Abstract

This study aims to see; growth of scientific publications on digital literacy in librarians, core journals of digital literacy scientific publications for librarians, productivity and collaboration of science researchers, digital literacy in librarians, number of publications on digital literacy in librarians by affiliation / institution, number of publications by country, number of publications based on document type, number of publications by subject, 8) map of developments on digital literacy in librarians through keyword clusters. Data obtained from the Scopus database published in the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis using VosViewer software. The results showed that Communication In Computer and Information Science contributed the most articles on digital literacy, then followed by College And Undergraduate, then Reference Services Review journal, the journal with the least amount of Information And Learning Science. The most subjects were Social Sciences with 55.1%, then in the second place were Computer Sciences subjects, namely 21.9%, then the Arts and Humanities subjects were 6.9% followed by Mathematics as much as 5.1%. Meanwhile, the fewest documents were documents on Nursing and Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics with a total percentage of 0.3%, namely 1 document. Trends in knowledge can be seen from the many keywords that are found such as acrl frame work, digital citizenship, digital divide, digital literacy, distance education, distance learning, fake news, higher education, human computer interactive, information literacy, information skills, instructional design, learning. , library instruction, literacy, media literacy, online learning, research, social media. The keywords that are most tied to other networks or other keywords are Information literacy, Digital literacy, Digital literacies, Libraries, Education, Students and Academic libraries.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) melahirkan arsip elektronik. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini juga telah merambat ke dalam dunia pendidikan, yaitu dengan munculnya pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Pengelolaan arsip elektronik dipandang perlu dilakukan dalam upaya pemanfaatan teknologi. Begitupun dengan organisasi pendidikan seperti sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengolah, mengelola, mendistribusikan, dan menyalurkan informasi serta pelayanan yang diberikan terkait arsip sekolah yang dibutuh oleh para penggunanya. Menerapkan manajemen arsip elektronik pada sebuah organisasi akan membentuk manajemen dan proses kerja yang lebih dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen arsip elektronik dan manfaat arsip elektronik berbasis SIMAK. Pembahasan termasuk proses penciptaan arsip dan penyimpanan arsip, distribusi arsip dan penggunaan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, dan disposisi arsip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan juga penyebaran angket pada 132 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen arsip elektronik berbasis SIMAK telah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun dalam proses disposisi arsip belum adanya Jadwal Retensi Arsip (JRA) dan SIMAK memberikan manfaat yang positif dalam manajemen arsip elektronik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil angket menunjukkan nilai yang berada pada ketegori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the professionalism of librarians in utilizing the use of information and sharing information to support and develop digital libraries (E-Library). Research methods. This study uses a qualitative method based on rationalism. This study uses an analysis by looking at “morals and character based on rationalism. The data collection is based on literature, observations, and social media sources relevant to this research.” Results and Discussion. The moral movement is the main key to working librarian loyalty in information literacy, supported by the principles of interoperability towards the rules and code of ethics of librarians. Abstract

Since March 24, 2020 Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta has started implementing distance learning so that teaching and learning activities is carried out online. UAJY supports units have adjusted the policy by providing online services. This of course will make it difficult for libraries to serve their collections. Service that was originally carried out face-to-face must be done online, such as book lending services, which can no longer be done in person. In order to continue to be able to assist users in accessing the information provided, library services are emphasized on online services such as electronic books (e-books) and electronic journals (e-journals). The presence of a collection of e-books and e-journals is expected to be able to meet the needs of users in finding reference sources. This research will be prioritized to explore answers to the following questions: How do students perceive online services to support to study performance? To what extent is the level of use of online collections (e-books and e-journals) in supporting to study performance? The method of this research is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative research with descriptive format aims to explain, summarize various conditions, situations, or variables that arise in the community that are the object of research based on what happened.

