Abstract

Each application of the procurement of goods / services required the manufacture of Self-Estimated price derived from the approximate (estimated) price of a job (goods / services) to be held. This above is in accordance with Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 70 Year 2012 on Procurement of Goods / Services, Article 66 digits (5) points a. But what is happening now in the procurement of many software companies individuals or businesses, government officials and developers of software that performs supply and demand for software procurement, had difficulty in making the report HPS. So it can be deduced to solve the problems occurred is needed to set the benchmark in the determination Self-Estimated Price (HPS) method Use Case Point in software development projects by activity agile models. model testing is done using 5 software development project data gets deviation between the estimated level of HPS with the actual cost by 10%, which indicate that the models estimated in this research has a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia is one of biggest telecommunication company in Indonesia. Currently, there are 12 communication areas which support any kind of services from PT. Telkom. One of them is north Jawa Timur area. As the intention to give a good quality service for every customer, especially in north Jawa Timur area, PT. Telkom, however, sometimes finds an unexpected time management gap in installation process. To resolve and anticipate negative effects from that problem, PT. Telkom needs a monitoring system which can support their services.

Abstract

SMK Kesehatan Surabaya is a vocational school that has two majors, which is nursing and pharmacy. Tracer study is one of elements of accreditation and used to determine academic policies especially in the preparation of the curriculum. Tracer study process in SMK Kesehatan Surabaya currently experiencing some problems, namely the questionnaire format that less informative, there has been no feedback from the graduate user and alumni, there has been no details data of graduate user, alumni data is less valid, data collection takes a long time and repeatedly, and the issue of data security is not guaranteed. The solution that can solve the problem is making tracer study applications to facilitate the implementation of tracer study, so data collection of alumni more accurate and quicker than before, there is feedback from the graduate user and alumni, as well as there is a report tracer study that used the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes the step of system analysis, system design and system implementation. The result showed that based on testing, application that have been made can help in obtaining feedback from users graduates and the alumni and generate report the tracer study of tables and charts that will facilitate the SMK in determining policy, and as a reference to repair curriculum to improve the quality of alumni in the future.

Abstract

CV Dua Daya Express is a delivery service company. It’s based in Gresik and delivers things to many areas in Jawa, Bali and Sumatra. The company holds many transactions every month. And by that, the company sends many stuffs to customers by land. Despite of highly activities, CV Dua Daya Express only has two 2-tons-trucks. The company cooperates with another company to support the armada. They make a phone call and specifically give an information about what they currently need to deliver customer’s order. This system doesn’t have an efficiency and takes big effort from the staff. CV Dua Daya Express needs a new system for the effectiveness of delivery service.

Abstract

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang (DPUCKTR) East Java Province is a department that has important role in government budget allocation in General works department. There are 2 business processes, they are incoming and outgoing letters recording. The business process of incoming and outgoing letters is started from the entry of a letter to the administration department, later it is recorded in the controller list to be archieved next. Incoming letters go to the recipient while outgoing letters are sent to the addressed other department or office. The problems that often happen in the company are (1) the management process of the letter takes time and less effective. Considering, there are still numbers of letters that need to be recorded. (2) the saving process of letters archieve storage is susceptible lost, thereby inhibiting letters search.(3) distribution process manually by visiting the stakeholder is susceptible to the late submission of the letters. (4) There is no letters report yet, either monthly or annually. The design of administrative correspondence application is a required application for secretariat in managing the letters .This application is able to facilitate the secretariat in receipt of incoming letters to send outgoing letters as well as the distribution of the letters too. Based on the result of experiment performed, it can be concluded that the system created  to help general works department until the letters are distributed.Keywords: Application, Administrative, Correspondence

Abstract

The availability of wood at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII still awake. This is because the PTPN XII did not knowdetails of production and uses on time of wood on each garden. Unavailability of wood will have an impact on sales process wood in PTPN XII. In addition, the PTPN XII does not have production data and the most recent usage data wood carried on each other garden. The impact, inconsistency of data production and use of wood is often found between the gardens and PTPN XII, this will lead to staffing difficulties in knowing the stock of wood in a garden Applications built wood supplies to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII, and is built on the theory of supply. These web-based application built order office supplies directors may determine. the use and production of wood in every garden with ease. That applications have passed the test and got 100% results. Results obtained from these applications, will help the PTPN XII to know the wood supply in real time on the garden, and reduce the risk of delays in the receipt of inventory data in each garden, and could have an impact on earnings PTPN XIIKeyword: Aplication, Avaibility Wood, Stock

Abstract

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pada bidang laboratorium. Menjadi diagnostic center terlengkap, terintegrasi, dan terpercaya dengan pelayanan sepenuh hati merupakan visi dari PDC. Bagian Pelayanan merupakan pihak yang bertanggungjawab sebagai controller kualitas pelayanan. Saat ini, PDC mengalami permasalahan dalam melakukan analisis kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan yaitu sistem manajemen mutu yang ada belum dapat mengeluarkan hasil penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang spesifik. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan pihak manajemen PDC perusahaan tidak dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor pelayanan apa saja yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas layanan.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengolah, menganalisis, dan mempresentasikan hasil analisis. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah manajemen PDC mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan. Model service quality (Servqual) akan digunakan untuk membandingkan antara harapan pelanggan dan kinerja perusahaan.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba aplikasi menggunakan 200 data responden yang telah mengisi kuesioner dihasilkan informasi kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan antara manajemen PDC dengan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi analisis kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan yang dibuat dapat menghasilkan informasi yang diharapkan yaitu nilai kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya berdasarkan lima dimensi service quality.
