Abstract

This study aims to determine work conflict and workload on work stres with a non-physical work environment as a moderating variable in the North Sumatra Education Office. The design of this research is to test regression with moderating variables by using an interaction test or often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) or interaction test is a special application of linear multiple regression where the regression equation contains an interaction element (multiplication of two or more independent variables). In this study, the entire population was opened by 115 employees, while the sample was 95 employees at the North Sumatra Education Office. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work conflict and workload have a significant effect on work stres. Non-physical work environment variables as moderating variables that can strengthen the effect of work conflict and workload on work stres.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. PLN (Persero) UP 3 Binjai with the aim of research to determined the partial and simultaneous effected of organizational support and affective commitment which influenced by responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The population were employees who worked in the company in 2021 as many as 125 employees, sampling itwas carried out with census sample so that the total sample were 125 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques with literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it showed that partially organizational support has significant effected on responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, while partially affective commitment did not have significant effected on responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine transformational leadership on employee performance through employee empowerment and employee engagement as interverning variables at PT. Bank Mandiri Medan City. The total population in this study was visiting 120 people, by using a saturated sample, the total sample of the number of employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Medan City. The analytical technique used is path analysis. While the type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach, the method used in this research is statistics with data collection techniques through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Medan City. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Employee Empowerment. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Empowerment at. Meanwhile, they jointly state that Transformational Leadership, Employee Empowerment, and Employee Engagement have a significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not there is an influence of consumer safety and quality of information on purchasing decisions with trust as an intervening variable. Aimed at students of Harapan Medan University as customers of beauty products through Shopee.Based on the SPSS output with the Standardized Coefficients Beta value, it shows that, Consumer Security is 0.569 and a significant 0.000 is less than 0.05, Information Quality is 0.011 and a significant 0.895 is greater than 0.05. The results show that Consumer Security has a positive and significant effect on Trust (p1), Information Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Trust (p2). SPSS output results with Standardized Coefficients Beta value, Consumer Security of 0.036 and significant of 0.751 which is greater than 0.05, Information Quality 0.057 and significant 0.543 which is greater than 0.05, Confidence 0.264 and significant 0.021 less than 0.05 , the results show that Consumer Security has an insignificant positive effect on Purchase Decisions. Value 0.036 is the path value (P3), Information Quality has an insignificant positive effect 0.057 is the path value (P4) and Trust has a significant positive effect 0.264 is the path value or path (P5)

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of product quality, ease of transaction, and product price on repurchase intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The total population in this study was 764 people with a specified sample of 100 people, because not all of them used the online marketplace using the Convience Sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis of hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test), Sobel test with data processing using SPSS 25. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used is primary data, namely data collection techniques through questionnaires addressed to respondents, namely University of Harapan Medan students located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 35, J A T I, Kec. Medan City. The results show that product quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of Transaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Ease of Transactions has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Product price has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction is not able to mediate product quality on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the ease of transactions on the intention to repurchase. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate product price on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Pioneerindo Gourmet International (CFC) at North Sumatra. The results of the picture above can be explained for the first path that Leadership Style (X1) has an effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a Standardized Coeffciients Beta value of 0.139, meaning that for every 1% addition of Leadership Style, it will increase Job Satisfaction by 13.9%%. with an R2value of 0.664, it means that for every addition of 1%, Job Satisfaction will increase Job Satisfaction (Z) by 66.4%. Organizational Culture (X2) has an effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a Standardized Coeffciients Beta value of 0.561, meaning that for every 1% addition of Organizational Culture, it will increase Job Satisfaction by 56.1%. with an R value of 0.664, it means that for every addition of 1%, Job Satisfaction will increase Job Satisfaction (Z) by 66.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, quality of information and price on students' decisions to enter the University of Harapan Medan. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of Harapan University, Medan. Sources of data using primary data obtained by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The results show that trust has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of trust in influencing college admission decisions is 0.663. This means that trust is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 66.30%. Ease has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of convenience in influencing college admission decisions is 0.845. This means that convenience is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 84.50%. The quality of information has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The magnitude of the contribution of information quality in influencing college admission decisions is 0.412. This means that the quality of information is very important because it can increase college admission decisions by 41.20%. Price has a significant effect on college admission decisions. The amount of price contribution in influencing college admission decisions is 0.517. This means that the price is very important because it can increase the decision to enter higher education by 51.70%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors can influence students' decisions in choosing a private campus. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research using primary data, namely questionnaires using Google forms and secondary data in the form of supporting documents. The population in this study was all vocational and high school students in the city of Medan, due to limited time and ability, this study took samples using the Slovin formula so that only 100 respondents were taken as samples. The data analysis model used multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are partially on the transactional factors only promotion factors, Person and physical evidence that have a significant effect on students' decisions to choose a private campus while the influential but not significant factors based on the results of the study are product, price, and location factors. , process. Then the relational factors that have a significant influence are familiarity and professional awareness, while the trust factor has an effect but is not significant. Simultaneously, the factors that exist in transactional (product, price, promotion, person), physical evidence and process) and relational (trust, familiarity, and professional awareness) influence the student's decision to choose a private campus.

Abstract

This research is about the Analysis of Competitive Advantage on Sustainable Business Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational capability and innovation to achieve competitive advantage on sustainable business performance (a study at the Daya Utama School Foundation in Bekasi City). Engaged in education starting from elementary, junior high, high school and vocational education levels. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, amounting to 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is processed with Smart PLS 2.0. The results of the study prove that organizational capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantag , Innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, Organizational capability has a positive and significant effect on sustainable business performance, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on sustainable business performance, Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable business performance of School Daya Utama Foundation at Bekasi City.

Abstract

This research aims to analize: (1) The effect of competence, commitment, satisfaction account officer credit of SMEs on loyalty of account officer credit of SMEs, (2) The effect of competence, commitment, satisfaction and loyalty of account officer credit of SMEs on the performance of account officer credit of SMEs at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. The type of research used is descriptive which is a study that aims to determine the casual relationship of a phenomenon or problem solving studied to see how far the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables. Population research this is the whole account officer credit of SMEs PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. Which recorded a total of 244 account officer credit of SMEs taken using the simple random sampling. Collecting data in study is in the form of a questionnaire consist of the questions that have five alternative answers using a Linkert Scale. The statistic methode used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which operate through the LISREL program.
