Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the low quality of education in State Elementary Schools in Majalengka District, marked by the non-fulfillment of all applicable educational standards, aiming to determine the development of human resources; management of BOS funds and the quality of education in public elementary schools; and the influence of boss fund management and human resource development on the quality of education. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale distributed to 238 respondents. Processing and analyzing data using a parametric statistical approach, analyzed descriptively and verification. The results showed; Human resources and Boss Fund have been well managed and developed; Simultaneously the development of human resources and management of BOS funds have a significant effect on the quality of education with a magnitude of 74.70% and the remaining 25.30% influenced by other factors not examined. The conclusion, either partially or jointly, is that the development of human resources and the management of BOS funds affect the quality of education in Public Elementary Schools in Majalengka District

Abstract

The research was motivated by the phenomenon of the character of SMAN 1 Kasokandel students not yet forming, presumably due to the implementation of student management that was not optimal. The research aims to: a) Know the implementation of student management; b) Knowing the supporting factors for the implementation of student management; c) Knowing the inhibiting factors of student management implementation: d) Knowing the principal's efforts in overcoming obstacles. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical methods. The main data collection techniques and tools used in-depth interviews with the information determined purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal. The validity data were tested through triangulation techniques. The results showed: a) Student management has been implemented properly; b) Implementation of student management which is supported by a religious environment, solid cooperation and harmony among student organizations; c) Implementation of student management is hampered by limited funds; d) To overcome obstacles, the principal has made good efforts through re-planning, coordinating with school committees and deliberations. In conclusion, student management has been implemented properly and has a positive impact on character ordering of SMA Negeri 1 Kasokandel students

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and find out: a) the leadership style of the principal; b) The achievement of the principal in improving the performance of educators; c) Supporting factors and inhibiting leadership style; d) The efforts of the principal in overcoming obstacles. The study used a qualitative approach, techniques and primary data collection tools using in-depth interviews with selected informants purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively interpretive through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques. The results showed: a) The principal's leadership style is dominant in the type of coaching (training): b) The principal's achievements in improving the performance of educators include professionalism, creativity, discipline and awareness as well as interest in writing scientific papers; c) Supporting factors have some young and productive teachers, many opportunities for teachers to develop themselves. Inhibiting factors include limited costs, low interest of educators in writing scientific works, and technical barriers; d) The principal has done well in overcoming the obstacles he is facing. In conclusion, the leadership style of the principal is dominant in the type of coaching and is able to improve teacher performance

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low discipline of students, presumably because the discipline management was not optimal. The research chosen used a qualitative approach, data collection tools with in-depth interviews, and information purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively and interpreted through data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal. The results showed: a) disciplinary management of students was implemented through the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising; b) The strategy of implementing management through daily pickets, complementing learning facilities, extracurricular coaching; channeling interest, application of learning disciplines; c) Supporting factors in the form of a conducive and religious environment, togetherness of the family and school committee, a harmonious relationship; There are obstacles in the form of student awareness, reduction of the meaning of discipline, and the rapid flow of information through social media; d) To overcome obstacles, the principal asks for periodic reports, continuous socialization, synergizes with all parties, and collaborates with the committee; e) Discipline of learning of students increases in that, learning discipline, doing homework, and discipline outside of school. Implementation, the application of disciplinary management has a positive impact on improving student learning discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Jatitujuh

Abstract

This study aims to analyze descriptively about the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and community satisfaction. This study uses descriptive analysis with the average value which is the main guide in this study. This research method uses survey research methods which are carried out on research samples from the results of calculations through the slovin formula and the sampling system is carried out in regional clusters which are divided into Rukun Tetangga. The number of samples determined in this study was 305 people who were proportionally divided into 18 Rukun Tetangga. The results of the study found that the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and the satisfaction of the community in the research area had good results, however, there were still some obstacles faced, especially in the mastery of information technology by village government officials in providing electronic-based services to the community