Abstract

A bibliometric analysiss was conducted to determine 1) the number of articles published annualy from 2015-2021;2) the number of authors who contributed to the four journals for tha 2015-2021 peroid;30 the productivity of writers in the four journals for the 2015 – 2021 period, for the journals in the field of library, documentation and information, respectively are ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA. Data sources are accessed from each of the journal sites, https://journal.iainkudus.ac.id/index.php/Libraria, https://journal.uii.ac.id/unilib, https://jurnal.iainponorogo.ac.id/index.php/pustakaloka/index, dan https://journal.uinjkt.ac.id/index.php/al-maktabah/index. The result of this research is the total number of articles published in ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA, 377 titles, consisting of 69, 115, 72 and 121 titles, respectively The total authors are 529 people consisting of . Almaktabah 104 authors, Pustakaloka 161 authors, Unilib 87 authors and Libraria 177 authors. The most prolific authors of the AlMaktabah journal are U Undayani (7 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, L Lolytasari (5 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, R Rodin (4 articles) IAIN Curup-Rejang Lebang Bengkulu, then A Alfida and L Istiqoriyah (3 articles) each from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and 2 other authors from UIN Imam Bonjol and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The pattern of authorship shows that from a total of 377 articles, single authors (259 articles 0.69%) and collaborating authors (118 articles 0.31%) with an average collaboration degree of 0.31. The conclusion of the study is that during 2015-2021, 377 articles have been written from four journals (ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA), written by 529 authors mostly written individually, and the most productive authors are U Undayani (7 articles), writes at AlMaktabah UIN Syarif Hidyatullah

Abstract

This study aims to map the knowledge of the Library and Information Science (LIS) study and its technology in Indonesia. Data were obtained from the Scopus database by entering keywords in the title: library; library science; technology libraries; and Indonesia, during 1974-2022 and received 87 documents. The method used was bibliometric, with Bibliometric and CiteSpace software. The results showed that the annual growth of LIS studies in Indonesia was still relatively low at 3.41%, and the highest average citations occurred in 2013. Indonesia dominated authors with the highest citations, and the most relevant sources were dominated by proceedings showing that the LIS study was still in its infancy, a less scientific research stage. Most cited journal articles in references. Indonesia was the country with the most frequency of collaboration, namely 21 collaborations. The keyword library was the most commonly used 349 times, then the technical terms that emerged included information system (5%), search engine (2%), automation, and big data, respectively (1%). Cluster #0 public library was the largest, and this cluster includes a smart public library, smart library, and smart environment in its cluster members.

Abstract

Media memiliki dampak yang luar biasa bagi masyarakat. Youtube sebagai sarana hiburan dan komunikasi yang populer menampilkan beragam konten, diantaranya video. Video musik “Diam-diam” yang dibawakan oleh Tiara Andini dan Arsy Widianto terkesan menarik. Video ini menggunakan latar perpustakaan dengan beragam penanda secara tersirat, sehingga menghadirkan beragam pemaknaan terhadap citra putakawan dan perpustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis dan merepresentasikan makna yang tersembunyi dalam video “Diam-diam”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode semiotika. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi dan kajian literatur. Analisis hasil penelitian disajikan menggunakan analisis semiotika dengan menyajikan analisis dari segi sintagmatik dan pragmatik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi perpustakaan yang digambarkan dalam video ini memiliki layanan dengan sistem terbuka, desain ruangan yang nyaman, sistem keamanan yang bagus, dan memiliki koleksi yang banyak. Sedangkan representasi pustakawan yang digambarkan dalam video ini belum friendly, pustakawan masih dianggap sebagai penjaga buku dengan kacamata tebal, tua, dan masih bersifat kaku. Hal ini berbeda dengan kondisi saat ini di mana pustakawan banyak yang sudah friendly, ramah, dan memberikan layanan sebaik mungkin. Stereotip seperti ini hendaknya dikurangi atau bahkan dihilangkan sehingga citra perpustakaan akan semakin baik dan semakin dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Plagiarism is a very serious behavior that occurs in the world of education until now. This needs to be taken seriously because it has an unhealthy impact on the world of education. In minimizing the number of fraudulent scientific writing for UIN Mataram students. This study aims to provide an overview of the extent to which students' abilities in making scientific works without plagiarism are beyond the specified threshold. With the help of IT, it is hoped that the students' ability to produce original works is more honed and more competitive. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using informants. The informants in this study were students and librarians and were selected using a purposive sampling technique. This data was obtained through the process of documents stored through the data base of the Mataram UIN Library with the turnitin application, thus providing more accurate information. With the help of the turnitin application, this research makes a real contribution in determining the policies taken by the UPT Library of UIN Mataram to all policy makers in the relevant institutions

