans has increased from 10 tons to 17.5 tons per ha. Abstract

The article of community service was to provide assistance about the innovation of entrepreneurial business products during the pandemic Covid-19, especially at Pamulang area. The method used Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilize the potential asset of community; individual, social and infrastructure. The facilitator together with multi-stakeholders and assisted parties conducts seminars on innovation in entrepreneurship which included financial planning, and the application of business ethics. The facilitator also carried out a psychological test which was done by distributing questions to the participants with the aim of knowing the characteristics and behavior of participants in doing business. The participant was 50 participants of the local community at Pamulang orphans and poor people as well as Pamulang University students who also attended and followed all materials and discussions that occur during the event. Abstract

The article aimed to provide an assistance Village Leader of Jetiskapuan Village in preparing Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES). The method of this activity was carried out by providing directions for the creation of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) drafting team, economic potential analysis, business feasibility analysis, training for the drafting team and village deliberations for the formation of BUMDES. The results of this service are marked by an agreement on the type of business being managed, the name of the BUMDES, the capital of the bumdes, the articles of association and the by-laws of the bumdes. The line of business managed is Water Treatment and Waste Management. This service recommendation needs support and understanding between the village government and the village consultative body. PP No. 21 provides rules for BUMDES to stand alone without the involvement of the village government, the highest decision is the village meeting. This provided a lack of support from the village government at the time of BUMDES was formed. The recommendation for the results of this service is to always coordinate with the village government in order to occurs synchronization between village programs and BUMDES, besides that need to training regarding bumdes business governance for business unit development and the formation of new business units.
