Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of debt to equity ratio (DER) and total asset turnover (TATO) on price to book value (PBV), and the role of return on assets (ROA) in mediating independent constructive relationships on dependents. The population in this study is as many as 24 Coal Mining companies, after being sorted based on sample criteria using purposive sampling techniques, there are 9 companies suitable to be sampled in this study. The analysis method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS version 21. The results of the study obtained that directly DER has no significant effect on ROA, while TATO has a significant effect on ROA. DER and TATO variables have no significant effect on PBV. While the results of indirect data analysis, ROA is not able to mediate the relationship between DER to PBV, and indirectly ROA is able to mediate the relationship between TATO to PBV.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, individual characteristics, on employee performance at PT. Karya Indah Alam Sejahtera in Gresik. The type of research used by researchers is explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 523 people who were included in the internal employees of the company PT. Karya Indah Alam Sejahtera in Gresik and the samples in this study were 84 people. The results showed that the work environment and individual characteristics had an effect on employee performance. The work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously also have a significant and positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Physical Evidence, Trust, and E-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. In this study using a quantitative approach, because research data in the form of number and analysis using statistics. Data analysis techniques to answer hypothese using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) Physical Evidence had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Trust had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) E-Service Quality had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (4) Physical Evidence had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (5) Trust has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (6) E-Service Quality has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (7) Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and employee motivation (X2) on organizational citizenship behavior (Y). This study in CV.Putra Karya Agung. Distric of Gresik production unit employee. The number of sample who were taken as many as 92 employees from 120 member of the population by using the slovin method. This study using quantitative method. Data collection used through questionnaires using Likert scale and SPSS versi 21. The analysis method incudes mutiple linier regression.The result show that a significant of individual influenced between transformational leadership style (X1) to organizational citizenship behavior (Y). While employee motivation (X2) do not dignificant of individual influenced to organizational citizenship behavior (Y). And a significant of togeteher influenced between transformational leadership style (X1) and employee motivation (X2) to organizational citizenship behavior (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of emotional exhaustion and work culture on teacher performance. In this study, using a proportional random sampling technique and a sample of 69 teachers who were then directed to fill out the research questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with data processing using SPSS version 22 statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the t-test t value was significant for the emotional exhaustion variable of t = 0.006 <0.05. Thus emotional exhaustion has a significant effect on teacher performance. And the significant value for work culture is t = 0.000 <0.05. Thus work culture has a significant influence on teacher performance. While the test results using the F test can be said that all independent variables (emotional exhaustion, and work culture) simultaneously affect teacher performance. This can be seen from the significant level of F, which is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and financial compensation on employee performance. The analysis unit in this study was all employees as many as 54 people. Samples used a saturated sampling technique where members of the population were used as samples. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS tools. F test results F value calculated 47.702 > F table and significance level 0.000 <alpha 0.05 means that simultaneously the variables of leadership and financial compensation have a significant effect on employee performance variables. Results of calculations with regression analysis multiple linear on t-test obtained coefficient value of 0.544 for leadership and 0.467 for financial compensation. The result is that partial leadership and financial compensation have a significant influence on employee performance.
