Abstract

This study aims to analyze descriptively about the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and community satisfaction. This study uses descriptive analysis with the average value which is the main guide in this study. This research method uses survey research methods which are carried out on research samples from the results of calculations through the slovin formula and the sampling system is carried out in regional clusters which are divided into Rukun Tetangga. The number of samples determined in this study was 305 people who were proportionally divided into 18 Rukun Tetangga. The results of the study found that the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and the satisfaction of the community in the research area had good results, however, there were still some obstacles faced, especially in the mastery of information technology by village government officials in providing electronic-based services to the community

Abstract

The research aims to examine descriptively about leadership, organizational climate, empowerment, and school committee performance and examine verification about the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and empowerment on school committee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive and verification. The population consists of administrators of the State Senior High School Committees in the East Priangan Region with cluster random sampling techniques. Data sources used are primary and secondary data with analysis techniques using path analysis. Descriptive research results prove that leadership, organizational climate, empowerment, and school committee performance are in good condition but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. Verification research results prove that leadership, organizational climate, and empowerment significantly influence the performance of school committees either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to examine descriptively about the application of human resource management and work culture as well as examine verification about the effect of the application of human resources and work culture on employee performance partially and together. The research method uses descriptive and verification, the population consists of employees of PDAM Majalengka Branch with a total sampling technique. Source of data used are primary and secondary data with correlation and regression analysis techniques. Descriptive research results indicate that the application of human resource management, work culture, and performance in PDAM’ is not optimal. Verification research results prove that the application of human resource management and work culture has a significant and partially significant effect.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low performance of teachers, aims to examine descriptively about competence, work environment, and teacher performance and examine verification about the effect of competence and environment on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification. The population consisted of 51 Sumedang Group SLB teachers with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data sources in this study are primary and secondary data with correlation and regression analysis techniques. Descriptive research results prove that teacher competence and the work environment are in good condition, but there are still weaknesses in certain aspects. Verification analysis results prove that teacher competence and work environment influence teacher performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of human resources administration is an absolute necessity in the effort to improve public services. There are three things that underlie capacity strengthening, namely: the demands of policy on public services; Community demands on public services are growing in accordance with increasing public awareness; And demands of the Revolution 4.0 industry discourse. Aims to prepare human resources administration in order to be able to work professionally in improving public services. The method used is the library research is qualitative interpretative. Results showed that strengthening capacity needs to pay attention to three things, namely the level of development of individual capacity with the target of knowledge, skills, competence and ethics; Conducted through education and training with a five-stage process, namely: 1) involving stakeholders; 2) analyzing capacity and needs; 3) Formulating the response; 4) Apply the response; and 5) evaluation. The education and training process should also pay attention to the capacity aspects, 1) Performance capacity; 2) Personal capacity; 3) Workload capacity; 4) Supervisory capacity; 5) Facility capacity; 6) Support service capacity; 7) Systems capacity; 8) Structural capacity; and 9) Role capacity

Abstract

During the reform era, the formation of the BPD was intended to improve the performance of the BPD, but in its implementation the performance of the BPD was not in line with community expectations and this was evidenced by the lack of socialization with the community. This study uses a verification research method with analytical techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the performance of BPD was proven to have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. That is, BPD that has performance in accordance with community expectations can provide satisfaction to the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The leadership of the school principal, organizational communication, teacher competencies, and the quality of learning. 2) The influence of the principal's leadership on the competence of teachers, 3) The effect of organizational communication on the competence of teachers, 4) The influence of school principlas leadership and organizational communication together on the competence, and 5) the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in state high schools in Majalengka Regency. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that the principal's leadership, organizational communication, teacher competence and learning quality are in the good category. The results of the verification study prove that leadership and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on teacher competency either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

The progress of a nation is very dependent on human resources (HR). Education plays a very important role in the process of improving human resources and education is a major factor in the formation of a qualified human person to face competition entering the era of globalization which is very competitive both in the field of education and technology, so the need for change and development in the world of education. This study aims to find out analyzing descriptively and verification of aspects of leadership, school culture and teacher performance. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that the principal's leadership, school culture, teacher performance and quality of student learning outcomes are in the good category. The results of the verification study prove that leadership and culture have a very positive and significant influence on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Supervision of high school principals; 2) Supervision of high school supervisors; 3) The creativity of high school teachers; 4) Student achievement; 5) the effect of supervision by high school principals on teacher creativity; 6) the effect of supervision of high school supervisors on the creativity of teachers; 7) the influence of supervision of high school principals and high school supervisors on the creativity of teachers; 8) The effect of the creativity of high school teachers on school performance in Majalengka Regency. This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification analysis techniques. Descriptive method using the calculation of frequency distribution, scoring and average value, while the verification method using path analysis. The sampling technique was taken by cluster proportional random sampling. Descriptive research results indicate that supervision carried out by principals and school supervisors is in the quite good category, while creativity and student achievement are in the quite up to good category. The results of the study verify that the supervision conducted by the school principal and school supervisor has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's creativity either partially or simultaneously. Teacher creativity has a positive and significant effect on student achievement

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low job satisfaction of employees which has an impact on service quality, aims to read and analyze: 1) organizational climate, career development, job satisfaction, and service quality in Cigasong District; 2) The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction; 3) The magnitude of the influence of career development on job satisfaction; 4) The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate and career development on job satisfaction; and 5) The amount of influence of work on service quality. The research method used with survey techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 50 people who were determined by random sampling techniques. Data processing uses path analysis with the help of a SPSS computer program. The results of descriptive research are conducive organizational climate, transparent career development, satisfied employees, and good enough service quality; In terms of organizational climate and career development affect job satisfaction both partially and collectively, and job satisfaction affects the quality of service. Conclusion, both partially and jointly organizational climate and career development have an effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has an impact on service quality
