Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the long-distance kick results of Class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas. In this study, the population was male students of Class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Ujan Mas as many as 46 people using random sampling technique by ordinal pairing, namely dividing two groups, 23 experimental groups and 23 control groups. The method in this study used a simple random sampling technique with an ordinal pairing system. The technique used to collect data is a test technique, data analysis technique using t test. The results of data processing and analysis show that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous, then hypothesis testing can be performed using the t-test, so that tcount = 2.881 and ttable = 1.669. Testing the hypothesis is to accept Ha if tcount > ttable and reject Ho if tcount < ttable based on the results of the calculations that have been carried out, it is obtained tcount = 2.881 > ttable = 1.669 where ttable is obtained from interpolation calculations.

This type of research is quantitative research with the research method used is a pure experimental method. The population of this study were all volleyball athletes at the Bengkulu City PST club as many as 20 people. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the total population is less than 100 so that the entire population is used as the research sample, namely: 20 people consisting of 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. The variables of this research are Multiple Hop and Jump exercises and leg muscle power for PST volleyball athletes in Bengkulu City. The data collection technique used a vertical jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that multiple hop and jump exercises affect the leg muscle power of volleyball athletes at the PST club in Bengkulu City. The increase in leg muscle power is seen in the comparison of the changes in the average pretest and posttest. From the data that has been obtained from both groups, the experimental group has a pretest result of 45.4 and an average posttest result of 51.1 with a difference of 5.7. The results of the control group with a pretest average of 42.3 and an average posttest result of 47 with a difference of 4.7. The results of tcount for the experimental group were 6.87 > ttable 1.833, while for the control group the results of tcount were 6.91 > ttable 1.833. Then the data from the pretest and posttest results from the two groups were declared significant. Abstract

The ability to dribble in each athlete varies greatly, there are similarities and differences. These similarities and differences can be seen from the mastery of dribbling techniques, both from speed when dribbling and from agility when dribbling. The results of these observations raise a problem, namely whether dribbling is affected by agility? The author formulates the problem, namely how is the relationship between agility and futsal ball dribbling ability? This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between agility and dribbling ability. To solve this problem, the writer uses a descriptive method with a correlational study. The population used was all futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 04 Bengkulu Selatan, the sample was taken as many as 22 athletes. The instrument used in this research is agility measurement. The results showed that the value of rcount with rtable at = 5% with n=22 obtained an rtable of 0.423. Because the correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.61 > r(0.5)(12) = 0.423, it means that there is a significant relationship between agility and dribbling skills of Futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 04 Bengkulu Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and passing skills in soccer games at SSB Bengkulu Raya. The approach method used in this research is to use the correlation method with the type of quantitative research, namely research based on calculations in the form of numbers using statistical calculations. The population in this study were 20 athletes. The sampling technique in this study used a side total technique, namely the sampling technique taking all members of the population as samples or respondents, namely 20 people. The data collection used in this study was by using a vertical jump test and a football passing test. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Product Moment Correlation analysis technique. From the results of the analysis using the Product Moment Correlation, the calculated r value = 0.548. When compared with the value of r table with a significance of 5% at n = 20, found a value of 0.444. From this value, it is known that r arithmetic is smaller than r table (0.548> 0.444), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that in this study there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and passing skills in soccer games at SSB Bengkulu Raya.
