Abstract

The fact that human beings, the exceptional beings of the world, can maintain their vitality in trust and prosperity is depended on its success in production to meet its own needs, which is largely expressed as economics, and its justice-based behavior in consumption and sharing. In this sense, it is clearly not possible to realize the welfare and happiness of the world with the capitalistic system containing Neo-Liberal politics, which takes the sole purpose of capital accumulation by maximizing profits without any ethical anxiety. However, this capitalistic system is still being implemented as an economic system without an alternative in the majority of the World. On the other hand, in the Akhism whose the basic principles are the Islamic values, it is possible to see that much more reasonable principles are adopted both in the name of general welfare and peace of mankind, and also in the sense of sensitivity to the environment. In this work, both systems will be compared in order to promote the foundation of world peace and the general prosperity of humanity.

Abstract

The following article explains how Western ideology is a major factor in the occurrence of conflicts and state failures in the Middle East. In this paper, the author looks at the perspective of ideological hegemony. Ideology destroys the political and economic system which causes social inequality, thus accelerating the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East. The author raises Syria and Libya as examples to prove the factors driving the conflict. The author argues that the main cause of the Middle East conflict is the influence of Western ideology that has not been accepted by both the holders of power and society, which has led to divisions and even wars. Democracy is a model that is accepted in many countries which cannot be applied in the Middle East. The author also criticizes the failure to implement democracy and liberal economics in the Middle East.

Abstract

Pandeglang Regency is one of the regencies located in Banten Province which is a strategic area because it is close to the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia. Its proximity to the capital causes Pandegalang Regency to have the potential for high social conflict. This is supported by data showing that the number of conflicts in Pandeglang Regency was the highest in Banten Province in 2011 although there was a tendency to decrease in the following year. To suppress the occurrence of social conflicts in Pandeglang District, the local government has implemented a National Insight Policy with a collaborative governance perspective. The research describes the factors that influence the implementation of these policies and tries to formulate an ideal method that can be used in the application of a national insight policy. This study uses a qualitative approach so that in interpreting the conditions of the actors, it is further developed by means of triangulation analysis. The results of the study found that there were several factors that influenced the implementation of the national insight policy such as the insufficient capability of the national insight education center team, low community participation, limited budget. In this study, researchers also tried to design a model for implementing the national insight policy in social conflict management.

There are many factors that motivate employees in organizations. In the presence of these factors, the employee's performance and thus production increases. In addition, as a result of the lack of motivation, many consequences result in negative consequences. One of these consequences is quitting the job. In other words, it can be said that individuals who are not motivated will leave their jobs over time. It can be stated that the person who is motivated towards his / her job and environment in the place of work will depend on his / her job and will not think of leaving his / her job. Considering the time and cost of employing employees, it is an important issue that managers show the necessary sensitivity to the concept of motivation. Thus, it can be said that there is a correlation between the level of motivation and the tendency to quit. In this study, the effect of motivation on the tendency to quit was examined and a conceptual framework was formed by first researching the literature on the subject. Later, the field study was explained and the findings obtained were presented through tables and interpreted and the results reached were evaluated.

Abstract

Jordan as a country that is flanked by several countries in conflict and does not have a wealth of natural resources, making alliances very important for the survival of the country. In meeting these needs, Jordan often allies with hegemonic actors for protective status as well as financial assistance. So in the scope of the Middle East, Jordan chose an alliance with the country of Saudi Arabia and its coalition in the Gulf region in the Gulf Cooperation Council. This alliance was continued until the 2017 Qatar diplomatic crisis, Jordan was forced to cut ties with Qatar so that the alliance with the Saudi kingdom would not be damaged. However, in 2019, Jordan normalized diplomatic relations with Qatar after their two-year stretch. This decision also came even though Saudi Arabia and its coalition had not normalized with Qatar itself, and could potentially jeopardize Jordan's existence if it did so because it was against the Saudi coalition. So the researcher tries to analyze this phenomenon using regional security theory and the level of national identity analysis. Researchers later found that the motive behind the decision was Qatar's support for the protective status of Jordan's Jerusalem.