Abstract

Melalui penelitian ini, dalam artikel menyajikan mengenai pengembangan koleksi pustakawan dalam layanan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif tentang pengembangan perpustakaan dalam layanan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Adapun literatur yang diambil yaitu dari jurnal penelitian dan buku. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya-upaya dalam pengembangkan kompetensi pustakawan karena pustakawan yang kompeten secara hardskill dan softskill menjadi kunci utama baik buruknya penilaian civitas akademika terhadap perpustakaan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

A B S T R A C T Libraries in the present era are faced with millennial users who have a lifestyle that is very much the opposite of the previous generation so that libraries also experience a transformation in serving users. The characteristics of users are very different so that librarians must understand their habits, behavior, passions and lifestyle. With this research it is hoped that it will be known to what extent users have used the UAJY library website as an effort to support their study performance. By understanding this research, the UAJY library will know to what extent the benefits of this website service and how users perceive the services provided to be considered by the library in managing the UAJY library website. With the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between interest in access to the quality of service information through the UAJY library website and there is a positive relationship between onsite visits to the information quality/clarity of information on the UAJY library website, this research will prove that the library website is able to answer the needs of users. From this research, the researcher can conclude that the information presented on the UAJY library website is of high quality with the characteristics of the level of community trust in the software on the website. The content of the UAJY library website is crucial and it is the commitment of the managers to always update content and interactive factors. Communication between users and librarians is crucial to get attention so that there is a guarantee that any user difficulties in information can find a way out through good communication relationships. well with the UAJY librarian. Keywords: content; librarian; website ABSTRAK Perpustakaan dalam masa kekinian dihadapkan dengan pemustaka milenial yang memiliki gaya hidup yang sangat bertolak belakang dengan generasi sebelumnya sehingga perpustakaan pun mengalami transformasi dalam melayani pemustaka. Karakteristik pemustaka menjadi sangat berbeda sehingga pustakawan harus memahami kebiasaan, perilaku, passion dan juga gaya hidup mereka Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan akan diketahui sampai sejauh mana para pemustaka telah menggunakan website perpustakaan UAJY sebagai upaya untuk mendukung kinerja studi mereka. Dengan memahami penelitian ini pihak perpustakaan UAJY akan mengetahui sampai seberapa besar manfaat dari layanan website ini serta bagaimana persepsi pemustaka terhadap layanan yang diberikan agar menjadi pertimbangan pihak perpustakaan dalam mengelola website perpustakaan UAJY. Dengan hipotesis bahwa ada hubungan positif antara minat akses terhadap kualitas informasi layanan melalui website perpustakaan UAJY dan ada hubungan positif antara kunjungan onsite terhadap kualitas informasi/kejelasan informasi yang ada pada website perpustakaan UAJY, maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibuktikan bahwa website perpustakaan mampu menjawab kebutuhan pemustaka. Dari penelitian ini peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa informasi yang disajikan pada website perpustakaan UAJY berkualitas dengan ciri-ciri tingkat kepercayaan civitas terhadap software pada website tetap mendapatkan prioritas utama sehingga pemeliharaan maintenance dan upaya-upaya pemeliharaan agar website terbebas dari hack terus menerus untuk dilakukan oleh pengelola serta konten website perpustakaan UAJY merupakan hal yang krusial dan menjadi komitmen dari para pengelola untuk selalu memperbarui konten dan faktor interaktif komunikasi antara pemustaka dan pustakawan merupakan hal yang krusial untuk mendapatkan perhatian sehingga ada jaminan bahwa setiap kesulitan pemustaka dalam informasi dapat ditemukan jalan keluar melalui hubungan komunikasi yang baik dengan pustakawan UAJY.
