Abstract

Capital market is developed to accommodate the needs of muslims in Indonesia who want to invest capital market products in accordance with the principles of sharia. With the developing of  sharia investment products in the Indonesia capital market is expected to realize the Indonesian capital market into a market that can attract investors who are investing in accordance with Islamic teachings. In Islam investment activities can be categorized as a muamalah activity. Transactions in the capital market according to sharia law are not prohibited and allowed provided that there is no transaction that conflicts with sharia such as transactions containing elements of interest and riba and also prohibit the existence of transactions contained speculation and contain a gharar element or obscurity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in entrepreneurship in the Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang Village Community. The sampling technique used the slovin sampling method, namely the sample selected by the slovin formula amounted to 90 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) variable internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the determination test were obtained. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 61.6% and the remaining 38.4%. This shows that the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial interest. The results of the F test show that fcount is 6.495, while ftable is 0.207. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, because fcount ftable, it can be interpreted that internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This paper talks about the economic theory of institutions and public policy which has recently become a broad topic discussed and applied to various fields of public policy. In the course of economic history, market failures have occurred. That is the occurrence of a distortion in the direction of balance which has an impact on the market's inability to fulfill all community needs, in addition to the emergence of property rights. Institutional Economics consists of 2 (two) parts namely the Old Institutional Economy and the New Institutional Economy. Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability to the performance of social service officers in the district of South Tapanuli, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze The influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability to the performance of social service employees of the District of South Tapanuli. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, inquiry lists and documentation studies. The samples in this study were as many as 32 employees. Variables are measured at Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. results of the test in Unison indicate that the work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability have significant effect on the performance of officers in the social service office in the District of South Tapanuli regency with a value of Fcount 15,929 Ftable 2.90 and significance value of 0.000b. The Adjusted number of R Square is 0. 591 or (59.1%) Indicates that the percentage of contributions influenced by independent variables (work discipline, organizational commitment and work ability) on dependent variables (employee performance) of 59.1%. Partially, the work discipline significantly affects the performance of officers in the social service office of the District of South Tapanuli regency with a value of tcount ttable (3,990 2,037) and a significance value of 0. 000. The organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the social Service office of South Tapanuli regency with a value of tcount ttable (2,717 2,037) and significance value of 0. 011. Work capability significantly affects the employee 's performance in the social service office of the South Tapanuli district with a value of tcount ttable (3,135 2,037) and a significance value of 0. 004. The Highest value of a regression coefficient is a working discipline variable (X1) of 0. 494 or 43.0% and is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance in the social service office of South Tapanuli District

Abstract

In an increasingly complex and ever-changing business environment, the study of leadership can no longer be as simple as using these two dimensions. Likewise, efforts to find the best leadership style that applies throughout time will be in vain. There is a need to find a leadership model that is more relevant to complex situations like today. Transformational leadership is one of the "breakthrough" concepts that has revived the passion of leadership studies that have almost died over the past decade. Motivation can also be interpreted as providing a driving force that creates the excitement of one's work to be willing to work together, work effectively and be integrated with all their efforts to achieve satisfaction. From the results of the identification of the problems above, the problem can be formulated as follows: How is the influence of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of BPJS Health Officers in Langsa Branch. As for the Results of this Research Performance = 24,007 C +, 195 X1 +, 016 X2 +, 214 X3 explanation can be described as follows: Constant value of 24.007 means that if the overall value of the variable (SinismeX1, Emotional IntelligenceX2, Work StressX3) rises by 1a respectively, the Performance value (Y) will rise to 24.007. Cynic coefficient value of 0.195 means that if the value of Cynicism increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.195. Positive coefficient value means that Cynicism has a positive influence on performance. The value of the Emotional Intelligence coefficient of 0.016 means that if the value of Emotional Intelligence rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.016. A positive coefficient value means that Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Job Stress coefficient of 0.214 means that if the value of Job Stress rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.214. A positive coefficient value gives the meaning that Job Stress gives a positive influence on Performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of organization climate on employees  performance. How  influence of work motivation on employees  performance. How  influence of  work satisfaction on employees  performance. How  influence of  organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction on employees  performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of  organization climate on employees  performance. For know influence and analize of work motivation on employees  performance. For know influence and analize  work satisfaction on employees  performance. For know influence and analize organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction on employees  performance. The sample in this research is 95 employees, with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analyze. The results of this research explain that organization climate effect has a positive and significant on employee performance. Work motivation effect has a positive and significant on employee  performance. work satisfaction effect has a positive and significant on employee performance. Organization climate, work motivation and  work satisfaction effect  have a positive and significant on employee  performance.

Abstract

This research discusses about the influences of quality of human resource, work facility   and   utilization   of   information   technology   on   employees’   work productivity at Trade Office of Tebing Tinggi City. The aim of this research is to analyse influences of quality of human resource, work facility and utilization of information technology both partially and simultaneously on employees’ work productivity at  the office.  This  is  a quantitative research  with  total  sampling technique. Sample is 83 employees. Results show that each independent variable; quality   of   human   resource,   work   facility   and   utilization   of   information technology, partially influences employees’ work productivity positively and significantly.   quality of human resource has tcount value 4,487 and level of significance 0.000, work facility has 2,219 and 0.034, and utilization of information technology has 2,246 and 0.032. Simultaneously, quality of human resource, work facility and utilization of information technology have significant and  positive  influences  on  employees’  work  productivity  at  Trade  Office  of Tebing Tinggi City with Fcount value 23,863 and level of significance 0.000.

Abstract

A trader's business condition with a fairly high income uncertainty factor has an impact on the level of welfare and inequality that occur in the trader's community. The number of respondents selected to be sampled as many as 78 traders were done proportionally. The level of inequality of revenue distribution from merchants in Tanjung Morawa subdistrict is measured by the Gini Rationya value of 0.6597 or 0.6 categorized as high inequality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and taste innovation on the success of micro-enterprises in CV. Stella Catering Medan. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. the population is Consumer CV. Stella Catering from October 2020 to March 2021, as many as 55 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sampling technique, so that the research sample was set as many as 55 people. As for the place of this research is CV. Stella Catering which is located on Jl. Stella I No.77, Kayu Raja, Kec. Medan Tuntungan, Medan City, North Sumatra, starting from January 2021 to July 2021. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises in CV. Stella Catering Medan. Taste innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises. At CV. Stella Catering Medan. The value of Fcount has a positive value of 53.421 Ftable = 2.78 and a significance of 0.000 0.05. This means that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and taste innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises at CV. Stella Catering Medan. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.660, indicating that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and taste innovation explain their effect on business success, which is 0.660 or 66%, while the remaining 34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Problem of this study it is influence of leadership on performance. It is influence of employees maturity on performance. It is influence of work environment on performance. It is influence leadership, employees maturity and work environment on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  leadership on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of employees maturity on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of work environment on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of leadership, employees maturity and work environment on   performance. Sample in the study is 38 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.    Employees maturity variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.     Work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.   Leadership, employees maturity and work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.
