Abstract

Facts show that most fishermen's wives only work as housewives and thus do not earn any income. The condition of fishermen's income is uncertain, so fishermen's wives can help their husbands to improve the family's economic needs by working. This has the potential to be developed where the empowerment of homemakers can help improve family welfare. Bundatangguh.com is a website created for community empowerment based on Mompreneur, namely the role of housewives in building their businesses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm. Data collection methods are semi-structured interviews and documentation: data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, case studies. The results of this study indicate that homemakers also have the potential and ability to support the family economy. This potential needs to be utilized by empowering homemakers to become mompreneurs later. This can be achieved by implementing the program on the website "bundatangguh.com." with the help of various supporting service features in it.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to grow an entrepreneurial spirit based on local wisdom, find out how to train, improve the ability of traditional batik business, and find out how to improve mental competitiveness with competitors. using a research design with qualitative methods involving the case study Workshop Batik Karawang. Entrepreneurship based on local wisdom is an innovation to move forward without destroying the social fabric of society. This case study is on the Workshop Batik Karawang which is assisted by the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Karawang Regency, one of the innovations is creating healthy cooperatives and pioneering batik villages.

Abstract

Organizations can be said to be successful if they have good performance. Empirical studies have proven that the creation of good performance is supported by many factors, one of which is budgeted planning. This study found that other factors affecting managerial performance are budget emphasis, budget participation, organizational commitment, differentiation strategy, organizational culture, leadership style, and many others. Based on the classification and type of budget, the budget is divided into several, namely short-term budget, long-term budget, fixed budget, flexible budget, zero-based budget, rolling budget, activity-based budgeting, incremental budgeting, planning, and programming budgeting systems. This literature review provides a contribution of thought that can be a reference for future researchers who want to conduct research and focus on performance with predictors of budget planning. Through this literature review, they can also get information and consider other constructs outside the budget planning construct.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employees' workload when there is a lack of personnel in the Learning & Development Department at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Rembang Branch. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Three informants in this study are employees in the position of training officer and recruitment officer. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the lack of personnel is the difficulty in finding human resources that match the company's qualifications. The shortage of personnel in the department then increased the workload of employees, so employees often came home late or continued work when they were at home. Efforts are being made to overcome the increasing workload by making a schedule/planning one month in advance and making a list of jobs as well as much coordination with time to request assistance for work that must be completed immediately according to the specified deadline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of benefits and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance and the role of job satisfaction mediation in the two relationships. This study used quantitative methods to test the models and hypotheses stated in the test. The sample used was the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Situbondo Regency, with a total sample of 175 respondents. The findings of this study state that benefits and leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then, in this study, job satisfaction could mediate the influence of benefits and leadership on employee performance. In addition, we also examined the discussion in depth in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the significance of the effect of quality of work life and self-esteem on employee performance. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research sample was 32 employees of PT. Podomoro Poultry Equipment. Data collection was done by distributing closed questionnaires; quality of work life questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire, and employee performance questionnaire; using a Likert scale 1-5 which was given to respondents directly. The analysis phase was carried out the first time by testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results of the study found that simultaneously, quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance, and partially it was also found that quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance.
