Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keadilan prosedural terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Starbucks Coffee Railink Station Medan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian mengunakan sample sebanyak 35 responden. Metode analisis datanya mengunakan regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesa (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan datanya mengunakan SPSS versi 20.0. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel keadilan prosedural (X) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) dengan pengolahan data model regresi linier sederhana sebagai berikut : Y = 10,480 + 0,723X. dan diperoleh thitung (10,823) > ttabel (2,034) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya variabel keadilan prosedural (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y). Koefisien determinasi (R squere) sebesar 0.780 Artinya 78,0% variabel kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen di atas yaitu keadilan prosedural (X). Sedangkan sisanya 22,0% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukan pengaruh signifikan antara keadilan prosedural terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Starbucks Coffee Railink Station Medan. Hal ini menunjukan semakin tinggi keadilan prosedural yang diberlakukan maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Starbucks Coffee Railink Station Medan.

Abstract

Hasil studi parsial (uji t) menunjukkan Disiplin Preventif (X1)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Hal ini terlihat dari thitung 6,334 > ttabel 1,664 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel Komunikasi Internal (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, hal ini terlihat dari nilai thitung 7,419 > 1,664 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji simultan (uji f) kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel Disiplin Preventif dan Komunikasi Internal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Prestasi karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai fhitung (268.060) > ftabel (3,12) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,874. Artinya pengaruh variabel X1 dan variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y adalah 87,4%, sedangkan sisanya 12,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that are run by individuals, households, or small business entities. One of the obstacles to the advancement of MSMEs is not only in product quality, but how a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) is able to do good marketing. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic has provided a change in perspective on the perspective of product marketing and promotion. Activities that used to be carried out face-to-face, as long as it is recommended to stay at home, cannot be carried out anymore. Likewise with marketing and promotional activities carried out through exhibitions and bazaars. This has a big impact on the resilience of the "fake" cake culinary business in Suka Maju Village, Medan Johor Village. Through this assistance, the group becomes more able to have other media options for marketing and product promotion, without having to meet face to face. The results of this activity have been the implementation of the management function in the activity plan, improving marketing skills and good management so that there is an increase in turnover in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh website quality dan trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Lazada. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana populasi dalam teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam juruan Perbankan Syariah UINSU Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 44 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan angket (kuesioner). Hasil kolerasi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai kolerasi 0,658 dan nilai R squdare (R2) = O,658 atau 65,8% menunjukkan bahwa secara simultas variabel Website Quality dan Trust mempunyai penagruh sebesar 65,8% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai F = 37,389 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000 < 0,05), sehingga dapat dibandingkan dengan Ftabel dan taraf kesalahan 5% adalah 3,23 maka Fhitung (37,389) > Ftabel (3,23), sehingga koefesien arah regresi ganda sangat berarti pada taraf signifikan 5% yang artinya Website Quality dan Trust secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil uji T secara persial variabel X1 (website quality) nilai thitung > ttabel (6,918 >1,682) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Artinya website quality (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalita pelanggan Lazada (Y). Sedangkan Trust/kepercayaan (X2) memiliki nilai thitung < ttabel (1,209 <1,682) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,234 >0,05. Artinya trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Lazada. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan pengaruh variabel Website Quality (X1) dan Trust (X2) ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis regresi ganda Y= 2,998 + 0,747 X1 + 0,148 X2. Hal ini berarti jika terjadi peningkatan variabel Website Quality dan Trust, maka Loyalitas Pelanggan Lazada akan menigkat.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence between entrepreneurial character and competitive advantage on entrepreneurial success in SMEs broom fibers. In this study, the authors used descriptive and quantitative analysis with a sample of 35 MSME workers broom fibers in the village of Medan, Senembah, Tanjung Morawa. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the UMKM workers of palm fiber brooms in the village of Medan, Senembah, Tanjung Morawa. The research that has been done shows the results that entrepreneurial character factors and competitive advantage have an influence on entrepreneurial success in palm fiber SME's as shown from the results of multiple regression Y = 5.605 + 0.524X1 + 0.181X2 + e. The results of the partial test (t test) of entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial success in MSMEs obtained a tcount = 3.209> 1.69 and a partial test value (t test) for competitive advantage obtained a tcount= 1.220> 1.69, these results indicate that partially Entrepreneurial character and competitive advantage have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial success in SME broom fibers, besides the F test results obtained Fcount>Ftable (16,438>3,295) with a probability level (0.01<0.05). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.507 means that the entrepreneurial character and competitive advantage are able to increase entrepreneurial success in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) broom fibers in Medan Senebah Tanjung Morawa village by 50.7% and the remaining 49.3% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel secara parsial dan stimultan antara variabel kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen restoran ayam goreng kalasan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah Konsumen di Jl. Iskandar Muda, Petisah Tengah, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan. yaitu 19,785 konsumen dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus Isaac dan micheal di dapat 126 responden. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh pada kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen restoran ayam goreng kalasan pada konsumen Jl. Iskandar Muda, Petisah Tengah, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, terlihat pada hasil uji T secara stimultan juga terdapat pengaruh dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 209,942. Variabel kualitas produk dan pelayanan menjelaskan terhadap kepuasan konsumen restoran ayam goreng kalasan Jl. Iskandar Muda, Petisah Tengah, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan sebesar 77,3% sedangkan sisanya 22,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in entrepreneurship in the Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang Village Community. The sampling technique used the slovin sampling method, namely the sample selected by the slovin formula amounted to 90 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) variable internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the determination test were obtained. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 61.6% and the remaining 38.4%. This shows that the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial interest. The results of the F test show that fcount is 6.495, while ftable is 0.207. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, because fcount ftable, it can be interpreted that internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of store atmosphere, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for coffee at Bel Medan Johor. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih, Medan, Johor. The time of this study began in April 2022 until June 2022. The population in this study were consumers of Kopi Bel Medan Johor, amounting to 1,490 people. The results of this study using the slovin formula, researchers took a sample of 94 consumers of Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the value of t-count > t-table (3.766 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.1, meaning that Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha1 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (9,151 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.1, meaning that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha2 is accepted. The value of t-count > t-table (7.987 > 1.29114) and a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.01 means that Service Quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kopi Bel Jalan Karya Kasih Medan Johor, then Ha3 is accepted. The value of Fcount (142.241) > Ftable (3.098), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.1, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Store Atmosphere (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Service Quality (X3) variables have a simultaneous effect ( simultaneous) to the Purchase Decision) (Y). The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.826, this means that 82.6% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 63.9% = 17.4%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. .
